Had a great first time experience at Pasta Zola! The staff were so friendly and took the time to explain all the options. They made sure I had condiments and repackaged my order when I realized I needed it to go. Love that its a local, family-owned place. Additionally, for the price, the portion sizes were very generous and the food flavorful.
I tried zoodles pasta with Alfredo sauce. The dish was drowning in Alfredo, too much sauce. The chicken Alfredo sauce was good.
I went it at 5:40 pm on 8/22/21 after a movie and they said they were closed… hours say they are open until 6 pm. Don’t put your hours open if you have people closing down early.
Super yummy food, I ordered pickup w/ DoorDash they had it ready within 3 mins of ordering, it was hot and fresh!😍
Honestly, I had a bad experience ordering from them before. They forgot my sauce on my mac and cheese but I was like whatever, it happens, honest mistake: Ill try ordering from them again. Well, I did yesterday. And now, I have food poisoning (and it wasnt my breakfast or lunch because those were homemade.) Never ordering from here again. Very disappointed. Food was never that great to begin with and Ive had nothing but problems.

5 stars based on just one visit with my daughter. Being it was in a food court, my expectations were not through the roof. She had a Mac n chesse pairing, while I had the rigatoni with meatballs in smooth red sauce. Both tasted fresh, were piping hot and the regular size was more than enough for 2 meals. Add on a very friendly wait person made our dining experience most enjoyable.
The pasta tasted good and the staff were friendly. We went to the Eden Prairie location yesterday and ordered pasta with chicken. The pasta however did not have chicken in it. On going back to the counter and telling them about it, they added chicken to the pasta. They also offered free soda or bread sticks (which we declined).We went there for the second time and they missed adding one of the topping on our pasta again. Not sure if they do this purposefully!!
Its an okay place. Good service. Plenty of make your own options. But just so bland. I tried 3 different type of pasta combinations over the course of the year and each time was as bland as the last, even adding salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. But its a good choice if you need gluten free or healthier options in the mall. I think Im done with them.
Ive come here many times and the pasta is always great! My favorite is the basil pesto pesto fusion. The sauces are good and its prepared really fast. The little candies they give you are just an added bonus!
It was okay. The salad had way too much dressing and the pasta sauce was very mild and little flavor. Very kind staff and good prices however. Not sure If Ill go bacvk.
Delicious, rich, creamy pasta!As someone with Celiac disease, it can be really hard to find gluten free options in a mall food court. Pasta Zola exceeded my expectations and continues to do so every time I return. Their owners are incredibly friendly and the food is always prepared quickly, even if there is a long line.Their gluten free pasta is delicious, and almost all of the sauces and sides are gluten free. My personal favorite is the gluten free penne with Alfredo sauce and broccoli. Delicious!
Ordered via Foodsby at work. Order was on time hot and filling. I was not too pleased though, I ordered the tortellini with bolo meat sauce and while I got what I asked for the sauce was not as flavorful as I expected it to be; it mostly tasted like fennel and tomato. The tortellini was also rather bland, bringing to mind those big bags of dried pasta you can get at Costco. The salad looked like it was pre packaged for resale made mostly of the lettuce hearts. Guess I should have ordered a pizza instead :/

I had a absolutely horrible experience at the Eden prairie location Pasta Zola, I was charged for chicken with my order and I was not given chicken, I called and the manager was absolutely rude and unhelpful. He even began to use foul language when I asked for a solution to my problem.
