There are many extra storage unit locations in this area but this Edgewater location on River Road is hands down the best!! Clean, easy access and friendly staff.

Very dark place, bad lighting, I dont feel safe. Also you can smell water mold as soon as you walk inside building. If you get 1st floor unit be sure to get extra flood insurance. Lady at front desk was rude! Were paying out the teeth for storage so i demand better service!!!!!

Laurie, the Edgewater manager, was extremely accommodating and made the rental process hassle-free. I had originally contacted the central reservation phone number and within minutes of completing that call, a representative from the local team reached out to provide more information. I recently rented a long-term storage unit at the North Bergen, NJ facility and couldnt be happier with the staff and their accommodations to my situation. I came to them with all types of unique needs and last-minute demands, so I was delighted that all of them were met in a courteous and professional manner. The pricing is comparable and the building is clean, well kept, and temperature controlled (crucial for wine storage) so it is highly recommended.

The people there was very pleasurable to work with. They were busy with cleaning and talking to people on the phone but was still able to accommodate me and tend to my inquiry.

She works Friday afternoon shift, she explained everything to me clearly, clarified some stuff that wasn’t explained through the internet. I am happy I was able to come the day she was working.

Lori and team are really fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me with a messed up delivery, and made everything smooth when it could have been a disaster and very expensive. They literally spent a few hours dealing with me, which isn’t to be expected from a typical storage lot. Highly recommend this location and company. Units are all clean. Place is new. I never leave reviews, but I needed to acknowledge their efforts and let them know they are appreciated.
