Associate took info with pen & paper. Resulting in forgetting to do rotation and only doing oil change. After 5hrs car being there I had to call the place just to find out if is ready!? When arrived that is when I found out tire rotation was not complete.

Rudy and the team are always helpful. I just needed air in my tires today. I was in and out in 2 minutes, and they didnt even charge me. I would give 5 stars, but staff are not wearing masks at this time (during the delta variant surge). Otherwise, Im a regular and get my oil changes here as needed.

The staff was very friendly and professional. It was raining crazy that day and they made sure to clear up all the water so I wouldnt slip. Very pleasant chaps. Was my first time and I intend to go back!

No one showed up to open the business until 8:45. A nice man explained a scheduling problem. I waited... It said they filled the ties to 35. they were 33 and 32 as I left. It said they washed all of the windows but none were washed. It said they filled the windshield washer, but it was not filled. I will not return. I did have 100% oil. The man I dealt with was courteous. I was the only customer there. The other waiting person left.

I had my oil changed and got new wiper blades on Nov 2019 got full synthetic, I went back about a year later, I do not put a lot of mile on the car. when I went back for another oil change they said the oil plug was cross threaded and said I needed a new plug and to bring the car back when I got it. I did go three more times and they said each time they didnt have a mechanic there to do the job. Today I tried to get an oil change again but was handed a bill for $624.79 to change the oil pan and labor. I told them that you guys cross threaded it. They denied doing the job and said it had not been done since 2019. This place is a rip off. My wiper blade flew off the car during a rain storm also. do not go here they do not stand by their word.

A+ service! Just stopped in for an oil change, was told I should rotate my tires and showed me why! I appreciate that they showed me rather than blindly trying to upsell me something. During the rotation, Dave the mechanic, did a free brake inspection and noticed my front brakes were very bad. Although I didnt have the money to replace them at that time, I will be back to have them done. Im very impressed with Justin and Dave! I would give them a negative star if I could. In fact you have to give one to post. This place is a complete racket. I called to get estimate for oil change. When they charged $12. More they said I asked for synthetic blend and I had not because I had never heard of that. Then I had a 20 dollar coupon for synthetic oil change which they said they would honor. While changing my oil they came to me and said I needed engine air filter. It did not really look that bad . I asked price he said 30$ but on sale this month for half price.So I reluctantly said go ahead. When it gets to invoice time it was way over what I expected . That is when they told me I got wrong quote for oil change over phone .I then asked what they charged for the engine air filter and they said $29.95 and I said no the guy told me half price. They keep adjusting my invoice all around and tell me the engine air filter full price because I have coupon for oil change. Asked where the man was that told me the price of filter, and what I can only guess was the manager or someone from corporate because I had been informed that someone from corporate was there so they had to make sure they pointed everything out to me. Told me the service guy was gone. Then he said he was on break upstairs and he would not disturb him. I held my ground and the man had the nerve to ask me “If I had nothing better to do? “ What a MORON. . Really I just wanted to punch the jerk !! They messed with my invoice like a used car dealer. 4 different redos and none ever really satisfied me. So I ended up paying $104. for a synthetic oil change and an engine air filter. The first invoice $140. Their bait and switch is unbelievable. So if you go there just go ahead and back up and bend over and smile. I left with my day completely ruined. And please don’t suggest I call corporate because I will and the BBB and the Hometown News.

I am a nurse on the front line of the Covid pandemic, I have very little time to get the necessities such as oil changes etc. done during my brief time off. As a result, I chose this local Jiffy Lube multi care located in Edgewater Florida on Indian River Boulevard. I was very pleased with the reception I received, the professionalism was amazing. Customer service extended from Justin Morales as well as my technician Dakota was fabulous. I highly recommend to have the service done here. I have a 2016 Honda and she’s never been outside of the dealership, Due to a lack of confidence in surrounding businesses in this area. Spent $40 to get a tire patched. An employee said if I had any problems to take it back in and they’d fix it for free. When I called they told me they don’t warranty tire patches so now I’m out $40. And still need my tire patched.

Just found out that air filter wasn’t installed properly. Kept hearing loud noise like I had an exhaust issue. Brought it in to muffler shop. No problem found with exhaust system. Explained when the noise was most noticeable and it was upon acceleration. Beware when you bring your car to this Jiffy Lube. I assure you I won’t be back.

Great staff and excellent service! While visiting from out of town, a friend referred me here for an issue I was having with my car. Thanks to the Manager, Mike and technician Ralph, I am back on the road safe and sound. I may even have to drive back from the west coast for my regular car maintenance!

Had a great experience with the crew and District Manager Mike. After talking with him about some minor issues in the past, Mike informed me that they have completely revamped their staff with all new management and crew. I must say the new staff was amazing. They completely took care of the minor issues and worked hard and fast to make everything right immediately. If this is an indicator of where they are heading as a company, I applaud them and recommend this location to anyone needing an oil change or minor work on their vehicle. Not bad! Most places wont rotate my Mercedes tires, but these guys do ok. They are improving. Last rotation, two wheels were correct and two were 160 ft.lbs. This time all four were at 140. (They should be 100 ft.lbs.) At least none of them were loose! Maybe some remedial training on how to use a torque wrench is in order?Ill be back ! !

The first time I went there I was traveling to NY and got an iol change, my car sounded like it was falling apart. I stopped a few towns up and no one could figure out was was wrong. I kept in contact with the guy from Edgewater who recommend I go to the nearest Jiffy lube saying, he believed it was the pan and it was probably vibrating making it sould like dishes were smashing together.About 600 miles later it stopped, sounded like a possible screw or something that may had been sitting in a metal pan, came out.Then a yr later I go back, having a master mechanic in the car with me ( unbeknownst to them)I told them I just had an oil change in Boca and I have oil leaking, the guy there said everybody had been fired the day before and he just started working there that day and that no one there knew what to do and the mechanic would be in the following day to return.(They need experienced workers.) I did go back 2 Days Later and they were very helpful, although they couldnt do the work (only one part ) of it they gave me a fair estimate. I understand everybody has to start somewhere but at least have an experienced worker in the shop at all times. I dont blame the workers there, I blame the owner. Polite, helpful, gave me info to pass along of their assesment.

The service was good...fast...but the cost is way too much. I told him if they lowered the prices theyd have more bussiness. Come on....45. To 60.for an oil change...i dont need a vacume and my windows washed. All the other fluids checked...that is good. Ill look for coupons or specials next time. I like to give my bussiness to our local stores...they also need to give something back.

Changed my oil fast and know what theyre doing

I stopped here on my way to Miami because my tires felt weird, I pulled over and checked with my gauge and it said all my tires pressures were high. I thought it might be busted so when I got off the exit this was the closet tire place I could find. A young lady came up to my car and I explained what happened, she got the guage/pump and checked all four tires, let me know they were all high and fixed them for me. I regret not getting her name but she was really sweet and offered me safe travels. I know it was seemingly simple but her customer service skills were notable especially since she really didnt have to and I didnt actually buy anything.

I took my 2015 chrysler 200 for an oil change and tire rotation. They failed to inform me that my tires were dry rotting and falling apart. There was clear separation and were very unsafe to drive and at one point after my service on the highway the front right tire ballooned and almost burst. Had to have to two right ones replaced. They told me my tires were good to go and also put a synthetic blend oil in when the cap specifically says full synthetic only. When I tried to express my concern to the manager he told me there was nothing they could do and there was no way to tell the tires were bad. He didnt even want me to have the number for his supervisor. Kept making excuses and told me that he would call me instead. Then proceeded to ask us to leave. Will never go back or recommend this shop to anyone. They were negligent and endangered several people and did absolutely nothing to make it right. I wish I could put 0 stars instead. Absolutely disgusted

STAY AWAY from this shop...If you go in for a simple oil change, you will be bullied into buying new air filters, wipers, flushes....Shops get corporate Brownie points when they have the best Up Sell numbers....They refused to change my oil after I asked them to put my filters back in where they belong (not my oil filter)...since I called them out on doing things other than I asked for (oil and oil filter change), they pulled my car out and DID NOT CHANGE THE OIL....Cry babies!!!!! They couldnt upsell me anything else and pulled and got pissed enuf to refuse service....OH, I called corporate and told them they have some BAD PRACTICE going on at that location....Unless you enjoy spending WAY MORE than u planned and enjoy being bullied into it, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...they will tell u its policy and they are doing you a favor....NOT, they are pick pocketing you!!!!!Angies list actually investigated this Up selling practice by bringing a JUST SERVICED car to 37 fast lube type shops...many told the reporters (who were undercover) that their oil was perfectly clean and did not need service..amongst the one who QUICKLY changed the oil was Jiffy Lube..they were also one of three who ALSO recommended other service that was HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE....the dont care about you or your car, just your money...

I have been to the shop 3 times since they opened for oil change and most recently for a steering rod for my Mercedes. I am very pleased with the first class service i recieved from the minute i open my car to get out to getting back into my car after the work is done. I am 1 year new to the area n very cautious as to who i allow to work on my car as my original mecganic is in flagler beach. Glad to say i will never return to him to ever work on my car again. Very happy and satisfied with the profeshion work done by these guys. They resolved a problem i have been complaing about to my flagler beach mechanic for years and a dispute as to an alignment problem that my original mechanic claimed it was not an alignment problem, causing tyres to be eaten out in less than a year ones he had installed, n balance the tyres lyer! This problem was diagnosed and fixed with steering rod and a corrected tyre alignment by Jiffy lube in Edgewater, always pleasant, profeshional n trustworthy. 5 stars plus for me. Keep up the great work.

Little pricey. The only thing I didnt like is on the oil sticker they put in window.they put the mileage that it was at. Not great attention to detail
