Mostly fully stocked - staff was very very nice

Extremely satisfied with this location. Everything was clean, organized, and the employee staff are incredibly amazing. I believe her name was Dana or Diana that helped me with my purchase. Helped me find everything that I needed and helped me find gifts for my family members and she was so sweet. Manager is also extremely nice as well. All of the staff members are nice, friendly and welcoming which is very important nowadays during this pandemic as well as seeing the workers clean and wipe everything down.

Love bath and body works. Most employees here are extremely sweet and cheery. Today during the candle sale I had the RUDEST employee named Maria checking me out. She had a huge attitude and would not honor a coupon I had because it was a picture. Previously these have always been honored. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the rude employee.

Miss the phenomenal sales from days past. The gentleman on the floor was very courteous and helpful

This place is small but that doesnt affect how much inventory they sell. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a multitude of lotions and body washes. So many different scented items to choose from thatll cover any occasion. Check this place often because they have special discount days.

Easy to navigate friendly staff and good prices for your bundles

Everytime it’s absolute warm welcomes. All the staff is so kind, so helpful and most importantly extremely polite to everyone. I feel so good everytime I walk in the store and see all the staff welcoming and polite.I’ve seen some customers walk in exactly at closing time yet staff is so welcoming with smile and friendly. Definitely lovely place to shop

Went in looking for CO Bigelow products and the seasonal sales girl was not at all knowledgeable about where things were prior to her employment.Super annoyed at having to talk to seasonal workers who have extremely limited products knowledge. At another location a few years back, I asked about a few discontinued products and to one, she confidently said, oh you must have mixed it up.... that is a Victoria Secrets item. Not a bath and bodywork item. Granted it was a short lived first rain scent..... I thanked her, turned around and walked out. Cant have a conversation with someone who is clueless. I have to blame b&bw.

I went to baht and body works for the first time in years. Just as I remembered. This bath and body works had way more home & candle then anything else. the staff was helpful and very conscious of covid rules & practices from the moment you walk in. only thing is they needed more staff. maybe one more person on the floor helping customers. One girl for the whole floor to answer customer questions wasnt enough.

Awesome! Must wear a mask & they make you sanitize before shopping. The staff is so nice & helpful. Ill definitely go back.

Smallest bath and body works ive ever been too. And if that wasnt enough, they let a woman in there with her dog. The dog was all over the place. Wont be returning to this location anytime soon

Customer service from manager was unpleasant, I wanted to buy some products and they didnt allow me to use the coupon I had on my phone. Other stores are more flexible and do all the best to make customer feel happy with their purchase sadly this location was different.

I came in Thursday afternoon it was really laid back and relaxing vibes all around. I even befriended the cashier and she was very helpful. It was a fun trip 👍🏼

I wish I can post without giving a star. This place is very unprofessional. They called my daughter for a job interview and they made her wait for 30 minutes to tell her that they dont know who called her. A manager told her to re submit her application online and call him. She did re-submit and called back and never heard from the manager His name is Mo or Moe. Is this what Equal employment opportunity is? I am so surprised that such a big company is so unorganized. This location needs get it get together. To so blatantly misplace someones information and not be aware of their own interview processes speaks very poorly of them!

When u ask for basic services as a customer like double bags on a rainy wet day is indifferent. little things can make difference for who travels just for the store end of the year big sale and this place dont have clue on that.

Place was packed for a huge christmas sale on candles, they handled the rush admirably

Selected this Edgewater store location, to buy foaming soaps and wall fragrance refills, as the City Mall is a fun shopping destination with its NYC skyline views, many eateries and upbeat metro feel. Good, friendly and attentive service in this store and the Wallflower refills and soaps were on sale. Lots of free, underground parking at this mall, unless you are super fortunate and find a spot in front of the store. (If you do, head immediately to Atlantic city cuz this must be your lucky day)

I had a really bad experiance with the manager in this bbw. she doesnt want to change the wallflowers refills for different scents. I bought 10 of them a day before and I just want to change 6 of the them . horrible ...
