Parking here can be like parking at the MOA, if you don’t have a handicap sticker, you’ll be parking in the back. It gets busy here and around noon on a weekday seems the worse, although it’s all about location. This is Edina after all and the people in this area seem to love Target. There’s 20 foot sofas in the lobby near Starbucks and plenty of employees to help you. Although there are no people to greet you like there is at the Crystal Target.

Just spent an hour shopping. Left my cart at the end of an aisle to get soap and not weave thru a ton of people.Spent the next 15 minutes looking for my cart like a crazy person only to be told they felt it looked abandoned and put everything back.Left with nothing. I stepped away from my cart for maybe 30 seconds. Super awful to have an hour of my day wasted by someone being careless.

With latest remodel even more parking spots sit empty, reserved for a throng of drivers sitting in their idling cars waiting for their purchases. Meanwhile people that want to shop in store and choose their own items are forced to drive around looking for available spot. Way to thinkabout the environment Target.

I pick up pallets for target sorting center. “Flexibles” or whatever u wanna call it. Here Mon thru Fri and wknds. The Employees are nice, easy to talk to and team players. I had 9 pallets and Jesse helped me with the pallets. I Was extremely grateful. Following day after that Gevin and the team helped me put 12 pallets in the truck. Which made it easy for me to get to next target pick up on time. Thanks target, for having ppl like that working there.

I don’t understand why the store manager doesn’t make cleaning the store grounds a priority. It’s so nasty and probably not great for the community and environment.

The associate that helped me at the Ulta counter - well educated on the products and very helpful. So easy to grab and go vs making another stop.

Target has great quality item and unique housewares, office supplies, and kids clothes.

By far the best Target in Minnesota! Always clean and well kept. Shelves are always stocked as well. Staff seems very knowledgeable at this location. Have been going here for over 10 years!

I was thinking about this the other day. The way the store is laid out is so well, its easy to navigate but also enjoyable to be in the spaces. Specifically I always visit the grocery and toddler sections irregardless of what Ive gone into the store for. If I needed home goods Id also visit that section as well because it is so pretty!

This Target is constantly out of everything! Cant find half the stuff I use to buy at this Target before the remodel. And, they have cut down on the variety of things they use to stock - so you can only find one variety of many products. Example: Olay bar soap. All they carry now is Dove. Hate the new Target.

The cashier was so slow checking people out and there where only 2 lines open.. I had too much to go through the self check out. She was way to snoopy on what I was buying and asking too many personal questions. I had just finished a 12 hour day at work, I just wanted to get my items and go home.

The Target app is great for making a list, minimizing time inside a store, sticking to a budget, and getting friendly on-time customer service. In the last two days, Ive used the drive-up option at one store to purchase a chest freezer and the next day I used the pick-up option at my regular store to restock groceries. Thank you, Target, for continuing to deliver a smooth and friendly experience.

The first target store to give me a 1 start and it’s because of their management & customer service. Huge store with great collections but again customer service in especially in the guest service section is all the way WORST.

I had the best experience yesterday. The employee working the return/customer service desk should be cloned! He was quick, accurate, kind and very knowledgeable.

The extremely rude cashier from the moment I walked up & just got worse. Actually yelled at me for shielding me entering my PIN & went on about it to (I believe) the manager standing there. The worst customer service I have ever received at Target & by a veteran employee none-the-less. Pretty sad.

My friends and I have a expression for this place, TARGET THERAPY. Seriously, whenever I am down I go there and I find myself smiling. well, unfortunately, there is not Target in the place I live, so if you have a Target in your town what you are wasting your time reading my comment? go and have fun there. So many options to purchase goods. I love that I can have items shipped, delivered, picked up or go to the store. It is home to me and I love be able to purchase all my grocery items with my other needs. If I cant find something, Target team members are always super helpful.

A SCAM store! Went in to buy Christmas lights (1:00pm) as advertised in the Sunday paper. When we went to check out they rang them up as $14.00 BUT clearly marked on the shelf as SALE ITEM $8.00. Philips lights.WE then had a manger come over and after a bit she finally got to the $8.00. I decided I needed 4 more boxes and went back Tuesday evening 5:15pm. I went through self checkout and again they rang up as $14.00. I again called the young lady that was helping over and she scanned the boxes on her phone and said they are definitely $14.00 not $8.00. So I asked for a manager or I could go back and get the Signs off the shelf. She closed the register and said go ahead. I went back and got the small price tag that was on the shelf that said $14.00 boxes are now $12.00. And right next to that (right under these lights) a LARGE sign in plastic clipped on the shelf that said ALL $12.00 lights are now $8.00. Philips 40-50 and 60 count. Brought sale tags/signs up to the front and she said she would have to cross check the numbers and make sure their right. She then changed the price without a sorry for the mix up or anything.So my question is how many other people have bought the the boxes thinking they were on sale for $8.00 and then charged $14.00! I maybe could see they were WRONG once on Sunday but by Tuesday Im just betting they have sold a lot of boxes at all there stores! SCAM

Was asked to mask. Informed the employee I have a medical condition and am exempt. I got a very smug uhhh, huh in response. Apparently if you have a disability the employees here feel they can be openly disrespectful to the customers. Not sure what Targets policy is on the treatment of physically disabled people. I wont be back.

A day one. this is my favorite target i always feel so at home. carts are sanitized. check out lines move pretty quickly. i typically go for self checkout with fewer items and it moves right along. parking lot was just redone over the past few weeks and is a very nice ride. also love being able to use the wallet app to pay super easily.

Your Order pick up is horrible. I waited for 30 minutes. I counted at least 6 staff for Drive up go in and out 3 times while pick up line waited for one employee. Meanwhile the manager is ticking off names of those driving up. Ignoring us all, and saying theyll get to you people in a minute. Seems like the manager needs training in work force management. But I guess she just delegates, and stands there not helping anyone. If that is the case she should be behind the door where we cant see her. Seems at least a little more acceptable. But I guess I am one of you people. No one was happy in the line of 6-8 people long.

I really like this Target. They have a very clean and open store and the grocery section is large too. One thing that my local Target doesnt have that this one does is a fresh warm food section where you can pick up meals ready to eat. My only complaint isnt Targets fault other than that theyre so popular. Its a super busy store with lots of people jamming the aisles so its not often the most relaxing shopping trip.

We had qualifying purchases for 2 $5 cards but it didnt come up at check out. The cashier told us to go to customer service where we were greeted by a lovely young lady named, Rosie. She was able to acknowledge the discrepancy by viewing our receipt and had the transaction completed in a snap. She was so nice and made excellent eye contact. It was if she owned stock in Target. My husband and I love Target even more now.

We would just like to compliment our checkout guy today, (I think his name was Kalib) he packed our bags very carefully and well so we didn’t need any more bags than necessary. A nice change from having so many extra bags. He was also very pleasant even though he was busy. Nice job, thanks!

So fast and easy. I had not considered Target as an alternative to Amazon purchases. But, today I needed a lamp as soon as possible. So, I looked at Target thinking I would have to go to the store to get it. I discovered the drive up option. I loved my experience! The app allows you to let them know when you are on your way. The target employee was literally there with my items when I drove up! I showed him my order number through the window, popped my back hatch and he set it in the back. Easy Peasy!!

Want to go to a place where every customer thinks they are the most important person in the world. This is the place for you! They gather in the middle of aisles to talk and will literally reach over or through you to get product.The place is clean and the cashiers are friendly and fast. We got to the SLP targets to avoid the customers though.

The service is fast, convenient and it helps me stay on track and in my budget.

My father went in to the Edina Target tonight and the cashier refused to sell him the gift cards he wanted because they were convinced that he was being scammed. He tried to explain to the cashier that he was buying gifts and not being scammed but they refused to believe him and went as far as to chase him around the store to make sure he was unable to purchase what he wanted. I understand that they have a right to limit gift card sales, but treating elderly people as though they are senile and incompetent is despicable and offensive.

Very dirty and messy womens department. When reported a French loaf of bread was seen under a pile of clothes thrown on the ground the associate dismissed it and said we are working on it. Overheard her talking with another working immediately after reporting food left under clothing that she was now going to go see how the kids department looked.

EDINA target is the best target!!!! All the rumors are true! I live closer to two other targets and I will gladly drive 15 minuets to got to this one. oh target Corp. if only you cared as much for my poor city Richfield target as much as your Edina store.

I was at this location in late summer when I encountered Yusuf in Security. I was at self-check out and as I was leaving the store, he stopped me. He allowed several shoppers who were also using the self-check out walk past him, but stopped me, an African American woman. He said he was just doing his job, but if that was the case then he wouldve checked the receipts of every customer doing self-check out. I was upset and embarrassed, as I am a business owner and shopped at Target weekly to purchase items for my childcare. I reported the incident to the store, spoke with 3 different individuals in HR all promising I would receive a call back when the security manager was back from vacation. Well, here it is several months later and I have yet to step foot in another Target store nor have I received that call from the security manager at Edina Target. They recently wrote and inquired if my RedCard had been misplaced because they noticed it has been inactive. To answer your question, yes, my RedCard has been misplaced, it is likely in the same place that return phone call from security management is, never to be heard from(used) again.

I love Target. Target has been my store for years. The first thing that brought me to Target was the one store shopping. You kept me because of the quality and services.

We like Target because of many reasons.1. Very accessible in Eden prairie2. Well lay out store plan3. Well differentiated sections4 lot of variety5. You will find products for all price points6. Youll have some or the other clearance sale youd want to peep for some deals .7. They even have general medicines8. The products change with season too9. The place is not crowded at all10. You can expect a friendly staff11. The quality of stuff is also good12. There is always enough parking space available13. Youd get some good deals14. Self checkouts are usually queue less15. A coffee place for the non shoppers too

This is the nicest Target I’ve ever been in. The design is very modern and everything is nice and clean. All the staff is very nice. I went during COVID-19 and the staff was cleaning after every time someone used the self checkout. Nicest Target I’ve ever been to.

I was just in your store and extremely appalled to see employees not only not wearing masks but standing next to each other talking. In particular, I saw several people shooting the breeze in the area where curbside pick up is (inside the store). Come on Target! Having all your employees wear masks would go a long way in protecting your customers (and your employees) from catching COVID-19. Youve been lucky enough to stay open during all of this and are even hiring. I am guessing your profits are going to be very nice this year. Please buy and provide masks to your employees and teach social distancing so as to protect the customers! Most other businesses will have to jump through hoops to even hope to reopen in the near future while you dont even have the basics down (masks and social distancing). I am letting everyone I care about know about this and I certainly wont be back until youve got this figured out.

I’m not a fan of Target, and this is no exception. The place is organized, well-stocked, and clean...But every time I go there I’m treated like I’m an untouchable peasant. I don’t feel very welcome in there, and it’s very much an Edina fixture. It’s not the most pleasant place I’ve been to

Well presented location, I see no issue on finding stuff unless I see that something is not there. If so, I ask someone around that area for help and see if they have anything in the back, if its not in this location they go out of their to check other stores and call to see if they can hold an item off for me. Ive worked retail for years now and I respect those who work those busy weekends so thank you.

I love this Target because it is close to my house I don’t love it because of that I love it because it is a safe target and the workers there are very nice and helpful it’s an amazing place

Fast and convenient. We love the emails you sent to us with Target dog butt when you are preparing the orders, and the smiling one when it is ready for pickup. I wonder if I can order fresh food too?

Usually items are kept in stock. There are always friendly team members to help you out on the floor. I’ve always seen team members around the self checkout to help ease an issues that might pop up - I dont have to wait 5 minutes before having a team member run over and scan their tag for some sort of self checkout error. I appreciate that.

Beeper went off on one of our items. No one came to check it out, so went over to customer service where 3 employees refused to acknowledge our presence. Attempted to show the receipt and one went in the back room, one pretended to get on the phone, and the last wouldn’t even make eye contact. Ridiculous enough treatment to not be returning. Our original cashier, however, was great.

Target is an amazing MN company and I have never had a bad experience in their store. The same cannot be said for their competitors.

Target has a variety of items that you need for home from grocery items to household items and everything in between.

Remodel looks nice, but the shelves are always half-empty when I’m there—before and after construction. I end up only being able to get half my list, so I guess I’m switching to Cub now.

The service at checkout was outstanding. I bought a TV and none of the bar codes would scan the serial number. My cashier was patient and worked to scan my item. The cashier at the adjacent checkout tried to help and another person also helped. The team effort was nice to see and resolved the issue.

Love Target for the convenience, but yesterday spent 15 minutes shopping and 30 minutes at a checkout... Not because of the line but because the cashier was untrained and the manager on duty was unwilling to assist her. I felt bad for the cashier and couldnt understand why she was left on her own.

Normally, this location is fine. Today, I saw multiple employees with their mask not even covering their nose and such, as well as very poor physical distancing practices. To any of the elderly or immune compromised guests in this location, that is a slap in the face and potentially deadly, as wearing the mask isn’t for you - it’s for everyone around you. As a worker at a grocery store, I’m very disappointed with Target today.

I love Target. It’s the best. Their stores are clean and organized. The remodeled stores are fabulous.

They are finishing up a renovation and have a guest service booth in an open area to help people locate whatever. Super nice and helpful. Another reason why Target rocks!

Fitting rooms are too dangerous but theyll make employees clean bathrooms?

Mist awesome Target experience ever! Trenton went out of his way to help us find what we were looking for. We also observed him do the same for another customer. A cashier opened a line for us even though we were the second customer in line. So happy to find employees who cared about the customer even though they were doing other things in the store and it was after 10 PM.

Awesome place.. you can get whatever you want. Very neat and clean. Staff is very good. Good selection of house hold items

They are remodeling this location so it is getting very clean and pristine. The staff always make sure to ask if I need help. The employee even came up to me to tell me another line was shorter so that I could get through faster.

I go to this Target all the time. I like it fine except it needs to stop running out of the groceries I need. The lactose free Target brand milk is usually out like 50% of the time I go there. Ive worked in grocery stores before and if youre regularly running out of something order more of it. Its not that hard. The staff has always been very nice, the store is clean, and I enjoy going there. Sorry just had to vent because it was out again today...but I love Target so I just suffer through it.

The target is busy especially in afternoons and weekends! When it is busy they open more lines in a timely fashion.love there grocery selection, it is well taken care of! The grocery section seems better than alot of targets.The employees in this location are always polite, helpful and full of stories.

Finding exactly what I was looking for.

If you opened more cash registers when the store is packed that would help. People have places to be and time is money. When employees are sitting around laughing doesn’t look good while I’m standing in a long line trying to check out. Have some respect and put people on the register so I can get out safe and sound!

This is a clean target only complaint is check out takes a while wished they had more registers open

I was in the area and decided to pick up a few things from this Target, but quickly regretted doing so. Most of the Simply Balanced Frozen items were out of stock and after asking an employee from the meat department for assistance he acted as if it was an inconvenience to him and he proceeded to be very rude. The only reason why Im giving 2 stars for this review is because of one woman who was stocking stuff in the freezer department went over and and beyond to help me search for an item. I love Target and shop at Target very frequently, but was very disappointed with the atmosphere and low stock at this particular location. In the future no matter how close I am to this Target I will not be returning.

I bought a box of donut-shaped chocolates for my wife at the Edina, MN Target and there was a piece of chewed gum jammed under one of the chocolates in the box when I opened it.They asked me to leave a review, so Id be happy to do that.

This is my normal go-to place for supplies and groceries. Usually clean, well-stocked, well-staffed. But lately, it has taken far too long to check out. Only four checkout lanes were open and the self-checkout also had lines. Target, if the in-store service is poor, you make the decision to use Amazon Prime much easier! Im rooting for you - you can do it! Ill try one more time.

Target had what we needed. Checkout was fast. Another fun Target Run.
