Spectacular customer service! They fixed my girlfriends $10 cheapo sunglasses FREE! I cant say theyd do that for everyone, but Im sure you can guess who will be getting all my vision business!Conversely, Pearle Vision, just 20 steps away, wanted me to sign up for their $35/yr maintenance plan for 50 cents worth of tiny screws! They will be getting 1 star, but only because they dont allow zero stars.

The team at this location are so nice and wonderful! Very engaging and knowledgeable! They laugh a lot with each other which makes you feel good when you are there! Couldn’t be happier with my appointment and new glasses! They helped me find the best price for me! I got 2 pairs for the price of one!

A very rushed experience by the staff when I was picking out frames (to their credit, it was busy). Came back a week later and the bifocal lenses were not correct. They were blurry and the lady helping me with the fitting was clearly inexperienced. She kept telling me to take both pairs home (again, it felt very rushed) and I could just return them later. I couldnt wear either pair for more then a few minutes, without a raging headache w/i 5 mins. They earn 2 stars in that they didnt fight me on the return. All-in-All a HUGE waste of my time and now I will have to start all over with a competitor.

I ordered contacts to be shipped to my house for $20 within a 2 to 3 week time period which is ridiculous on price and time in general. My contacts never showed up and when I reached out to the manager of the store his response was they were likely stolen and this has happened to me before and theres nothing I can do about it. No help in resolving the issue which was pretty frustrating but I did call my credit card company who was able to file an investigation and refund my money. Ended up overnight shipping from 1-800 contacts at a fraction of the price.

Just stopped in to get my new lenses that Joe helped me with last week he was super nice and was very helpful with everything. Came to pick the new lenses up today and Kate helped me me out and made sure I had a great experience.Everyone should go here not just because of the glasses but because they really help and they are so nice!

Service at this store is exemplary. I have purchased my last 3 pairs of glasses here, and I wont go anywhere else. The doctors are awesome, and the front employees are knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Kate in particular was great to work with. Highly recommended !

My appointment got pushed back cause I was 7 minutes late. Appointment was at 11:20. Not being able to find it in the mall. I ended up having to wait hours in the mall for the next appointment tell 2 pm. All to sit tell 2:30 for other peoples appointments. You dont get to pick favorites. No one elses appointment was more important than mine is. Never going back. Wouldnt recommend you do either

Stopped in to have my glasses adjusted and cleaned. Kate was awesome! She was very patient with me and didnt stop adjusting them until I was happy with how they felt. She never made me feel like I was being to picky. Great Job Kate, I will definitely come back for your service.

I hate even giving them one star. The help was not well trained and did a horrible job helping my daughter pick out her glasses. When they finally arrived they were ground so poorly she couldnt see when she was wearing them. Their attempt to fix the the problem was inadequate and we ended up leaving the glasses there and asking for our money back. I have been buying glasses for 20 years for my daughter and this was by far the worst experience we ever had

Doctor gave me trials that did not include astigmatism, no wonder I thought they were a bit blurry. Finally ordered the correct contacts and the man said I could expect them in 4 days. I called a week later looking for an update and he said there was a minor delay and should expect them by the end of the week... still no contacts. Just tried calling again and the number is disconnected, what the heck?

I had been going here for the last 5 years and thats now come to an end. I had made an appointment for an eye exam, and Ill be honest, I screwed up. I entered the time wrong into my calendar 15 minutes later than I was scheduled. So when I show up, thinking I was 7 minutes early, the woman at the front counter greeted me with a huge smile when I told her my name. She then, in the most gleeful manner, as if I was a rival of hers that she finally bested, informed me that I was 8 minutes late and my appointment had been canceled.I get that I was late. Shame on me. But for her to treat this as her own personal victory and revel in my tardiness was something I had never before seen in my life with regards to customer service. There are about 10,000 ways to handle this that would be far better. Some of those would be to say as rude as possible. Youre late and we have a policy. Try again next time. or If you werent so late and inconsiderate of my time you dolt, you would be getting your eyes examined right now. Again, those are both BETTER examples of what to do than to take personal joy in my canceled appointment.Anyways I will say that before this the service was never great but never made me want to change to a different provider, thus a solid 3-4 star. The only reason Im not giving a 1 is because over the course of 5 years I have been able to see just fine. But this chapter is now closed, all because of the most vicious smile anybody in a retail establishment has ever given.

Everybody was so helpful and friendly!! They went to great lengths to get the frames I wanted! After I left I changed my mind about what type of coating I wanted on the lenses and they were super prompt about changing it and treated it as if it was no problem whatsoever. Awesome associates!!!!

I took my 6 year old son in for an exam with Beth Despiegelaere and left very unsatisfied. I would not recommend this location for eye exams for children. I took my son to another eye practitioner and the prescription we were given was drastically different from the one given here.

They used to take one hour to make lenses for many prescriptions. Now all glasses are sent offsite and it takes 10 days to get new glasses. They didnt have frames my kids liked, so my kids wanted to keep their old frames, but that would mean 10 days without glasses. Unacceptable! We will be finding a new option, even though we like the optitions there.

Recently went to visionworks Eden prairie,Will never go there again,Completely overpriced,as far as customer service the woman that helped me and my wife to get glasses for our ten-year-old son is one of the rudest women Ive ever came across,she acted as if she didnt want customers in the store maybe she should get a different job,Was hoping for a good experience considering my son already had anxiety,The nightmare on feet that helped us couldnt of made it a worse experience,When we left my son said Dad she sure wasnt very nice,,

I checked with all competitors, and VisionWorks offered an extensive selection of eyewear, as well as, by far, the best prices. General Manager Amy was very knowledgeable and extremely professional and helpful. This was a user-friendly, no pressure store. Service and pricing were excellent.

Before visiting Visionworks, I was at Pearl Vision which is about 30 feet away. I tried on the same brand at both stores and they were $100 less expensive at Visionworks. The service here is terrible, but if you find the glasses you want I figure it’s worth the money you save. They called less than 24 hours after I left saying my glasses were ready to be picked up - can’t beat that!

Was previously unsatisfied with Visionworks EP because of the girl helping me after the exam. Did not order my specs there. I decided to try once more today. Beth Despiegelaere is awesome and was never the problem. Very professional and friendly. Today Susie helped me after. She was wonderful and and it was great that she went over and beyond. So, my conclusion - will only work with her forward in the eyeglass ordering process. If she is not there, my glasses can wait :)

This place is inconsiderate. I called @ 11:00 AM when the store opened to get a replacement on my eyeglass, my RX/PD sent to me, & they said they would call me back in 5-30 min. To say the least, I called them back every two hours, 3 times total & I kept getting the same response that they would call me back 5-30 min & that they were super busy apparently. The very last time I called, I was so frustrated at this point & they were so rude to me. I didn’t understand why someone couldn’t just email me my RX so I could go somewhere else.. they told me they couldn’t give me my RX or my PD. Eventually I told them to foward my RX to the Edina location & they did everything for me fast & super easy. They gave me everything I asked for & were confused as to why they wouldn’t give me my RX when it’s my information. Thank god for the Edina location! These people were rude & inconsiderate.

I moved from Minneapolis to Eden Prairie and needed my prescription transferred from Mpls to EP. The Minneapolis location did not forward my information over to EP like they said they would. Kate and another young lady whom I spoke to over the phone really went out of their way to get the information needed to replace my glasses. The customer service I received at the Eden Prairie location was exceptional. They did not blame or call out anyone at the other location they just sprung in to action and had my information ready to go. I appreciate the customer service I received from Kate it made my day just wanted to brag LOL!

The optometrist at this location flat out refused to write me a prescription for Acuvue 2 contact lenses (the lenses I had and loved for years) in order to upsell me to the more expensive Oasys. She kept saying Acuvue 2s were being discontinued, but that is simply not true. (I went on to another optometrist who did provide the Acuvue 2 prescription and I had no issues filling it. Acuvue 2s are not being discontinued.) She either believed her sales rep or has questionable ethics herself.

Incompetence, complete and total incompetence. They may be cheaper than some other places but I will never again give them one red cent. I paid for my glasses and exams out of pocket. Almost $400, not that it matters how much you spend, but I think the a little respect and some actual customer service should come from it.Not only are they crabby and disrespectful in person, on the phone they act like your diservicing them. I dont understand how you work somewhere in an industry thats so specific yet dont know how to do your job. If I could give negative stars, I would!

My experience at tbe EdenPrairie store was awful, have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and my frames broke after3 months and had purchased a protection plan and they tried telling me I used it already, when in fact I hadnt, I am so done with this place, will be going somewhere else in the future.
