One of the issues are specific to this SB, and one is corporate. Namely, this SB is often or of stock of many items, and numerous items prices are unmarked. Corporately, SB had instituted a policy of requiring patrons to pay for a bag for your purchases. I could just barely understand this if you were only purchasing one item, out there were a minimum dollar amount spent, but this is regardless of criteria. There are bags available to purchase at the store, but to me this seems like very poor customer service and to be really cheap. This look is not beautiful!

I called at 3:30 and asked how late they were open and they said 9pm. I got there at 4:53 and the door was locked. I waited a while and watched 5 people (potential customers) walk up to the door and try it, but it was locked. There was no note on the door saying they were at lunch or anything. Just locked. You lost a lot of business being closed at that time.

Nice clean store and great staff. Theyve very helpful and have great advice when Im not sure about a product or color. My hair is the best red Ive ever done for it not being natural!!

Awesome experience here tonight! The ladies working helped me get everything I needed to dye my kids’ hair. They even wrote down directions for me ❤️. Very knowledgeable and our hair dying was a success!!!

Brooke at the EP location was very helpful. Although this location is not as busy she made sure to let me know what they could do to go out of their way, or the Bloomington location would be another great alternative for what I was looking for.

My daughter and my dad went there, and bought over $90 in products, my daughter is currently in Cosmotology, and I had called because there was a missing item. I was told to call back, because the manager was not there, so I did. The gal said she would send it, I gave my daughters address, and later called my daughter, apparently it never got sent.

I asked when I bought hair extensions if I could color them. Was told yes. Well I can tell you they didn’t dye. What a waste.
