Trend Stone was amazing from the moment I gave them a call. From picking out stone to talking over the process and pricing to installation...they were GREAT. They had excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations on timeline and product.

They are probably fine for new construction, but if all you want to do is to upgrade your countertop, they are very difficult to work with. We ended up canceling the project.

She was able to help us find exactly what we wanted and went well above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They have great selection on site and even directed us to their suppliers to look at even more selections. Such wonderful people to work with! Super knowledgeable about the stones and willing to answer any questions! We gave them a rough drawing of our kitchen and the dimensions and with in minutes we had a quote. Super quick install and they called right before coming to measure and called right before install to let us know they were close. Even bigger bonus, we got the countertops Installed before the scheduled time! I would recommend anyone to Trend Stone in a heartbeat! We are so happy to have worked with them!

We had a great experience with Trend Stone as we were looking to update our kitchen countertops. We enjoyed the variety of slabs they had to offer, which were all very visible by walking through the property. Kitchen measurements to installation time was within two weeks, so we enjoyed not having to wait very long to see the transformation. Installers arrived and completed the job in 2.5 hours. We would definitely recommend Trend Stone!

Trendstone installed granite counter tops in our kitchen and in a bathroom. They were professional and timely in all aspects of the job. The quality of the counter tops and the precise install makes them stand out. The granite still looks like new 5+ years after install. Just had my new countertops installed by Trendstone and I am ecstatic. These folks were a joy to work with throughout every phase of the process. They have BY FAR the best selection of materials in Eau Claire. Their showroom can be busy during their drop-in hours, but they still found time to take me around their yard to look at their inventory. They even provided tech advice on prepping for the surfaces. They appeared in a timely fashion for the measurement AND for the installation (they were actually about 10 minutes early, which was GREAT!). In short, they were perfect and I cant recommend them highly enough!!

This is the place to get your stone counter tops.

The countertops look nice (which is the ONLY reason I didn’t give them 1 star), but this company is utterly disorganized. Long story short, they called us a month after installation to say something went wrong on their end and they needed an additional payment. They blamed it on the fact that they were “4 months behind” on their paperwork and although we called multiple times to verify full payment they “would have had to look through all of their bank statements and that would have taken a long time.” So instead of looking into the issue, they just told us throughout the process that everything was taken care of and then at the end of the financial quarter when their books were off, they called for the money they specifically insisted they already had from us two months prior. Good business sense would indicate working out a deal with your client at this point, but that wasn’t facilitated either despite the fact that this problem was ENTIRELY Trend Stone’s fault. Needless to say we are very frustrated with the unprofessional and unaccommodating nature of this company and definitely won’t be going through Trend Stone for any future countertop installation.

Trend Stone Surfaces installed granite countertops in our kitchen two years ago and we recently had them install a new granite bathroom vanity top. Trend Stone Surfaces did a fantastic job with our new granite countertops. We looked at and choose our countertops on Aug 1st and had them installed on Aug 21. We found the countertops to be reasonably priced for tier 2 granite counter. Ann and Courtney were both fantastic to work with from day 1.
