Sam came to our estate sale. He saw we had a gun safe handle that wasn’t working. He had his tools and fixed it then and there. We had called a different locksmith who never called back. We taped ESI business cards to the safes being sold. Everyone needs a locksmith they can rely on.Today I brought in a box requiring a long lost skeleton key. They are working with it now. We’re all curious to see what’s inside.

Cant attest to the quality of work, as I wasnt able to even have a key made. After calling, I was told by a female employee that I could come have a key made, so I said that I would be there shortly. 5 minutes later I arrive and cannot gain entry to their door, so I called and got no answer. After 5 minutes of waiting, I called again and spoke with a male employee who told me that due to their key machine catching on fire, they arent allowing anyone through the front door as they cannot make keys currently. Well... That wouldve been nice to know when I called the first time, BEFORE I wasted a trip here.Cant rate 1 star, because maybe they really ARE great... Ill never know though.

Terrible company! I would use someone else. Shady business practices and I dont even think they are licensed. None of the keys work and the technician was rude to my wife and daughter. I cant see how anyone ever wrote them a 5 star review, I think all their reviews are fake. Dont waste your time with this one, they are no good at all. Use Milos locksmith instead.

Leo and his team have always taken great care of us. We have 13 stores across Pierce County and they have been wonderful to work with. Will to assist at all hours of the day or night. One of our employees had their key stolen as well as a wallet with a business card that had the address of the stolen key. So we had to get the biz locks re-keyed asap and it was after well after hours so we called up ESI. They showed up right away, re-keyed the locks and the technician was extremely nice/helpful. My office was broken into at 2am on a week night. After the cops had left, I called ESI and the dude was there in :20 minutes? He completed the work in less than a half hour, handed me an invoice, and was very professional! I will use them every time from now on.
