Transportation office said they load trailers as if only day cabs are pulling the trailers.Im 700 lbs over gross because I have a sleeper cab, maybe you should figure out that the majority of over road the trucks are sleeper cabs.They load trailers going to California improperly. Clearly they dont understand the 40 kingpin rule.

Arrived at Nestle about 10 o’clock. 30 minute unload. Good place to unload.

If I can put zero stars I will. Horrible place to pick up. AVOID THIS PLACE. 4 hours and half a trailer done. NEVER COMING BACK HERE.

Checked in at 4 pm and checked out at 11 pm. They are took 7 hours to load my trailer and i was the only one at at dock from 5.30 pm.

First time here, but great experience. I read other guys review and got here day early, took a chance hoping they would take me in early, only had 8 pellets. well, I got lucky and those guys at receiving were friendly and fun guys, told me I need to bring dozen doughnuts to persuade them to take early delivery other wise, will take the name and call me on my appointment time. should of look on my face, as I pursuade them will order online and have it delivered to them by the time they unload me.The guys chuckled and signed off my bills right there on spot and gave me a door.I came in wrong direction, first going to main entrance at 14th st, then told to make U-turn and go back out to Truax blvd, then right at 9th, and right at harris st. well, the receiving is at Harris St. and docks are on right side. so had to turn at 11th st. and then back up and then turn around and then back into dock.better way would be, continue 14th st. then left tern at Nestle ave, and continue to 11th st. then turn left at Harris st. that would set your truck up for dock. I was early 10:30 - 11:00 am and no trucks were there. but soon came trucks, so try to get there early as possible. no overnight parking but you maybe able to stay the night at street, since the receivinghours are 6:00 am - 9:00 pm.bring some dounghnuts just incase if you are early (smile).I owe the guys dozen doughnuts and will remember next time I have delivery this way. Thank you for taking me early,docking is little tight but do able. back in without breaking the seal, they break seal and unload, quick was done in 30 min or so.

9 and a half hrs to get loaded, staff is nice but they ship as it comes off the line

Delivered 2 hours before appointment. They were super friendly and gave me a free boost drink. I was in and out in 45 minutes

Security guards are very helpful, once you check in if they send you 3555 Preston roadYou will have a bad day, check in at 15:00 still sitting in the dock till 19:00The guy here he is like taking his sweet timeHe is not a driver friendly personAvoid as much as you can😙

Excellent place to load at. Friendly, efficient and quick to load. Got loaded 13 hours before our appointment time. We really appreciate it.

Check in on 11th st and easy in easy out go to guard shack the Checkin at shipping lots of docks keep on your toes ports potties galore

STAY AWAY. Spent 6 hours in dock today with another driver,they told us that they will load only tomorrow, problems with manufacturing

Waiting almost two hours just for door, then hour and half loading.People very nice and friendly but too slow.Not sure I want to com back.

OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Unload time very good, friendly employees, docking area not bad, you dock with your trailer doors closed if your trailer has tail wings check with them closing them. Most drivers still taking Truax to 14th st, to Nestle Ave to 11th st to Harris st to the Nestle dock area (docks are on Harris) but neighbors been complaining about trucks (funny part is Nestle been there much longer than most of them), anyways the preferred is Truax to 9th st. to Harris, this brings you to the Nestle dock area same, Google it but is shorter residential and away from those pesky complaining neighbors...lol....No ovnp per their receiving dept.

These communist support taking away my freedom of speech by boycott fox news. Ill never buy from them again.
