Really friendly and quick pharmacy staff. Great prices for any medicines Ive gotten there. Im happy that I chose them as my pharmacy.

My mom had a broken wrist on 12th October. Orthopedic Doctor prescribed her a medicine. I took her insurance card and ID to the walmart pharmacy, Eden, NC right away . Pharmacy Technician told us her (Mothers Name: Sameena B) insurance info is not in system. Where my mother has been using walmart pharmacy for past 15yrs. Made me and my wife wait for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting I was told that its too early to get medicine and we should come on 17th October 2020 to get them and my mother had taken pain med before from pharmacy. Which she never did (because her wrist broke same day). I was told that they cant do anything about it and we need to talk to doctor about it. Leaving my mother in pain all night without pain medicine. Doctor and receptionist were amazed and verified the dates (which were correct) and Later called pharmacy again. Same story was given that my mother has taken a medicine which she never prescribed in past 5-7 yrs. There was no written record of it in pharmacy documents either. Finally got the medicine after going and forth but for that I have to bring my mother with broken wrist in PAIN to give her a pain medicine. Sad thing is she was suffering with pain all night and we were frustrated with the situation. Furthermore, pharmacy created in these rough Covid times (she is in her 60s, we are trying to have her less exposure whats out there). Walmart pharmacy in eden, NC and Walmart Corp. should take a serious note on this :/. These events took place, you can verify my mothers name above.

This Walmart pharmacy closes for lunch? They do not stagger their brakes. My family member had just been released from the hospital and need critical heart medicine for that evening. As I walked up the pharmacist was locking her roll down door to leave for lunch. I ask her if I could just drop off the prescription and pick it up later that day. She waved her hand saying NO, go away. Walmart needs to address this with their staff. One star.

To be honest I work at Walmart in the Deli. Theres always trouble here. Hes a disabled man and has really bad ADHD. I gave a script for Amphetimine Salts 30 MGS and 15 MGS. They have told me too come back in a few days they would have them. That was over a week and a half ago. I got a text on the 28th of March saying they would finally have them in 1-2 days. Call up there and still telling me they havent got them today the 30th of March. Love Walmart but the people in pharmacy act like they dont even try or care.

1st off this is the worst walmart Ive been to and Ive lived all over NC and in several different states. The ladys at the pharmacy are hateful and judgmental if you are prescribed a narcotic they look at you like ur trash/junkie and talk in a different tone km switching to the mayodan walmart next month

How does the Walmart pharmacy close for lunch? Customers have to wait around just for their prescriptions. Its an inconvenience.
