Ordered item on the 5th, by the end of the 2nd day it had not shipped. Normally this wouldnt be an issue but the email I received from them states orders maybe delayed as much as 5 days. If the website had stated this I wouldnt even bothered to order. The email states that if you wish to cancel replay to the email, I do and request a cancelation . Of course they didnt replay until 8 days later stating I am so sorry, we were unable to cancel your order before it shipped So now if want a refund I have to take the time to ship it back.

Following an interminable wait of 2 months for the reception of a poster (because of covid), I unfortunately ... tore the poster when I opened it !!!So I ordered a second and informed Ambient Ink of my stupidity and ... surprise, they refunded the shipping costs to me within a minute ...Top service, thank you

An order that was supposed to ship a month ago has not. I had sent multiple support messages, called, texted, but havent received a response. They havent given any updates or even warned me of a delay. This behavior is unacceptable.

Brilliant service. Ordered an item to the UK and it ended up being returned at customs (UKs Royal Mail forgot to notify me). Travis arranged to have it resent to me and kept tabs on its delivery till it arrived. Appreciate he extra level of service!
