Horrible service. My wedding ring diamond have to be replaced every year and this time they told me (yesterday) they couldn’t find my ring after having it for almost two months and told me to come pick it up. Now today they text me to tell me they don’t have a diamond to put in my ring so they have to send it to another store and it will take an additional 8 months.To top it off the district manager will not call me and I was on the the 800 service line for over a hour without a answer, when the call message said the wait time is 6 to 8 minutes. This company is Horrable and I just hope I get my ring back because at this point I don’t even know if they have it.Very disturbing!!
Bad experience there. Had my wedding ring to be repaired. Was told maybe a month. Ok fine. I call two months later... Oh we forgot to send the email in. .Took four months to get it back. I asked for a discount for their f-up... Nope nothing. Very disappointed.

Will never shop there again. Very rude and now wont refund on order they canceled but wanted me to repay to reorder it.
Kay jewelers in Eau Claire has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I took my ring in to get repaired and made me feel like the inconvenience. Do not recommend.
Went in to get my watch band adjusted, for 10 dollars and about 5 minutes I was quite happy with the work

Awesome experience! I went in hoping to have two rings resized in a short time frame. Lisa immediately got on the phone and asked if they could rush the job and give a guarantee, which I got! Lisa was so nice and professional and helped me shop for a couple additional trinkets. I like that she showed me the price chart for ring resizing, all in all, great customer service. I will go back.
I have had the most amazing experience at this store. My grandmother was recently sick and so for health reasons she needed to take off her rings. She is 81 years old and has now only taken off her wedding ring 3 times in almost 60 years. Since she had to take them off i used this opportunity to go get them cleaned for her. The first place i thought to go was Kay. When i got there i was welcomed with smiles and compassion. I explained the situation and immediately they took her ring and evaluated it. As i suspected, it was extremely dirty. So they took pristine care of her ring and got it sparkling again. Then to my surprise, there was no cost for the cleaning! A few weeks later i decided i would get another one of her rings cleaned, her mothers ring. It has 8 birthstones and is very delicate. It has never been cleaned. When i got there, they said, it was the dirtiest ring they have ever seen, but that didnt scare them. It took about 45 minutes to clean. They spent so much time just cleaning that ring, i was blown away. In the end her mothers ring looked like brand new even with its age. Overall i am so pleased with the service that i have received and would recommend anyone to shop there. I know that when i need jewelry that will be the place i go.

I had a relatively good experience compared to the rest of the reviews. The customer service was okay and could use a lot of improvement. I think the employees could have been a bit more engaged and helpful. I sent my ring in to get resized to a smaller size and although it was back to me in just under two weeks, it was still too big and a quarter size bigger than what was discussed. Frustrated and not wanting to send it back in for another two weeks I asked if I could just go straight to a Jareds (where they send it to be repaired and can be repaired same day). After some back and forth it was determined that it was not recommended but would not void my warranty if I went this route. They did say Jareds would probably not take care of it if I did it this route. I ended up driving to the nearest Jareds and they had no issues and had the ring back in my hands in under 3 hours. I did have to pay $45 to have the ring resized but totally worth it to not have to go without it for 2 weeks. Jareds also noticed multiple stones that were loose, which frustrated me because I had JUST gotten it back from Kays the day before. They fixed this issue without charging me, I think because they could see how frustrated I was. All in all, I had a much better experience going directly through Jareds than dealing with Kays. I would highly recommend Jareds.
I was told my two wedding rings i bought and resized would be done at a certain day. When i went in to pick them up, they had my fiances ring. But not mine. They had no info on mine.r Even though they sent us emails that it was done before my fiances.. They had to call corporate just to find out.. Its only been like 3 weeks.. Pretty ridiculous... Also.. When i first went to pick a ring. The lady kept making jokes about how small my finger was.. Greaaaat customer service.....
Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a Manager of a hotel I know what customer service is all about and I would fire all of my employees if they ever treated a guest like they treat customers here. Literally the lady made it seem like I was the biggest inconvenience of her life.
Nice jewelry, but not their engraving. Plus if you buy from a Zales store in one city, andou cant do exchanges or refunds in a Zales in a different city. Both will take your CC though.
Service at this location has declined sooo bad i just drove to still water mn store an hour and 45 mins instead of 45 mins to this location. Kay should really do something about this location

Totally worthless. They messed up the relatives wedding rings . The rings were sent back in and now they are in worse shape than before.
