I needed new tires installed on my like-new 2003 Honda 750 Nighthawk, and was searching for a shop with top notch service capability and a proven record of excellent work. I ended up calling Throttle Addiction & talking with owner Seth Cummings. Then I stopped by to meet Seth and schedule a time to bring the cycle and the tires I had already purchased in the the service. Every step of this business was flawless! The appointment was timely, the work was perfect, and the explanations were spot on. AND, the price was very fair - excellent value for the price. I will continue to look to Seth and his crew for needed service on my vintage motorcycle.

Was having obvious carburetor problems with my 2002 Honda Shadow Sabre 1100. Knowing that Throttle Addiction worked on carbs, I called and left a message for Seth, who called me back on his day off. I explained the symptoms, and a few days after I dropped off the bike he responded with both a phone call and photos showing the issues. He found a problem I didnt expect, ordered the parts, had the repair done in a timely matter and charged me what the estimate stated. Seth even showed me a video of when he synced the two carbs. The bike runs better and pulls harder than it ever has in the 6 years Ive owned it. Im thoroughly impressed, and Seth is a very friendly and communicative mechanic.

I ordered a part and explained to Throttle Addiction that I never received it despite the postal service having a confirmation it was delivered. The Throttle Addiction team reassured me they will get me the part I ordered in a timely manner. Well received customer service and great product

I have been looking for an Eau Claire area motorcycle service shop for my beloved 2012 Kawasaki 900 Classic. It seems like all the area independent shops work on Harleys only, and as for the infamous Z shop, after being very unprofessionally handled there - I thought Id never find a great cycle shop in our city. What a happy discovery to find Seth and his crew at Throttle Addiction located right behind the former Kmart. All the great customer reviews I read sold me on this place! Seth, his shop and his great work are just awesome - and his friendliness and professional know-how were better than advertised! I look forward to a permanent, long term relationship of great customer service with these folks from now on! BTW, dont bother reading any review less than four stars....crabby people just wont be happy with anything they want?

Had a custom derby cover engraved from Throttle Addiction. Got to my house in 2 days. The quality of work is outstanding. And believe it or not customer service is even better. Great work guys. Highly recommended!

Where do I even begin? First of all, their website has such an extensive amount of excellent parts and accessories and options and it seems almost endless and I love it. On top of it all- the fact that when I called in to ask about specifications and substitutions to a Hardtail Deluxe Kit (which I honestly assumed they wouldnt allow but figured I would try anyways) and didnt get a robot blew my mind- IN FACT- I was blessed to hear the voice of Tia, who went above and beyond to accommodate my order. I wanted a custom sissy, which instead of suggesting I get elsewhere (since the style I want is not offered on the website) she kindly offered to ask her team if thats something they could do! I was really blown away. Its rare to find people this great - even if the result ended up being that their machine couldnt make the twisted sissy- She ended up allowing me to order the Deluxe Hardtail kit, substituting the stock fender for another one they carry, upgrading the seat, and adjusted the price without the sissy bar. She put a smile on my face all 3 days it took for me to iron out the details and finally put my order in, and I will absolutely be sending over pics of my build when its done!!! THANK YOU TIA YOU ARE A TOTAL BABE AND THE MOTORCYCLE WORLD IS LUCKY TO HAVE YOU!!!!

I have been looking for a motorcycle shop for maintenance on my 2002 Honda Sabre. Seth was quick & responsive to my emails & questions. His quote was what I was expecting. He picked up the bike. After looking it over, he said it didnt need some items he had quoted, so the overall price was lower. I appreciate his honesty.I went for a ride on my way home and was smiling the entire time. It rode well. I couldnt be happier w/Seth and the service that Throttle Addiction provides. I will be back. I highly recommend Seth & his shop.

Can one give a 10 star review??Thats how I feel about this business. I purchased a vinyl banner, where the way in which it was packaged was cause for it to be delivered creased and damaged. One phone call later and a picture of proof, a new well-packaged banner arrived - in beautiful condition. Not only was the service prompt, but the contact I had with Tia in the office was extremely professional and helpful. THIS is the way a business s/b run! Absolute Awesome customer service and great experience. Service on my motorcycle was first class. I especially was impressed with the follow up.
