So tasty! I tried the new Coconut AFAIK Bowl for $10.95! 😋 So delicious! And my daughters ate the yogurt ice cream with sprinkles and worm gummed, they simply loved it!!!!

So Im changing my review from a 5 star to a 2. Very disappointed in the last few times I gone here. Usually when I go I buy 4 or 5 juice plus a bowl since I enjoy them,and dont love to close but the reason for the 2 star is recently the juices have been filled with pulp. Once I placed my order I overheard the employee speaking about my order and how they had to make another of the same juice that they just finished making and how they didnt wanna make it and they even had a attitude towards me and I didnt think anything of it once I got home and had a slip of it, it was mostly pulp I had to strain it myself and half of it was only half of the juice I dont live close so I couldnt go back.

Nice little joint for frozen yogurt and smoothies. Only reason why I gave 2 stars is they took my order, totally forgot to make my order (only one order in front of me) and there were only two other customers around... plus I was sitting right in front of the cashier!

Not many selections but overall not bad if you want something quick.

Warning to all customers: This place closes early every day, by at least 1 hour. This has happened multiple times to me already. They give a different excuse every time. The cash registers stopped working or the machines arent freezing. Ive seen them turn away 5 or 6 people at a time. Why have store hours that you dont follow? Just change your posted hours.

I think Id feel better if the toppings werent self-serve, but we had an okay experience. Disappointed to see that there was only one sugar-free option but I am happy they had one period. I probably wont go back, just because Id prefer to use toppings that had a sneeze guard and werent self-service. As long as COVID is a factor, I just wont feel safe knowing anyone can freely access the toppings, despite masks being mandatory upon entering.

There was a weird citrus undertone to all the chocolate styled ice creams... really off putting... and one of the machines just seemed like it wasnt even freezing.

The smoothies are better than the bowls. I mainly only get smoothies or frozen yogurt from here. In my opinion, the bowls from Playa Bowls are better. But Red Mango’s smoothies are better.

Most of the flavors were already melting and came out semi-liquid. The entire thing melted within 2 hours of leaving the store in 50-degree weather. The yogurt also had a stale taste, like it has been recycled from another day. All in all, it was a terrible experience. Would never go back.

Weve been consistent customers for more than a year but the product delivery (aka quality and accuracy) of the food created is never reliable. Sometimes we get a few scant strawberries, other times we get an equal match of strawberries to bananas or other times theres barely any Nutella or granola. For the cost of the food it is completely unacceptable -- they truly need to make sure their staffers are fully trained at delivering on product standards.Whats worse is if you ever make a request, aka please add coconut flakes, they will certainly up-charge you the fee of the add-on but 7/10 times we never get the coconut flakes on our Acai Nutella Berry Bowls. Adding insult to injury, this often occurs when we get take-away and dont check until were home (20+ minutes away with traffic) or we order through Uber Eats.Weve also had similar experiences more often than not as other customers mention -- the wait times are ridiculous even when there is no one else standing in line. There seems to be a lot of task confusion and disorder on process with the staff behind the counter on how to fulfill orders -- which is probably why the quality is inconsistent and special orders are regularly messed up.((Below our $22 Acai bowls with paid for coconut flakes which they never put on))

Staff knows nothing about espresso - no Barista skills, no milk options (only whole). I asked for skim and they offered half-and-half as an alternative. First time out espresso wasnt bad actually; I got it iced, to cut the milk. Second visit, three weeks later, horrible taste - threw it down the drain, and they didnt pick up on the milk deal either.

Really terrible experience today from the blonde girl when I walked in with my girlfriend, there was one other person in there when we walked in and she served them. We literally were standing there for over 5 minutes as the only people in the store and another customer walked in and was helped IMMEDIATELY before us. We weren’t even acknowledged or addressed and when I brought it upto her she just said I should have been standing at the register even though we were clearly waiting to be helped in front of the counter. We both felt like we might as well have been invisible because that’s how we were treated UNNECESSARILY when we were just trying to get a smoothie. Maybe it was a racial thing? We will never know.

After we wait for about 15 min for our açai bowls, because they have to make a new batch we start eating at the tables outside It wasnt more than 5 minutes when a girl from the staff asks for the chairs because the have to start putting everything inside the store.I felt so disappointed because me and my family were looking for a nice place where to eat an Açai bowl.

I am editing my review after going to this location last night with my husband. We went in around 9pm. We walked into a disaster. The store was disgusting. The frozen yogurt was nearly gone, only select flavors where left. There were toppings all over the floor that where smashed and stepped all over. The toppings themselves where in complete disarray and didnt look like they had been refilled or managed at all. When we were checking out I asked for a manager and the the girl informed me there was no manager, I told her the place was disgusting and her response was that it had just been very busy. I understand busy but this looked as though they neglected the store all day. One of the workers was busy chatting with her friends, not cleaning as she said they were doing. needless to say we wont be going back there. There are 2 other frozen yogurt locations very close so no need to go here.

I came across this place because I heard its under new management. The workers are super friendly and helpful!The store is very spacious, and my favorite seating is right by the window. Compared to other red mangos, I feel that this one was particularly clean.The flavors are always rotating, but I recommend peanut butter, slam dunk (oreos), nutella, and mango! The toppings are expansive, but I usually go with the crushed butterfingers, granola, white chocolate fudge, OR go with the fruity side and add mango and fresh blueberries.All in all, this store has excellent products and great customer service. Go check it out!

Perfect place to go to when craving sweets! The workers are amazing, especially this young kid who works there that is very kind and helpful. I cant wait to come back!

Pleasant staff, very clean and the real frozen yogurt..that tastes like actual yogurt. ACAI bowls are great too.

Types of froyo offered was small in comparison to many, and the taste testing cups are taken by employees who pour out a specific amount and limited to a number of flavors.Mood is nice overall, however, and they seemed to offer a pretty diverse menu when it came to drinks, including smoothies.

I love the fro-yo there, it is so 😋 tasty!!! I definitely recommend coming here to eat fro-yo!

Still one of our go to yogurt places. Nothing extraordinary, but at the very least consistent. Notice lot of young people frequenting lately as the shopping center is quite busy.

Customer service sucks. The store was completely empty and 10 minutes waiting in front of the cashier and no one even bothered to take my order. The girl was doing other things not even acknowledging whos there.

Their frozen yogurt is pretty good, you have the choice to top it up with all sorts of condiments. They charge by the weight.

They make really good juices, but some of the employees hate when you ask for the juice freshly made, like I don’t understand, its not a cheap juice, other places are cheaper and they always make it fresh ! (I like my juices freshly made because they have better taste and afte 15 minutes a juice looses its vitamin c ) that is critical for me !

Hot chocolate tasted very sour, looked like they used perished milk or something without checking it?Aint nobody got the time to go fill that out.Date of incident : 2/18 ordered hot choco around 9pm.

My friends and I never order dessert in a restaurant, because we make it a point to end the night with Red Mango.The service is not the friendliest (one of the male workers is excellent, though), but its service takes nothing away from its delicious yogurt.I love my mix of Pistachio, Nutella, and Coconut. There are bad toppings of candy and syrups to choose, but there are also many choices of fruit toppings, which is what I prefer. And the fruit toppings are fresh even late at night.Its a clean place with seating inside and out. Relax and savor.

Its the perfect place to go. the flavors are wonderful and they make new flavors all the time. the toppings are great and its really healthy. the staff is really nice. i recommend going.

The worst toppings in the world the chocolate sprinkles are so old and hard... looks good but once you bite in you will know what I mean..had to throw it out ten bucks wasted save your money and go else where

I was dissappointed by the people that worked there. I was standing there for 6-7 minutes and the male cashier wearing eye glasses didn’t even bother to assist me. It felt like they didn’t really wanted to work there. They should hire a manager to have this place better run. Very rude to customers if you ask me.. I might go to another frozen yogurt place. The place in Edgewater was a dissappointment.
