Just bought a new Horizon treadmill from this organization in the last month. I moved and the treadmill wouldn’t fit into my new home without partial disassembly. I can’t do this myself. I called and asked if they would help me, saying I would pay them for their time. They said they couldn’t help (actually had their receptionist call and tell me this). They had no problem delivering the new treadmill but now that I need a little help, they’re telling me to buzz off. Pathetic service.

Don’t ever come to deliver here laziest people I ever seen. Instead of unloading you they sit around and talk. Took 5 hrs to unload and was the only truck here. Stay away

Delivering is ok to get into, ( better in summer, than winter) but my experience in getting their stuff off, I had a guy that had an attitude ( Ive got the badge ! ) . Took him an hour to make time to start on me, and they only had 11 pallets total tym was 3 hrs

Best exercise delivery company the world has to offer. Great costumer service, has really stepped it up as a company. Well done 2nd wind!

I just called this place (8:00am on Monday, 11/11/19) for some information on a piece of workout equipment I was looking for and the woman who answered the phone was argumentative and not helpful at all. I had to hang up because I did not want to continue to be talked down to and argued with. I would never do business with this company because of this experience.
