Look at the pictures of the Incredible Grey Color LVP Flooring that we purchased from Cabinets & Flooring in Edina. This was a special order at at very good price. Iliya and the team took rally good care of us and guided us from start to finish of our project by making everything simple. The carpet was also a special order and me and my wife both love it so much as well as our lil puppy!
Top notch lvp and carpet install for my clients! Lots of choices. Carpet is plush and better quality than the box stores. I called around and couldnt find better pricing either.

On March 20th the Owner of Cabinets and Flooring contacted me saying most of what you said [in your review] was true but we did not resell the items. I was asked if I would update my review if he sent me a refund as the planks (see the review below) were defective and sent back to to the manufacturer. Why would he only send a refund only if I updated my review as that seems shady? but I am holding up my end of the bargain...UPDATE: I am still asking myself the original question that I posted:• Why did Max S. leave a review for his own company? How many of the others are fake?I HAVE A NEW QUESTION:• Why did Max attack me in Facebook? I dont remember the exact words but he created a post something like dont sell to Joe as he is a fraud.HISTORY OF MY REVIEW:I purchased $1500 worth of vinyl flooring and hired some professional installers to do the installation. When the installers arrived they would not install the flooring as it was cupped (warped). The installers told me they would not do the job because the floor would be wavy and in a short amount of time the joints would start coming apart. The boards were defective and they did not want to be responsible.I immediately went to Menards, selected their cheapest vinyl so that my hired workers could still do the job - the cheap flooring worked great.I took the defective boards back to Cabinets & Flooring who refused to give me a full refund because some of the boxes were ruined (yet the flooring itself was returned). The owner said I cannot resell the flooring if it is not in a box.ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT:I am disappointed that I did not get a full refund and I am EXTREMELY disappointed that this business resells defective products. I am sure this is probably what happened to me... The product was probably returned and resold. Anything for a buck, right? Why would they not return it to the distributer?UPDATE:The owner of the company admitted he was wrong and the flooring was defective. I give him credit for that but why was I treated like Sh&* when I tried to return the flooring? And why is my refund dependent on rewriting the review?I STILL HAVE UNRESOLVED ISSUES:Besides my issues with the company leaving a review for themselves, my efforts at a return and being told that I could not get a full refund because they could not resell the flooring without the original box; I have three minor issues with the company as well -(1) at time of pick up and time of return nobody offered to help load it into my vehicle;(2) they require cash (or a hefty surcharge), no debit cards. When I paid with cash they did not have appropriate change;(3) the flooring was advertised at Mohawk - Im not saying it is not Mohawk but the boxes are generic and my installers did not think it was this name brand. When I told the owner on the phone that my installers questioned if the floor was actually Mohawk he did not offer any evidence they were genuine. In his defense, I was returning the flooring and was not purchasing a replacement so he had not motivation to do so.ORIGINAL REVIEW:The business did do a few things correctly:(1) at point of sale the communication was timely and polite(2) they held flooring for me for 3 weeks until I was able to pick it up(3) the owner did talk to me, he did not hide behind his employees(4) they are honest...• at time of return they told me that the check I would receive would not be the full amount;• they told me they were going to resell the product which is why I would not get a full refund as 2 cardboard boxes were missing.UPDATE:The owner did make an effort to contact me months later and offer a refund if I updated the review. He could have just kept the money himself; however, why am I only being offered my refund if I update a review?I do not normally write reviews... I tried to keep this as factual as I could without emotion or anger.
Friendly service, good pricing and quality.
