I had a couple of pieces of granite that I needed to have cut because I’m replacing my kitchen cabinets and reusing the existing granite. I was happy to hear that they would cut and finish it versus me trying to do it and maybe ruin it.The guys at the shop were all super nice and even helped me double check my logic on how much I needed to cut off and finish. It was ready in just a couple of days and the price was much better than I expected too. Oh, and the cuts were spot on and they finished it perfectly as well.

Had them process and install new granite countertops, they are easy to work with, and did a great job at a reasonable price... Install was on time a very professional 👍

I had a granite countertop with sink purchased through G&M Innovations installed in 2017. August 2020 the sink fell out/unglued from the granite. It happened on a weekend. Do to the timing and needing a kitchen sink, I had the kitchen cabinet builder reinstall the sink that afternoon. I could not wait till Monday.I called G& M. They said even though they guarantee their work for 1 year, they would have made arrangements to repair sink.Just an FYI to consumers to check your sink installation was done correctly with proper adhesive. I have 3 homes, 3 granite countertops and have never experienced this or heard of any of my friends or associates sinks falling from a granite installation. I asked if they would reimburse the nominalcost for the emergency repair. They refused.

I have had numerous jobs with GMI and they have always come through with promises kept. Excellent product and craftsmanship. After my experiences here, I wouldnt even consider another countertop company.

The worst mistake I made in my home renovation was going with GMI for my marble countertops. I would especially not recommend this company if you want waterfall edges. My kitchen island has waterfalls on both sides and on one side there is a 1.5 gap between the marble and the cabinet, and on the other, they clearly tried to grind the marble slab down that was measured incorrectly rather than re-cutting it to fit properly. It looks awful. The entire slab on top of the island is crooked, leaving another large gap at the wall, which the installers sloppily tried to fill in with silicone. There was also a problem with the honed finish which GMI promised to fix, and never did.

These guys seriously deliver. The measuring is precise, the installation is excellent, the customer service is spot on, and they have a sense of humor. You get whatever they promise you. We will use them again and highly recommend them.

Very easy to work with and good prices. However, the installer never talked with us about counter height etc....needed a spacer between cabinet and counter. Dishwasher doesnt fit and stove too high. Bit disappointing.

Couldnt ask for better service. Company is a pleasure to work with very professional and reliable company.
