Have had two negative experiences with them, if their ad on ebay seems too good to be true it may just well be. I got a great deal on a Cisco 3650 only to be told they no longer had it in stock, not a huge deal but annoying. I gave them a few more chances and they were good until today.Ordered a Juniper EX220-C which was listed as having 2 SFP+ ports, I ordered and then realized only the 2300 has SFP+ and the 2200 has plain SFP. I contacted them and was told no other customers complained about it and since they included the word gigabit in the sentence that it was accurate. This shows a lack of professionalism and from now on i will continue to scroll when I see their eye-popping deals.

Ive ordered from these guys several times and never had a problem. Well, maybe a power cord was missing once. Good prices and much of the equipment has lasted several years, in fact, no equipment has failed. I would not hesitate a bit to purchase anything from Core4.

Checked your website for product and found it but could not find an ordering page.....found a box for a quote and requested one and never received it.....call toll free number and no one answered the phone; so left a message....no one returned my call...how do I do business with this company if I cant talk to a salesman or cant get a return call or order on website? Its a mystery to me!
