I loved my couch when it was purchased. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, shortly after my couch was purchased the stitching began to come out. I purchased a $500 warranty to cover it. However it has been since December of 2020 and no parts have been delivered to replace. Fast furniture repair has been out twice and no voicemails are being returned from the store. It’s now September 2021 and I feel like I have been ripped out of the warranty. Would not shop here again due to this.

Ive paid a down payment of $350 on the 6th of August 2021 and here it is the 21st of of August 2021 and still no bedroom suit that we ordered and when i called a week ago they kept telling me it should be on the truck tomorrow everytime i called it was always tomorrow and then the manager called me a couple days ago to offer me the display model which i gladly accepted and then she called me later that day saying the delivery driver broke the head board so I called back on the 20th and told them i wanted my money back and they hung up on me and when i called back they sent me to voicemail i would not recommend this store to anybody

This was our first time experience buying furniture from schewels and it was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful, so sweet. We found everything we wanted plus they scheduled the delivery to fit our schedule. We actually had a last minute change of mind and they easily let us swap out our table for a recliner instead. Absolutely great experience I see now why my dad always chose them for all those years!

Nice selection of furniture and good prices. The service is excellent. We had a small defect and the manager replaced the item for us in minutes with no questions. We enjoy shopping with Schewels in Eden NC.

Courtney was awesome! I was able to submit my credit application online and then Courtney helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for. I was able to come in on Saturday complete my paperwork and have my appliances delivered the same day! It was a very quick and easy process all around!

Great customer service! WE always enjoy our experience at the Eden, NC Schewels location. The people are friendly and welcoming - from the Sales Reps to the Finance Dept; from the Delivery guys to the Manager. Theyre very knowledgeable about their products and sales information. We always feel that weve gotten the best possible deal.

Not organized I wont come back to this one after Im done paying off! Bad experience already had a conversation with manager nothing was really done about it! I was miss informed about a tv I purchased when I went to pick it up there wasnt any in stock after I was told it was ok to come pick it up! I was really upset because I all they had to do was tell me it wouldnt be in until tommrow! I wasted time an gas coming out to get a tv that wasnt even there! Thats bad businesses!!!

Dont expect to get what you pay for. They are super nice when they are selling you an item like a mattress with a free bed frame and even though you tell them you need the rails to attach your headboard and footboard they could care less theyll sell you another one but dont on their words your living room save may come with several pieces what are optional and they even though you say youll take the floor model and dont show up said you never ordered it running around in circles until you just get tired of pulling with them I try another store Franklin I wont be back

Thursday November 29th I made a visit to the Schewels in Eden NC and the experience was phenomenal. The employees were friendly, had a positive attitude and was only interested in my needs. I recommend the Schewels in Eden to everyone! I will definitely be back for future purchases.
