Amazing, they fixed my bags, and they look brand new 💕💕..I left my coach shoes and sneakers..

Absolutely blown away by the quality of work here! I was heartbroken after I accidentally destroyed the lining (with blue ink) of my Gucci bag that I got on my honeymoon and they were able to completely restore it! Looks brand new! Also, took a 25+ year old leather bag to be restored and it looks amazing! Will absolutely be going back to them!

These people are the best. They repaired a lot of wear & tear on my suede Sam Edelman booties. It took a little extra time to do it, but well worth the wait...they look like new!

Took in Givenchy bag to shorten strap. Seems like an easy enough job. The fold around the metal clasp did not align. And was not closed properly. Very poor quality messing up my luxury bag. Don’t take luxury items here.

Excellent craftsmanship! The gentleman behind the counter really knows leather. Had the straps of my two favorite bags altered and reinforced to fit my frame better and it was seamlessly done. Prices are fair and such a nice guy! Will bring my high end shoes here as well.

I wore my suede Louboutins to a party I didnt know was going to be outside. It was on a lawn and the grass was wet from rain the day before and got a bit muddy as the night went on. I was afraid that my shoes were ruined. A friend recommended I bring them to the Shoe Doctor. I brought them in and he did an amazing job with them. They look brand new! I couldnt be happier with the outcome.

I dropped off one of my mothers old LV bags for a cleaning and repair (as a surprise) in mid-May. I was told it would be ready June 1st. I called June 1st and they said it wasn’t ready and to come by in 2 weeks. I went there today (July 1st) to pick up the bag (gave them more than enough time) and it took them a half hour to find the bag! I was certain they lost it but Thank God the one worker found it! The bag sat for over a month and was never cleaned or repaired. I was rudely told to come back tomorrow but I no longer live in the area so I told him no way...need it today. Half hour later the bag was ready. The customer service is terrible...very unorganized, overpriced, and the owner is rude. The bag looks good and refreshed so no complaints there. As I was leaving a gentleman was there to pick up something and they couldn’t find his order either! They seem to lose and misplace things easily, would not recommend dropping off anything extremely expensive or with sentimental value. I will not be going back.

I had the BEST experience here. I dropped off a very favorite travel suitcase with a broken zipper and they fixed it on the spot. They were friendly, efficient and very professional. I was delighted and the price was very reasonable also. Thanks guys. I will return.

I took my brand new mens leather jacket to have the sleeves shorten. When I got there Luis met with me and was extremely attentive and caring. He explained everything in detail, took the measurements gave me a very good price. I felt like a VIP. I definitively recommend them.

I took my girlfriend Celine bag and my ferregamos shoes to get clean. They did an amazing job and the prices are affortable. I would def recommend them to any one and also all the workers have a smile on their faces.

Fraught with sloppy rushed work. Ive brought about 10 pieces here to get work done. Often Ive had to ask them to correct things due to sloppy work and had to come back again. Sometimes things came out fantastic. Owner seems to care and tried to make good, however after rejecting the same item a second time for sloppy work, and noticing that they nearly burned through the suede of a different set of shoes removing the maroon stain they put on there from sloppy heel staining (seriously???), Ive had enough.Not worth it to gamble with the results. My time is too valuable. Back to NYC cobblers for me.

Scam artists, take your business elsewhere!Dropped off two pairs of shoes to get re-soled.Came by a week later to pick up, and they had forgotten to do the job. I gave them another chance, and my wife picked them up while I was out of town. She was double-charged!!!They claimed they had given me a receipt with the quote on it. They didnt. Run away as fast as you can.

After 4 months and $420 my vintage gucci bag was refurbished but then the strap broke the day after I got it back. I brought it back in again and i still havent gotten it back after a 5th month... they overcharge, under deliver and take foreverUpdate: i got it back but my Gucci bag had a Michael kors strap!!
