My experience with the Beltone technician was a very good one. The technician was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and showed a great level of enthusiasm for both the product and the serving of the customer.The test was administered professionally and thoroughly and the results were reviewed with me in detail in a fashion that was easily understandable by myself. In the end, I plan to purchase hearing equipment from this Beltone technician and I am anticipating a positive result and improvement in my hearing and in how tinnitus affects me. I am expecting the suggested results of the purchase of hearing instruments and I am looking forward to improvements in my hearing such that my family no longer has to think that I’m ignoring them. I am told that several times family members have attempted to communicate with me and and I do not respond to their speaking to me because I don’t hear them. I also have difficulty in my hearing around a lot of other background noise and the test revealed that I would need Beltone’s best technology to be able to see the improvements in the hearing that I desire. The best technology is a unit that uses 17 different input locations to hear what is being said.The technician did a great job of explaining why the better technology was necessary and what it would do for me in comparison to other lesser technologies even if they were technologies that were available from Beltone. I am looking forward to when the hearing aids are delivered and I can start to reap the benefits of my purchase. Thanks Beltone Hearing.

Ive known Okie Allen for years and was pleasantly surprised to find out he was still at Beltone. I had gone to see another provider, but when I saw Okie was still working, I went to see him. He gave me a more thorough audiogram than I had four years ago at Mayo Clinic. He has made sure the process of getting hearing aids was as seamless and complete as possible. I highly recommend Beltone, and Okie!

I cannot say enough about the folks at the Eau Claire Beltone office. I have been with them 3 years now and every experience with them has been just wonderful. I wish I could get service like this where ever and whenever I was in need of something. Whenever I had an issue or needed some help setting something up with my phone Dave and the staff was there for me. I wear my hearing aids every waking hour, they have become a part of me. Sometimes I forget to turn them on only to realize the sounds I had been missing. I highly recommend the folks at our local Beltone office.

Im so glad I picked Beltone to get my hearing aids from. I get the best service in Menomonie with Dave. Whenever Ive had a problem, I just call and get to go in and have Dave help me out. The ladies on the phones are always very nice and get me in to see Dave as soon as possible. Dave is very friendly and knowledgeable. Love the service!

After going to another hearing aid place in another town, I came with Patrick G. the way Mr. Allen talked with Pat and he decided what Pat needed, which was almost the same thing as the other place offered at half the price I would not worry about sending other people to Mr. Allen. Okie Allen at Eau Claire office does a bad job. All he wants is the money so he does very little work. Just enough to get by and tells you that you need new hearings. He has done that to me for 4 pr5 years now. Am not recommending him. Okie Allen as far as I am concerned he should loose his credentials and his business if he owns part of the Beltone office.. I know some people that are very dissatified with his work.

After carrying around my hearing aids for 5 years in the case, it was time to finally do what I should have 5 years ago......wear them. I went in to Beltone this past week and met Dave Reimann. What a great, personable and knowledgeable guy! After a complete and thorough hearing test, I tested out the newest version of hearing aids available. Knowing that I havent even worn the ones I came in with, Dave sent me away with my old/never worn hearing aids. They were reprogrammed, he added batteries, and new fittings that are so comfortable, I hardly know they are in. Dave has my future business and any referrals that I have the opportunity to send his way. Excellent all around experience. They even watched my dog in the office while I was in my appointment!
