Excellent customer service. The associate made sure to try to help every single customer in the store. In my case, after helping a customer who was in the store when i entered, the associate came and found me in ths store to ask if he could help me. There were different prices on an item I was looking at and the associate went and looked up the pricing to resolve the discrepancy. First class service! Exactly the benefit you want when shopping in a retail store versus online.

Wonderful experience. Sales rep was very knowledgeable and had the patience of a saint! My wife tried on several helmets. He then helped her find the perfect goggles and even suggested a neck support that helped a great deal. We definitely recommend your store.Thank you

I was very happy with my experience with Cycle Gear. I purchased a helmet from the Edina store and realized that the color was not going to work for me. The team at the store called around, located another helmet in the size and color I wanted, and had the helmet shipped to the store. Exchange of my helmet was hassle free, and I was in and out in just a few minutes. I definitely will be going to this store again for more motorcycle equipment in the future.

Was thoroughly helped trying on different helmets and full gear. Ultimately decided to go with different gear and ended up returning my initial purchase. The staff was extremely accommodating in helping me to do so and I will definitely be back!

Went in looking for starting riding gear. As an absolute newbie, I was somewhat nervous and intimidated at the prospect of walking into a store full of people far more knowledgeable and experienced. Turns out I had no reason to worry.The staff were incredible! They were friendly and glad to help me find what I needed, and were ready to help teach me things I didnt know, with absolutely no judgement or sign of frustration--even as I was there for almost an hour trying different helmets to find one that fit!

Texted in a product question which received an immediate and helpful reply. I was given the option to go to the website to order or call in. I called and Tessa walked me through options and steps. Exceptional.

Bought a helmet communicator from them, very knowledgeable of their products, answered all my questions, installed it while I waited, and gave me a military discount. Very satisfied

As a new rider of scooters... I was definitely intimidated by the idea of entering a motorcycle store asking for accessories and what not. However, Upon entering and seeing the laid back attitude of the store I was pretty quickly put to ease. I was looking for a Bluetooth unit for my helmet and gave a hard number I was willing to spend. Instead of trying to penny me out of the max the salesman found a great option for me well below what I was willing to spend. He talked me through all the steps of installing, pros vs. cons and expectations. I will definitely be going back again for my riding jeans and summer gear.

I purchased a Bilt summer jacket which was a good value at just over $100. Also Tessa was very helpful as I wanted the CE back protector and she arranged for it to be held at the Maple Grove store.

Terrible experience.Ordered a new helmet that allegedly coming from another store, in one week, which would be in time for traveling. Store would Call when in. Called this week couldnt find the paperwork. Store transfers arent tracked on their computer system. Really??Made a special trip today to the Southdale store. Presented the situation.. Same answer other than when it gets in they call.I need it now.Terrible customer service. They have lost a customer.I do not recommend the Southdale store.

Idk waited like 30 mins to talk to the one worker. They dont really have much at this store is really tiny. Ended up going to the one in maple Grove and having a better time.

Wonderful location, easy parking, access from inside the mall or outside. Excellent selection of parts, gear, chemicals. You can order online and pick up at this location. Knowledgeable staff if you need help finding anything, or fitting a helmet, etc.

Changed my tire same day. David was courteous and on point. The Maple Grove store treated me well earlier this spring also. They definetely will have my business in the future!

I was able to return pants that I bought in January, but couldnt use until recently and found out they didnt fit well on the knees - pouches for knee protectors were way too low. Edina staff were super helpful in locating the order and refunded the money on the spot, no questions asked. Great experience!

Decent selection, but the customer service is horrible. I stopped in on a Saturday and was trying on jackets for more than 30mins and not one single employee bothered to help me out. They were too busy chatting to each other. Wasn’t very busy either. I walked out empty handed.

I went to have my tire changed there which was originally $20 so I dropped it off, they called me when it was done. I came to pick up the tire and they tried to charge me $80 because he added a rim lock, rim strip and a tube without ever calling me. I told them they need to call someone if they are going to add $60 worth of stuff onto someone’s order because I was not notified of ANY of this stuff, but he said he told me they might need to add them and that I would have to have a new tube even though he never did, I know he never did because I have someone who would’ve done it for cheaper and why would I have left it with them if I was aware of that. My dad then called and he was the manager so my dad wanted to speak to someone above him, he talked to his boss and worked out a refund. I went in today to get the refund and I got it for $49. While he was giving me the refund he was talking to his co worker the whole time, and even left what we were doing multiple times to show his coworker something on the computer. I’m definitely not happy with this experience.

He gave me solid advice about pros/cons of the various styles I was considering, and helped me confidently purchase what I wanted and needed. Had my first ride today with the new helmet and LOVED it! Knowledgeable staff and wide selection of gear. Both Joshua and Al were very friendly and chatted with me about bikes (they both rode to work) and even told me about track day events outside of the cities.

I had an awful time going to different stores and could not find a helmet that fit until Lontyler sized me and showed me all the options. Got an amazing helmet and customized the cheekpads to make it fit perfectly and Im super thankful for the help.

I was happy to hear of an actual, moto-focused, store that wasnt a dealership. Unfortunately, it was a very underwhelming selection.The floor is 80% store brands like Bilt, Iron workers, Sedici, Reax, and Street & Steel. If you want to see stuff from brands like Merwin, Knox, RSD, or even Dainese, your better off going to a dealership or just continue browsing Revzilla.The same applies to helmets. If you love the Icon Airflite, this is the store for you.I dont understand why youd open an Edina location and fill it with all the generic stuff.It just leaves a lot to be desired.Though, the staff was really nice.

Tessa (I think that was her name) was awesome to work with. She helped me pick out the right Cardo system, as well as back/spine protector. Everyone at the store was friendly and very knowledgeable. I will continue to shop at the Edina location.

100% if I have a friend who wants to get into motorcycles and they need gear I am gonna send them here. The staff is super nice and helpful, they made shopping that much better.

Lots of display units but not in all sizes. Understaffed, not sure if busy day of the week or busy time of day but hard to get questions answered.

All around a Great Place, the staff is very helpful and friendly to chat with. I have never felt rushed to make a purchase even when I spent over 3 hours trying on helmets because I couldnt find one that fit right and was there after closeing time by the time I made my purchase. THEY ARE AWESOME!

We went there on a Saturday and although the store opens at 10am, the mall does not open till 11am. Tried to get into mall but completely locked at location shown on google. Wasted about a hour. This information would be helpful. Its your website, for customers it would be nice to know. No pictures of what the store looks like inside?

Great staff and friendly people! It was difficult to find the location due to an error with google maps and listed location on maps. The store is actually on the south side of the building below the parking ramp that goes into Dave and Busters. Google needs to update the pin location properly. I wasted 30-45 minutes looking inside the mall to find it before I had to ask a friend that had been there before.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees who are willing to share their thoughts and personal experiences with the products they carry. They have helped me pick out several pieces of gear and tools in preparation for the riding season.

I drove 40 miles to find out that you did not have in stock a white helmet in my size.
