Have done business with them several times and the customer service is excellent. The repair service may at times take longer than desired because of these 2 reasons. They are the best and stay busy, I’m understanding because I appreciate the best and the cost is reasonable.

They were very pleasant and courteous and willing to help with the small job that I had. I was very pleased with them and the service. I called 3 other computer repair places in Rockingham county and they were the only ones who called me back. Thank you Micro Support!!!

Very slow. Took a week for them to even consider looking at my computer when all I needed was a diagnostic. Took it to someone else who actually wanted to help.
