We turned a bedroom into a closet. A Container Store design consultant was able to utilize every available inch of wall to create an amazing walk in closet for us. We also used the installation service, and it was completely worth it as we have plaster walls and had some shelves to remove and the installer was a complete pro and did it expertly. We worked with Jamie L and she was absolutely fantastic. We came prepared with measurements and a photo of what we were looking for and she had our custom closet built and ordered in 15 minutes. She took her time making sure everything was just perfect for us. Jamie offered up ideas and suggestions without pushing things on us, she made sure it was our decision and what we wanted but had awesome input to help us. All in all, it was a great experience working with Jamie and we’re confident this closet will last as long as we want or need. We’re excited to do our next one at the Container Store!

Jamie was excellent to work with. in working to design my closet she was keen to understand how I wanted to use the space and designed in accordance. We modified slightly after her initial design and came up with the perfect design for the closet. I was so happy, I asked her to help me with an additional closet, too. Cliff, our installer, was prompt and focused and completed the install in a very reasonable amount of time. Overall, it was a great experience and I love how it turned out!

We purchased the Elfa Decor closet system. We live in a remote area and needed more storage in our master closet. I sent my drawings/dimensions to the store, they designed it with the parts and pieces I needed. It was shipped and we installed it ourselves and it is beautiful! The parts and pieces are so well designed. We would definitely use their products and services again!

My design consultant, Liz, worked with me twice on four closets. She was very helpful and friendly. We picked up the supplies for the closet install at the store. Our installer, Mark, was efficient and friendly. All four closets were installed in 4.5 hours.
