Best fish and chips Ive had in a long time!

The rudest staff it was really off-putting. Particularly a younger blonde girl who was very unhelpful and had an awful attitude and vibe. The food was nice apart from that but enough to put me off returning again.
Decent portions, freshly prepared and well presented..Covid preparations in place and being operated.

I just went in to order a quarter pounder burger . The girl was so rude . With black hair tallish . No hello how can I help .. WHAT Do You want !!!! I asked for a quarter pounder and do you want salad I said no and but I want Ketchup onions .. then she just stared at me and strugged her shoulders like make up your mind .. the Manners of her from the start was wrong and il be ringing the manager tomorrow to have a word

Best fish and chips ever, the fish was so white and fresh I felt like it jumped straight off the boat into my plate. Portions were huge and prices were very reasonable. Would nearly drive from dublin just to eat here again.
No gluten-free options, not even the chips as theyre cooked in the same oil.

I go into mellys 2-3 times a month and yes the food can be a bit greasy sometimes - the food majority of the time is very good. We ordered fish and chips with no salad or dressing as salad dressing upsets my hubby stomach. It came with dressing so we said we ordered without and waitress face was peed off I said leave mine it doesnt upset me as I thought shed lose it if I sent mine back. Plate came back just took salad and dressing off not even clean plate - underneath half of chips and fish was dressing. He paid for it, I was so annoyed, yes did upset his stomach. They need training in allergens at least
Absolutely the best fish n chips. Scampi n chips. Very reasonable prices I would without hesitation recommend this restaurant. I would definitely string suggest this restaurant to anyone travelling near Killybegs Ireland.

Got 2 fish and chip take aways and never will again. So GREASY and batter was burnt?? I felt sick and could only stomach about half of it along with my friend. Chips were greasy as hell too, if you can call them chips, more like little butts or leftovers of chips. My dog wouldnt even eat it and had to be binned. Definitely will not be back and I dont recommend the fish and chips.

Makes a good Fish and Chips, but much more expensive compared to a usual chipper.You also might need a translator with you if you arent from Donegal.

Very poor, food was far too greasy and as well as that the batter was burnt on my cod and the chips were basically scraps of chips... little bits of spud and loads of grease. Would not recommend.
