Terrible service. After waiting in the showroom for 20 minutes, listening to a salesperson talk to another customer, I felt that since I wasnt looking at a Big Green Egg, there was no reason for me to be there. I did wait it out and another employee did finally talk to me. I told him I was looking to replace my 17 year old Weber. I was considering another Weber or possibly a Napoleon. He was really of no assistance. He was steering me toward the Webers but didnt have the model I was interested in. It was like pulling teeth to get him to tell me anything about the Napoleons, even though I told him if I purchased a Weber, it would be from another small retailer that I have done business with for 30 years. I left there very unimpressed and will most likely purchase a Weber from my local Ace Hardware.

Always have a diverse selection, of retail products. Always have parts for their brands in stock. Always well staffed, and friendly.

Ive bought an egg and recently a gas grill. Prices are fair and service is excellent. Best selection of spices for grilling in the area. There is also a large selection spa and pool supplies. See Brock and he will answer all your questions.

I bought a Finnleo infrared sauna from them which I love. They were easy to deal with and very straight up with good pricing. They ordered it from the U.S. distributor right away instead of making me wait to combine it with other orders to lower their shipping costs. A better experience than I had at another dealer. I would definitely shop with them again.

I came here to pick up a couple bags of lumber jack pellets. I left here with so much more. I was not expecting to walk into a hidden gem of a BBQ STORE. This is a spot where you can pickup a yoder... and a hot tub, and some of the hardest to find charcoal.The selection this store has, literally made my feel like I was 10 in ToyRsUs. Their seasoning wall...I wish I could buy one of everything. The staff is awesome. Theyre knowledgeable, helpful, and good folk. 10/10 will be back. 10/10 will get yelled at when I get home.

I dont really have anything to compare it to because this is there only spa place Ive been to, but the people are really nice. I bought some equipment here several years ago for my spa and Harry and others have always been helpful with questions and additional purchases Ive made.

Great place! Very knowledgeable and helped us find the right fit for our first hot tub. They also even came out not only to deliver it for free but came back again to bring us all of the chemicals we needed and to teach us how to maintain the water balance levels. Really great place and I definitely recommend them 👍

We recently purchased a house and found the paperwork on our hot tub from Chesapeake Spas. Since I didn’t know anything about hot tub’s I called them for advice. Helen was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable and very patient even though she was swamped with work. I highly recommend them!

My purchase was a great experience! I highly recommend the Hot Springs spa. We have had our spa for five years and still enjoy the quality! I did have a small problem and Brock took care of the warranty work immediately. Chesapeake spas has excellent customer service and even more importantly stand behind their product!

I recently had trouble with my 7 year old hot tub leaking. I called Chesapeake Spas and spoke with Harry about the issue. He listened to me when I explained the problem. He and Brock sent Dan to my house to assess the problem and within about 45 minutes Dan had the problem located. This was not an easy hot tub to access as it is sunk into our deck meaning he had to crawl under the deck to get to the control panels. He didnt hesitate and went right under the deck. The problem required parts that he didnt have on his truck so someone would have to return. I requested that he be the one back out to fix the problem. He returned the next day and had the problem fixed in no time! I cant thank Harry and Brock enough for sending Dan. He was such a respectful and professional young man. If I ever have another issue I will definitely call Chesapeake Spas and ask for Dan.

A friend took me to Chesapeake Spa to look at hot tubs for my wife. Harry greeted me and took great care of me and answered all my questions. I was looking at the Jet Setter since it is only my wife and I that will be using it. A 3 person tub would have worked. I was a little surprised by the price of the small tub, but Harry then told me about the Sovereign floor model which was a 2018 model. I asked Harry about the price and what comes with it. He told me the price and I couldnt pass that up. Twice the size tub for $400 less than the 3 person tub. I paid for the tub the week it was to be delivered and Harry gave me another $200 off. I was very happy to buy the Sovereign for that price.The tub was delivered and the guys couldnt be more helpful. The put the tub exactly where I wanted it and explained how to work it and the chemicals to add and when. After the delivery, the electricians came to hook up the power and we were ready to go. An hour after the power was hooked up the 20 amp breaker kept tripping. I contacted the electrician and he said it was most likely a heater problem because he hooked up the power 100% correct. I called Harry and explained what was going on. He asked a few questions about the GFI breakers and realized the wires were hooked up wrong. The 20 amp wires were hooked up to the 30 amp breaker and visa versa. Harry came to my home at 0730 on a Sunday (The store is closed on Sundays) and fixed the problem. I know he didnt have to do that, but he did and I am very thankful for that. I cannot say enough good things about Harry and Chesapeake Spa. I would refer anyone looking for a hot tub to Harry.I told Harry that I dont write reviews, but for what he did for me, I will gladly make this exception.

If I could give a lower number of stars, I would. We have had our Hot Springs Vanguard hot tub for 16 months. Two service problems in that short amount of time and the most recent call makes #3. I find it truly unacceptable that the pump is not working and we have waited 10 days for service. They called yesterday to notify us that we have been moved another 5 days. Just shut it down, turn power off, and put chlorine in it. Thats what you want to hear after you spend $13k on a hot tub. I will be sure and refer any friends and colleagues AWAY from Chesapeake Spas.

Amazing selection of grills is right. Huge array of Yoder smokers. From the stick burners to the pellet ones. Great staff and very friendly. Worth the drive to come here and get your grill.

What does a warranty matter if they wait 2 months to service you and wait till your warranty is almost up and refuse to extend it? Came in May to see what they needed and they scheduled an appointment for us which did not work that was also in May and they told us the next appointment couldnt be done until July. We even called twice after to ask you really cant come till the middle of July and they said yes. Finally came to fix it and said its our fault it wasnt fixed sooner because they come to southern Maryland all the time and we just werent available. Weve been available every weekend but Memorial Day when they scheduled us! You could get the same hot tub we got for way cheaper other places without a warranty which obviously a warranty with them doesnt matter anyways cause they wait till it runs out! Waste of the extra money.

Shopped just about everywhere in the area, Chesapeake Spas is the best. Start to finish, they were always helpful. Everyone on staff is familiar with the products and the issues involved in installation.

They are rude, horrible, over priced. They sent out a tech when i never confirmed the appointment after Itold Helen IF i needed one i would call and let her know. He was rude, confrontational and I will never use them again.

Do not get service from this company!! I called and told them my pump wasnt running and I needed the pump repaired while I was out of town. Guy comes out charges me an hour and a half to tell me I need a new pump. When I got home from my trip I fixed it with a 20$ capacitor. When they called to schedule the pump replacement (which I never asked for) I was told they dont work on pumps.
