Last couple times Ive been here Ive had issues. Today my oil change was done in 15 minutes and it took 30 minutes for the paperwork to be done. The car was not washed and the sign said it was open.Super poor service. I spoke to the manager to let him know about the issue and he was going to comp the payment, but this was my free one since Ive been there 5 times.I feel like there were just too many new guys in there today and the kids looked like they were goofing off. You could tell by their actions and language as they walked by.Since the air filters box was not checked, I decided to check myself when I got home. This is a picture of the cabin air filter. Filthy! Plus the filter was installed on the wrong direction. Ugh.I used to recommend these guys but I no longer will anymore.
