My child was at this place and treated very poorly. They had done nothing wrong, and were looking to buy some merchandise for their Halloween experience. The employees made them feel very uncomfortable as far as going and almost blowing their vape in my poor sons face. The employee said that this is a family store and made them leave before they were able to buy stuff for Halloween. This is just not how you run a business. this is very unacceptable and i hope they are punished how they should be. I will not be recommending this store to anyone, after this horrible experience. When i was there i was accused of steal with my 2 other friends. We swore we didnt steal to each other and to the worker. then i came back 2 days later with one of my other friends and the same dude that accused me and my friends of stealing followed us around the store. he made us very uncomfortable. Mind you we are 2 twelve year olds so it made us super comfortable because this man was just staring at us the whole time. I was so uncomfortable that i almost started crying and start to have a panic attack. I love the stuff they sell but it was just that one worker that makes me not wanna go there again. Beware at the southdale mall of a blonde dude with curly hair. Stay safe!

Just as a note to anyone who cant find the store (since the mall directories wont put it on correctly) its on the lower level and the entrance is by the golf course found behind the escalators by the caribou stand)

Worked there for 2 months and never recieved a check . they wouldnt even clock me in, they wrote down my hours which Im sure they threw away . why havent I recieved it in the mail ?

Loved going here when the shelves were still fully stocked! Im usually a last minute shopper with few choices. Much more fun going early to find our Halloween costumes with so many to choose from. Go early and have your pick of hundreds of costumes. They have outdoor decorations too!

Doesn’t exist

I go to Spirit Halloween at least three times every halloween season. Its really the best place to get decorations and costumes. They always have the stores decorated with mini haunted house you can go through to experience the animatronics.

Didnt buy anything from there was looking for a costume but they didnt have very many today they had great displays of Halloween stuff and everything

I love the store on pumpkin season with my friend. And it will be always to on my fall list.

A ton of accessories, fun displays, excellent customer service. (Some scary stuff is 14+).

I was in line for the fitting rooms and I had 6 costumes that I wanted to try on and the lady said 3 at a time so I said okay and I tried on 3. I came out to get my other 3 and there was a kid waiting so the lady asked me to wait. I said okay. He tried on his and then it was my turn and 2 ppl walked up and she asked me to wait until both of them tried on their costumes and I waited. Then she looked at me and asked me to just come back later......who says that .!!!! Epseically after making me wait. I am going to another halloween store, one that will actually treat me with respect.
