Only reason for less than five stars is that things were busy and they couldn’t get out to fix my garage door immediately. They did come as agreed, did needed work promptly and professionally, and got life ‘back on track’ so to speak! Great experience.

We were very pleased with the work recently done for us by Overhead Door Company. Scheduling and scheduling reminders were most helpful. The technician, who removed our old garage door and replaced it with a new more energy-efficient one, was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and polite. We are very happy with the new door and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I had 3 openers installed. The installer did an excellent job, was professional and completed the job in a very reasonable time. He corrected some issues I had with the doors to make them operate correctly and I would highly recommend Overhead Door to anyone.

Due to a recent accident and fractured sternum during life saving efforts, I could not open my garage door manually. I explained my situation to the very kind lady that took my call. She said it would be a week before someone could install the garage door opener but she would see if they might be able to come sooner. Jeff, from Overhead Door, came to put in a new garage door opener. He was very friendly got his work done, and because we chose the belt versus the chain we didn’t even hear him setting it because it was so quiet. After he finished he was very informative, letting us know exactly how to use the new garage door opener with its fobs, keypad and main opener. We would recommend them to anyone.

They were awesome. Both my torsion springs broke. Overhead Door cae out the same day I called and assessed the situation. He told me it could be a week to two weeks before the parts would be in. Then I got a call the next day as they found springs in the shop that could be adapted. They were back within the week and had the door running. We just purchased two Garage Doors from Overhead door and are very pleased from start to finish. Brad arrived at our house and provided us with many options including superimposing different doors on an existing picture to help us make the decision. He was very patient with us. Our spring broke on our door.I called and the technician came same day and did a temporary fix until he could get the appropriate parts.Dan returned replaced both springs. He also showed me how the emergency key lock worked.Dan was very friendly and professional.Thank you for the great service.

We had trouble with our garage door closing. I called Overhead Door and explained the issue to the very pleasant lady who answered the phone. She told me what was causing the problem and how to fix it. I was able to correct the issue in less than five minutes. That saved us an $80 service call. We haven’t even been customers of theirs! Asked to get a quote on a new garage door jams and opener. The guy came with a new opener and thank god the wife called me or it would have been installed. Talked to the manager and he said he never sent the guy with an opener for my place and that he was going to get measurements and get back to me with a quote. Been three weeks still no quote. Awesome service here.

After calling Overhead Door & having Brad Wright come out the same day & give me an estimate I called White City Glass in Chippewa for a 2nd estimate giving them the info over the phone that Brad gave me. It was a little cheaper & I was told I could have the door installed the next week. Don’t waste your time on White City Glass! That was on 6/10. Called him the following week after not hearing back from him & he told me door was already sold & he was going to auction the next day to see if he could get one. Didn’t hear back from him so left a message for him on 6/17. Called back on 6/18 & was told he had left for the day at noon. Left another message & still haven’t received a call back a whole week later! Called Brad back & door was ordered in minutes! Unfortunately I have to wait 8 weeks but I’ll take great customer service over empty promises of getting it sooner any day. Ask for Brad Wright at Overhead! He was amazing!

Fast service! Called on Wednesday, said they would probably be out on Friday and came out that same day. I had them come back the Gouda because they left a handful of lag bolts out on the track brackets. Other than that very good service.

We needed to replace the powerhead on our 17-year old garage door opener purchased from Overhead Door. We received a reminder of the scheduled service date and time and the installer arrived right on schedule. Jeff G. was courteous and explained the work to be conducted. The new powerhead, transmitter and sensors were installed in short order. Jeff then went the extra mile and lubricated the rollers and hinges on the garage door and programmed both our vehicles to communicate with the powerhead. We were very satisfied with the service provided and glad to give a five star rating.

Called on a late afternoon as we had been having problems with our sensors not responding. They were able to come out the very next afternoon, diagnose the problem right away, had the needed parts on the truck and fixed everything within a half an hour. Plus, he lubricated the track AND programmed my garage door opener in my van! He was very professional and absolutely made my day to get things that had been not working well for too long! Just had a new door installed on my ollllld garage, and I could not be happier! Despite being quoted a January 2021 installation, the door was installed mid-December, just in time for an icy snowstorm to hit the next day. There were no surprises from quote to installation. The expert installers walked me through the door and how it works (sensors, disconnecting from motor, etc.). I am so happy and excited for this darn thing! Also, the door is true to the color you see in the PHYSICAL SAMPLE, not the brochure. So happy!

Got it fixed quickly and efficiently. Never worked better. 3rd door spring replaced. Is it common for them to break every 10 years or so. Anything that can be done to help them last longer or not break?

Brad was great and the install guys (didnt get their names) were, too. My only ask is that they be more careful with stray screws. I picked up a handful from my garage floor. I hope I didnt miss any that will end up in my tires.

There was some miscommunication between the estimator and the service tech over what was to be completed, and they did less than I expected. It was frustrating, but not a major issue as I am capable of doing the leftover work myself (installing a new overhead opener), I am satisfied with the work that was done (shortening/lowering the overhead tracks and correcting installation errors made by the previous owner/installer) and would use them again if needed.

The Overhead Door Company of the Chippewa Valley was wonderful! They came out to assess our broken garage door very quickly and provided excellent ongoing communication. They sent a technician out to temporarily fix the door while we awaited the arrival of our new one. this was a huge relief in the middle of winter and we have never appreciated a working garage door more than at this time! When we were deciding on colors, they drove out samples so we could see what they looked like next to our house color. I would highly recommend their entire team. Not only was the service excellent but the finished product looks fantastic.
