A neat-freaks delight. Like what heaven must be like for tidy people. Like a dollar store, but super organized and neat, and with things you will actually find useful.I don’t really know how they do it, but I’m glad they do. You will find a lot here that you won’t find at other discount stores. The best thing about Daiso is how you feel on the way out: Peaceful, calm, unstressed. Whoever is in charge of designing the user experience at Daiso deserves an award (if they haven’t already gotten one). I recommend looking through the snacks, stationary, kitchen, and storage.

I have always wanted to go to Daiso. And when I found out this place was on our way home I asked my mom to stop. Now this Daiso is a bit more expensive than other stores. $1.99+ instead of the $.99 Daisos in New York and Texas. I know that doesnt seem like a lot but for 30items I spent $80. Unfortunately the candies werent priced so I found out from my receipt they cost $3.99 each. I wouldnt have bought them if I knew that. However I did find a lot of useful items. The Mickey mouse car hooks, I wish I bought a few more. The cat clothing hooks, Bag clips shaped like cute animals, and a plastic cat ice cream scoop so it doesnt melt your ice cream as fast. I definitely would love to come back here but unfortunately its a 2 hour drive from where I live.

Always end up purchasing something every time I come here. There varieties of items that ranges from masks, stationary, food, household stuff, culinary/baking items, and bunch more. Also have included self checkout machines which were super easy to use && you can also self void items if you mistakenly scanned things twice instead of waiting for someone to edit for you.Every visit seems to have different items in the kitchen area. Last time I purchased a mickey mouse / Minnie mouse silicone mold, this time there was another style along with bunch of others like monsters Inc, cat paws, minions, etc. Many different styles for good amount of $$ which is to my liking.

Its a japanese version of 99 cents store except the qualitys somewhat better than 99 cents stores. They carry a lot stuff although they are more appealing to Japanese or Korean people rather than American. Reason being the products are generally small in size. And not used or easily found in American Homes. Nonetheless, its an interesting place to stop by and look around.

Nice Japanese convenient store with a variety of items. They have stationary, snacks, drinks, kitchen supplies, tools, clothing, beauty supplies, toys, and etc. They let a certain number of people in due to COVID-19 and there’s hand sanitizer at the entrance. On Sundays they don’t sell certain items such as electronics, clothing, and etc. Overall everything is pretty cheap and the prices usually range from 1-5$.

Finally a Daiso store opened in the area. Grand opening was crazy busy but organized and lines moved quickly. Most items in the store were $1.99.It feels like any other dollar store to be honest (except 2 dollars in this case) and mostly items were made in China with some rare made in Japan items. Ive been to Daiso out on the west coast and it had a more luxurious vibe than here.

This store is basically like a dollar store but with better quality items and slightly more expensive. Almost everything was $2 or $4. I was really surprised at how much they had, and I will definitely return. They had so many really nice organizers that looked pretty good quality, I think it would be even better than some IKEA stuff if you consider the cost. They also had a small clearance section where theyre selling some food for a dollar. Overall I really like this store and I would definitely come back.

Nice place to find good products in a reasonable price. Whenever we visit mitsuwa we always visit there. It is like dollar shop. In Japan it is called hiyaku yen shop. Most of the item here price $1.99. after taking a round within the shop it is very common. That you will end up getting some item that you didnt interested to. Always count your item after paying. Last time we found that one of the item we paied for was missing.

Love this place. Most things are $2. Plenty of Japanese snacks and kitchen/housewares. I hear it’s much larger than the one in Flushing but it’s not as big as the ones in Cali of course. Daiso is an asian convenience store for all your clever materials. They are pretty good quality and they can last if you are gentle with them. For me, Im a little clumsy and bigger than average so a lot of things here are a bit small and delicate. However, for someone who is small and gentle, Ive seen someone maintain a shelf they got from Daiso for a decade and keep it nice, clean, and professional-looking.This is the place to go if you are into that stationery studyblr aesthetic. Or Asian auntie life hacks.

I would always stop by a Daiso whenever I visit Japan because they had fun and useful items that were only a dollar. They expanded to the west coast of the US and everything was $1.99 and up but I would still stop by because they had cool interesting products. The locations that they’ve opened on east coast (Flushing and Edgewater) are not so exciting. They don’t have many of the interesting products and a lot of the items are more than $1.99. Some of the food items are cheaper at the Mitsuwa Marketplace next door.

What is there to really say? I love Daiso. Affordable and so many cute things to choose from especially stationary/stickers. I dont think Id ever leave this store empty handed. I only wish it was bigger like the location in Toronto - 3 floors guys! I have gotten my laundry washing bags from here and pill cases. While Covid is ongoing they have a waiting line outside which is nice wont get too crowded in there. I last went at night maybe an hour before close so it only took a minute or two.

For instance, if you need erasers, this place has no shortage of that. They also have great tchotchkes for every occasion and Japanese junk foods galore.
