I enjoy browsing at Sephora, but now because of the pandemic theres always a line. Today there wasnt so in I went. The store was nice and clean. There were product galores and the Ladies were very attentive and helpful. Great experience ☺️!

People here are very nice and helpful. I love that they carry vegan and cruelty free brands.

Natasha helped me find what I was looking for and what I wasnt-in a good way. She was very friendly, had a great sense of humor and knowledgeable without being overbearing and pushy. Just great customer service!

Sephora at Southdale Mall . Halima helped me a lite today . She is super knowledgeable about your needs and what wil suit your skin tone and texture . Very patient and kind and she loves what she is doing . Thanks a lot Halima

Love the makeup however I dont appreciate JC Pennys accusing customers of not putting mackup back like everyone steals. The poor worker cried and said her bosses are too hard on her if she does not question people. OK calmly told her its OK and I understood.

I usually have a fine experience here but nothing to write about. Today, I was helped by Crystal who was about the nicest, most helpful, knowledgeable associate ever. I was reading online about bare minerals being a good foundation for mature skin. So I decided to go see what its all about in person. She was so great. She did a color match for my skin, put a little on me so I could see how it looked, and then sent me home with a sample of another brand so I could compare and see which I liked better. She was just lovely. The whole experience was great! I will be back in a few days to purchase the foundation and get a new moisturizer too! Thanks Crystal!

Cool stuff, but I wish the cruelty free cosmetics they carry were more clearly labeled as such. Spending a bunch of time Googling was frustrating. Super friendly staff though (which bumps the review from three stars to four stars).

Just because I do not use pounds of make up and fake what ever..... the girls working there treated me real bad. Sort of like high school, looked at me with judgement, very snooty, non emotional mature customer service.

I came in to restock on the Perfect Hair Day Shampoo by Living Proof, and the individual that helped me was extremely kind! He answered my questions in regards to the brand itself, and provided me with samples of other products from Living Proof. He also mentioned that he worked for that specific brand. I was then helped by another individual for a color match for the Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation. Both individuals were professional, and provided excellent service. The entire team of staff members were just AMAZING! By far one of the best Sephora locations that I have been to, and I will definitely be returning!

This Sephora has more products and more space than most stores I’ve been to, the only bummer is that even when there is a lot of workers, they don’t pay attention to you. I have came in 3 times and no one bothered to help me. Like today, I come in, there are 4 workers available and not one asked if i needed help finding anything. It wasn’t until I was about to leave that someone was asking me if I was doing well. I do not recommend this Sephora unless you already know what you are going to buy. There are only very few people that actually help.

Nice staff and greeted right away, but this is a smaller store than average and doesn’t carry the two brands I was shopping for, Fenty and Stila, which other Sephora’s do.

No less than 6 employees on the floor, and not a single one greeted me or offered to help me find what I was looking for - at 2pm, on a Wednesday, with only one other customer in the store! Every employee was chatting with each other, ignoring me, even if I looked them in the eye. No excuse for that lack of courtesy.

I enjoy this location and this staff a lot. Helpful and fun and knowledgeable. I like MOA too but it’s usually more crowded.

I was the only customer in the store the entire time I was there yesterday afternoon, and I wasn’t greeted when I walked in or checked on at all. There were three employees working that I could see, two of which were standing by the entrance chatting when I walked in. I am pretty clueless about makeup/skin care and really could have used some help. If you know what you’re looking for and don’t want to be bothered, this is the location for you. I personally will not go back to this location again.

Terrible customer service. I asked 3 different employees to help me find a certain lip color to make sure I was getting the right one. Each of them (literally) walked away from me after telling them what I was looking for.

The products at this Sephora were satisfactory but I received horrible customer service. When asking to be color matched for foundation, it seemed as if I was bothering the color specialist. When I asked to see the actual product on before deciding between two options, she sighed and seemed annoyed. I will likely not go back to this location.

Ive always been to this Sephora and it was always a pleasant experience until now. I went in today to browse at makeup and one of the workers kept walking back and forth suspicious as if I was going to shop lift something when I gave her no reasons to believe that. It came to the point where she came to stand by me and pretended that she was fixing something when in reality I was just swatching makeup. Also when going to check out the cashier was rude and acted if I was disturbing her. Do not recommend.

Everyone was so nice and helpful when I brought my friend in to get foundation, especially Fabian who did a color match.

I was really happy that Sephora started carrying The Ordinary. I ordered a couple of things online. I used the primer once and it was awful. By the time I got around to returning it, it had been about a month, and the girl at the cashier opens the tube, hold it upside down and tries to squeeze it out. The tube wasnt filled to top, and I had only used it once, but she gives me this look. I calmly explain, Ive literally once used it once, and she just continues giving me a dirty look, calls someone else over, and even after getting the okay to continue returning it, proceeds to look me up and down. It was really humiliating and I was on the verge of tears. I had bought my order with Paypal, so I could only get credit merchandise anyway. It wasnt cash I was putting in my pocket. Ive returned things to Sephora before, but this was the first time I have felt so shameful. The cashier then proceeds to talk about me over her headset, as Im standing there waiting for the return to process. If youre a person of color, skip out on this location and go to MOA instead.

They follow you around like you’re trying to steal something, every single time. i literally buy something every time i go there, so i don’t understand what the issue is. it’s ridiculous to get followed after being in a store doing absolutely nothing suspicious whatsoever. this has happened on many different occasions, never at any other sephora... save yourself and go to another store cause this is NOT it sis.

Customer service was awful, some red headed lady kept following me around acting like I was going to to steal something. Would not recommend, I will be doing my makeup shopping at Ulta from now on.

On 12/23/17 I came to Sephora to find a new foundation. Fabian I believe was his name assisted me! Fabian was very patient and he was very helpful. He took his time by asking me the type of skin that I have and how much coverage I wanted. The best of all he spoke Spanish which was incredible because I spoke spanish and there were a few items that I ended buying from him that we both new in spanish. Overall I was satisfied with what I have purchased and how he taught me how to apply my makeup...Gracias Fabian!

Day went: 8/4/2017Time: Around 6pmI was celebrating my birthday with a friend and so she set up a makeover appointment there. The one who helped me was a makeup artist name Jesus. He was so nice even though I really didnt know what kind of makeover I wanted. He was funny and kind and even gave me a free foundation sample. I hugged him! He knew what he was doing and explained very well about how to apply makeup and gave my friend and I tips. He even offered to help put on eyebrow makeup for my friend because she needed to find which one she wanted.Thankyou so much Jesus! I love this Sephora because people were really helpful! The staff smiled and greeted us even though they were understaffed. My birthday passed a month ago and the cashier said if its a month now then I wont be able to redeem my free Sephora birthday gift, but she still gave it to me anyway T.T I am so sorry. I really didnt know I had that kind of reward for the program. But I was glad she still gave it to me!Thankyou for making my day!! I love everyone who worked there on the day I went. :)

Customer service was awful. Asked staff about a promotion online and asked if the promotion was good in stores the worker Octabriva or something like that continue to tell me thats only ulta and was so rude and preceded to just stand there. Another worker ramone went and checked the price and I was correct the lipstick was on sale and then all the staff surrounded the lipsticks while me and my friend waited patiently for them to move so we could look. They were more concerned about being right and looking for themselves than helping paying customers. I will never come back to this location.

Terrible service the lady with the black and blonde hair didn’t even help me find what I was looking for she was very rude kept complaining about work issues to my friend and was very unprofessional I’ll never go there again .
