I had the screen replaced on my iPhone and they were the most reasonably priced. Once I scheduled my appointment online, they gave me an additional $10 off! The employee that I left my phone with was super nice and very professional. The phone was repaired in one hour and they did a great job. Im extremely pleased and a very satisfied customer.

Their car battery service is incredible. They quickly measured my battery, showed me the results, talked me through my replacement options, and installed the new one - all under 20 minutes while being incredibly courteous and safe!

I just moved from south and winter just started here and car my battery was giving trouble. before purchasing battery from them i search some other auto shops and i found Batteries Plus are the best place buy batteries. Their technician will give you complete information and knowledge which is really helpful any customer. one more thing i would like to mention here, service matters with person to person. i went to some other Batteries Plus Bulbs branches but this branch is the best.

Great experience. My daughter had a car emergency and needed a battery installed on a Saturday at the end of her work. Batteries Pus came through for us. We ordered online, selected installation, picked a time and showed up. It was very easy, except it was -5F so you can imagine - wasn’t easy on the batteries plus guy! Really appreciate it and will come back for all our auto batteries needs.

STAY AWAY!!!They sold me a bad battery! They would not allow me to return it. If youre looking for a battery, this is not a place. Go to Napa, better customer service.Update: If you guys gladly check battery’s, Why did I receive bad one? Seems your workmanship is bad.

I’ve been using Batteries Plus since roughly 1995. Top shelf products and service at a fair price. You guys do not disappoint.

Brought my phone in to get the screen fixed. There was an unfortunate improper install that resulted in the new screen breaking within an hour of leaving the store. The installer left an piece of plastic that protects the adhesive. This resulted in too much pressure behind the screen and it cracked. See attached picture.I would expect them to rectify the situation, but instead they have kicked it up to corporate to make the decision. They said they would call again after I have gone in twice, but I have not received a call. I have canceled my credit card charge and will only return if they agree to fix this problem.

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. It seems that no matter who helps me everyone is aware of what it on tap for the day. I placed an order online and it seemed as though everyone knew it was waiting. Great service and will be back!!!!

I had batteries for both of my vehicle fobs die within a couple months of each other. I visited this store per the recommendation of a friend, and I was not disappointed. The service was prompt, friendly, and helpful. I chose the option for lifetime replacement on the batteries, and am glad I did. I wouldnt mind visiting these guys again. Great customer service is seemingly harder to find these days, but these guys have it down.

Bought a key fob 6 months ago. Stopped working so I tried changing the battery. Still didnt work so came into the store. They said my key fob was missing a component and that I knocked it off myself. Will not replace or offer any assistance since I tried changing the battery myself. What caused it to stop working in the first place? They said probably a bad battery from the factory and not their problem. Will not be back. Bad product backed by excuses and no support

Cody was super helpful and informative on helping me get my phone screens repaired. The young man the night before was equally helpful in getting my key fob a new battery. Normally I would have said 4 or 5, but the Eden Prairie store couldnt find in my account that I paid for the lifetime battery replacement program so I was charged full price for an item that should have been free. He even acknowledged that the sticker was on the battery, indicating that the replacement battery should have cost me nothing.

Cell phone was constantly needing to be recharged.took phone in to see if could get another battery, they dont handle that. Told me I was eligible for a new phone. I like my phone!! Talked to a friend who referred me to Batteries Plus. Was awesome! Employee was kind and courteous. We grabbed a bite to eat while he took care of my phone. I would highly recommend this store! Ive come in for light bulbs before as they have a great selection. Thank you Batteries Plus!!

I have been using Batteries Plus for 7 or so years. I have purchased batteries for a Skid loader, a hybrid car, cell phones, and replacement batteries for our Fire Department radios. They have always been knowledgeable and respectful. And on the one occasion they couldnt get a battery I needed, they gave me suggestions on where to look. I usually go to the Eden Prairie store, but all stores I have been to, Ive experienced the same quality service.

Never again will I go to a Batteries Plus. I brought my phone there to get the battery replaced. They broke the screen, back cover, and the charging port. They fixed it and it had so many problems that they replaced the phone. They told me it was a new phone but it wasnt in original packaging and when I plugged it into the charger it came with a message popped up that said please use an authentic Samsung charger with this phone (or something like that. Unfortunately it seems like no one who works there really knows what their doing. I saw an employee trying to help someone find a battery for their garage door opener and the employee was straight up guessing if a particular battery was right (saying I mean this /should/ work...)Avoid this place at all costs.

Will not buy anything from them . Have a hard time returning my battery which have a receipt and within 14 days of return . Unable to talk to any manger, no manger on site . Very short labor. I call the customer service takes them 4 days to gets back to me and still no calls from mangers to resolve the issue . Very poor management and customer service, I have no confident with them at all.

We tried to order a car battery here and apparently ours is a hard type of car battery to find. Well when we ordered it (online) we called the store ahead of time and were told it should be there in about a week. This was fine since their price was the best we’d found. When we hadn’t heard from them after a week and a half I checked in with them, he said it should be there any day. Same thing at two and a half weeks. Now it has been three and a half weeks and the guy just calls me and says they may not be able to find the battery at all and they are just going to refund my card. Keep in mind that this is a car battery we need so essentially our second car has been sitting while we wait to get this new battery put in and now after almost a month of waiting on them we just have to go somewhere else anyway. Lesson learned, no mores buying car batteries from Batteries Plus.

My new motorcycle battery did not seem to be keeping a charge. Took it back in for a test and they said it was fine. I was very skeptical since it still didnt perform as it should in the bike. Took it to Batteries Plus in Bloomington (apparently same ownership) for a second opinion. They declared the battery bad and promptly replaced it. I believe the guys at the Eden Prairie store are either incompetent or dishonest - my opinion. Now you know which store to go to.

Thought I had a good experience, but when I finally got the battery hooked up to my boat it didnt last long at all. This is the battery the salesman recommended, and when I brought it back to say it wasnt sufficient they said I could only return for store credit. I dont need store credit I already got a different battery.

I would recommend this place if you get your screen fixed they might break your down volume key it gets 4 stars because they were nice to me and they fixed my screen quickly

Theyve always solved my problems!Today I went to Geek Squad to see if they install iphone6 batteries - They dont. So to Battery plus and in about 30 minutes out the door with my phone.Problem I was having with original battery - would show 90% and just stop. Plug it in and back to life. Next time run to 60% and same thing, just die and go black. Plug in in and in 2 minutes Im back. Apple not willing to help and online solutions are all BS to frustrate reader . Have this issue? Back up your phone and go to Battery Plus!

I cant say enough about Above & Beyond service we received from the sales person that assisted us over the weekend with our phone repair. My daughters screen needed replacing and so we left the phone with the tech and planned to return by closing. We lost track of time while out running errands and realized it was closing time for Batteries Plus Bulbs but we were 10 minutes away from the store. I left a voicemail for the store telling him we were on our way and hoped he would still be there even though it was passed closing time. When we arrived, the lights were out inside but when I knocked on the door, he came out from the back and opened the front door. We apologized for being late but hoped we could still get my teenage daughters phone back as she was leaving town in the morning. The register was already closed down for the day but he allowed me to write a check instead and offered to send me an email receipt the next day. When I came out with her phone in hand, the tears turned to smiles and we all had a better evening because of his efforts.
