I love shopping here! Love their selection of local and organic foods! They even have natural soaps, essential oils & more. It’s small, yet cozy and they have the best staff! Sometimes I’ll stop in just for a coffee and one of their delicious muffins or brownies! I just love it!

A great co-op style store, has a wide selection of produce, meats, and many more. Its definitely worth stopping in and buying groceries. While a bit on the more expensive side, the quality of the produce and products they have is definitely worth it. And dont forget to grab some cheese curds (they are the proper Wisconsin squeaky kind)

I love this place. They have a great selection of meats, dairy, vegetables, and a whole lot more. Everything is so fresh and the fact that most is locally sourced makes it even better!

As a northern California transplant to EC, I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am that this store exists. Excellent assortment of products, decent prices, and very friendly staff!

I go here almost every day. They have such a great selection of local produce and goods. And even though its a bit small, they always seem to carry just what you came looking for. The deli foods are amazing as well. Highly recommend.

This is just a small local co-op. We like that it supports the local community and farmers by putting more money in their pockets and keeping more money locally. Great for produce and meat especially. We notice a drastic different between the produce and meat we buy here and a big box stores, definitely worth a little higher price for better quality.

Great staff and quality of food and bonus points for being the only place that I know of that has paneer cheese!!!

These people are surprised to see a Hispanic customer. The guy ran to the coolers assist to catch me in the act of putting something in my pocket. The cashier thanked me twice for the same purchase, trying to correct me for not reciprocating. Glad to leave town.

Full disclosure: My wife and I own shares in this co-op. The reason we own shares is because this is a great place, with fresh, organic, and local products. The staff is very friendly, and the store is kept clean. AND! THEY SELL LOCAL CRAFT BEER!

A decent selection of local Source produce and a few baked goods people working here were extremely nice and very helpful and would definitely shop here more if I lived here. I especially liked that the few make that as I have there were a couple of vegan options. All in all this is a cute little Coop and I would totally be a member here and Shop here all the time check it out for yourself!!

Great selection in such a small space! Friendly and helpful staff, too, and we always find something interesting or unexpected when we shop here. I really like the beer selection and the interesting varieties of cheese and local meat they stock.

I love our co-op. I am a member and I buy most of my groceries here. The excellent produce and consciously selected organic products are always in good supply. The spontaneous conversations that erupt with employees and customers add a lot of joy to my life. I love the place I love the products I love the people.

If you want to eat healthy locally sourced Meats/Veg/Dairy and other foods this is the best place to shop. Small, cozy, well stocked, and the staff are just the friendliest one could ask for. All meats/fish are frozen solid

Great little co-op with bulk essentials and generally a good selection of organic produce, but sometimes limited on local produce. Drip coffee, baked goods, craft beer, awesome cheese selection, and some toiletries, including bulk Dr. Bronners, shampoo, etc. No deli or espresso bar, but some grab-and-go items (sandwiches, e.g.). Theyre aiming for 1,500 members (currently at ~1,250) in the hopes of opening a larger store, which would be great!

I LOVE this store. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Their prices are kind of high but totally worth it. They have all your local homegrown needs! Even carry some of my favorite natural soap brands and even have essential oils!

Its amazing what is packed into that tiny store! Theres a lot of high-quality produce; most of it is grown locally and regionally. Ive never been disappointed by the coffee. Theres a section of bulk with most of the staples as well as prepared, boxed, and meat/dairy foods. You can even find some darned good Wisconsin beer in the cooler, stuff youd have to dig for if you didnt shop here. If I lived in Eau Claire, I suspect 90% of my food would come from here and the farmers markets.The best part is the fact that its staffed with progressive, conscious earthy types who are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

They have the best produce in Eau Claire. Local and organic fruits and vegetables and produce you cant find at any other store. Their new deli department has terrific sandwiches and in house crafted salads made with all local and organic greens, good soups too. Dont forget to get your milk and eggs while your there!

As a co-op shopper at several co-ops in the Twin Cities and this one in Eau Claire, I find them a bit lackluster in supporting local farms and local food artisans. Some of my favorite local products cannot be found at this co-op, but instead they bring in (the same kind of) products from far away out of our region. Kinda interesting that their name is Just Local....

If youre on the hunt for truly local food, and the farmers market doesnt have what you need, this is the place to go. The owners are a true part of the Eau Claire Community. The prices are higher than what you would get at regular grocery stores, but the selection is something unique. Definitely worth a stop if you are on a healthy food kick.

When I moved here I immediately became a member and I buy most of my groceries at this wonderful little store. Their attention to Animal Welfare and environmental Protection is unmatched. It always takes me awhile to shop there because I end up talking to the wonderful employees.

Always friendly. Fresh produce and meats. (Very knowledgeable meat guy...he looks suspiciously like the expert on WPTs Wisconsin Foodie... Coincidence!?) Also tasty snack & desert treats if you dare.

Best place to get groceries. Best coffee. Best produce. Its the only place Ill get cheese, eggs or meat. Nicest employees. Anyone can become an owner. Their deli section is small but amazing. Everything is good. They have items in bulk. They also have some toiletries.

I really enjoy supporting our local food coop. The convienent location is a big plus, and the focus on local and organic products is what I desire. I regularly run into friends and neighbors, and gotten to know some of the staff. Just Local is that community staple you want to support.

They have a great selection of local produce and meats, specialty items like nuts and spices, and a surprisingly large beer selection for their size. They also offer deli items (the soups in particular are fantastic). All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Great spot. My hippie sister from Idaho just flew in and loves it and will be back while were stuck at the Marshfield Clinic hospital.

The staff is great but I do have a concern about the pricing of products. The products are local or more local than other stores but Menominee Co-Op pricing is way better. They have plenty of parking and decent selection.

Just Local is freaking awesome! Just local is me and my familys go-to when we want a nice, quiet fun place to go pick up a couple items, or when our fridge is screaming out, requesting some nutrient density. Just Locsl has high quality items, lots of local treats, and a super nice selection of skincare/body items as well! If youre lucky, there may also be a sample of something lovely waiting for you. The staff are also knowledgable and polite, and usually know right away if the item your looking for is in stock or not. P.s- the coffee? Excellent :)

I stopped by here for some cheese on my cross country drive and oh boy... I wish there were more places like this in New England. Just local foods allowed me to get local treats and flavors of Wisconsin and the Midwest. I will definitely be back for more.

Smallest coop ever, but assortment there is simple and well curated for that reason. Just a little bit of everything, and still a chance to find something new.

Fresh local produce, like theyre freezer of different cuts of meat. Great bacon and local dairy and eggs.

Very expensive with difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. The products and selection is okay but a high price. With the low overhead for the small store, you would think it be much more affordable and I understand its more local food. Just be ready to pay much more.

Just Local Foods is the best damn grocery store in town. Eau Claire is a big city, at least bigger than Blair, with many big box so-called grocery stores to select from. But instead of rows on rows of agribusiness processed foods, Just Local packs more wonderful, largely-locally sourced foods and related products into every square foot than other store: from craft beers to home-made soap, local really fresh eggs to seasonal cured meats, to loose spices and herbs to bulk orders. This store is simply in adventure in food growing and geography. Even if you don’t eat (and who does not), you can learn a lot about our world. Some people say that the prices are high; eat less and be healthy; and save a cow or carrot! If you need another reason to visit and shop here, enjoy the staff – all extremely personable, smart, knowledgeable, helpful, and almost too friendly and pleasant (but then we’re in the Midwest). Go find out, tell me if I am wrong.

Only place we found within 100 miles of where we were vacationing that had organic food from Wisconsin. All local sourced. Everything local was cheap, anything not was really expensive. Great cheese and best goat milk Ive ever had.
