Friendly service, greeted immediately, went to get an engagement ring sized. Attentive, sized both ring sizes (man and woman) quickly and accurately. Wasnt pressured to purchase, and the pricing was competitive. The only thing they couldnt provide was a ring box (not an issue, as they are not a rare find online).The actual work was immaculate, with the ring being significantly widened without flaw, and the whole piece was polished nicely. No haggling, payment was simple.

J.Patrick Mullins helped my husband and me create a new wedding ring for me as my existing Wedding ring couldn’t be resized due to the structure of the ring itself. With Patrick’s help we were able pick and create the perfect replacement using stones from my original ring and additional stones given to me by my parents from a pair of earrings.The results now allow me to wear a ring with wonderful sentimental memories. The new ring only needs to be looked at and the craftsmanship that Moeller Jeweler put into creating this ring becomes immediately apparent. Patrick was also able to get a lock on a antique bracelet fixed that other jewelers were unable to fix. We were so pleased with the service knowledge and personal care of all the staff. It’s great place to take your ring or watch for repair. Love the customer service, Brennon is very helpful and willing to work with you until you satisfy . I took my wife with the kids to this place and asked for resize my wife’s wedding ring. When the ring finished, Brennon texted me and gave me a called. We came back and took the ring, she loves it because it fit perfectly. However, we did had to go there twice because the first time, after the resized the ring, it’s still didn’t fit my wife finger. We asked to resize again to and they did it with no extra charge. Thank a lot! We will come again next time for sure!

I went in looking for a certain watch. Dan was the first one greeting us. He told us that they don’t have a watch in stock, but asked for my info. explained the process, gave us approximated time. Very nice guy, professional and knowledgeable. A week later I got a surprise email from Dan saying they have a watch that he thinks I’d be interested in. Went in and bought it the same day. One of best the customer service experience. Will go back (I hope!) for some more soon.

Stopped in late afternoon on April 21st to have the battery replaced in my wifes watch. They did it right there on the spot, in less than 15 minutes, and it was complimentary. Thats customer service you simple cannot beat. The little things like that wonderful.

Had a Rolex serviced, (cost $900.00). Told it would take 6-8 weeks, it took 14. Should have received a 2 year warranty card, took 3 phone calls and I still do not have it. I think the work, done at Rolex, was very good.

I had a wonderful experience at R.F. Moeller, Edina, thanks to Patrick Mullins, Sales Executive and Registered Jeweler. My mother’s wristwatch needed a new battery, which they easily replaced for me. Unfortunately, the back cover of the wrist watch would not remain in place, and Patrick ended up spending an enormous amount of time getting that cover to remain in place — he even had to consult a goldsmith colleague to assist. Although the watch is not the most expensive, it has tremendous sentimental value for my 96 year old mother, and she is grateful beyond words to have her beloved watch back around her wrist. I am grateful for Patrick’s dedication and his patient and kind customer service. He went above and beyond.
