Horrible company to deal with. Ross can’t read emails, doesn’t respond, and refuses to fix mistakes on his end. Highly recommend going anywhere but this place. Orders took way longer than quoted, they constantly ordered the wrong products, stitching on an expensive carhartt jacket was off, screwed up an entire batch of shirts and argues with the customer about his mistakes.This last order I asked specifically to get sweatshirts the same as the last order, and I included his previous quote. After weeks of emails I finally paid someone to go to his shop with a sweatshirt and jacket from the previous batch he did and go through every item. After going through everything we paid the bill and it took a month and 10 days to finally get the products but they weren’t as discussed or as previously completed. About two weeks before they were done Ross emailed me to say the sweatshirts wouldn’t have rear print as they did previously because he didn’t include it on the quote that I paid for when we went through everything. So all in all he refused to do the back print as discussed and previously completed.I called and tried to discuss the issues with Ross but he isn’t willing to admit that he screwed up and refuses to correct the issues.

Brought in two robes for a wedding gift to be monogrammed. Went through the process of making sure the font was correct and then had to tape the example where I wanted it placed. When I picked the robes up I was disappointed in the size of the monogram and the placement was off. They offered me no solution. This was a very frustrating end result.

Stopped in this morning to hopefully get a 6 letter name embroidered on a strip of fabric for a quilt I am finishing as a gift for a family with a 5/15 graduation date. Asked about availability for a rush order and was willing to pay extra for it. Once this is embroidered on I still need to sew the quilt together so I didnt have 1.5 weeks to wait to start on the assembly. The gentleman said they are 1.5 weeks out and that everyone would say they need a rush order if he accepted any so he couldnt help me. They apparently have no rush rates or any way to make exceptions. I felt like what I needed would literally take them 10 minutes to do and I was willing to pay whatever rush fee they would charge. He seemed very inflexible, unsympathetic and also missing out on business they could do with charging more for last minute needs. I wont go back with my regular embroidery needs. I have a several kids in the district and wouldnt recommend them to others. Just trying to save others time if you were thinking you could stop in and ask for anything to be done quickly, its not going to happen :(
