Dr. Li gives excellent and knowledgeable care for all aspects of foot health. He provides excellent recommnedations for daily living.

Dr. Lee was very thorough and went in depth as to what the procedure would look like as well as the recovery. After the surgery he gave me his personal cell phone so that if I had any further questions and/or concerns I could call him. I did call him on a Sunday as I was in a lot of pain. I left a message and he got back to me within an hour. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee for any foot issues.

I tore my plantar fasciitis and I needed advice to avoid the likelihood of me tearing it again. I had a meeting with Dr. Le and we decided custom orthotics would be the best solution. The custom insoles came on time and as promised. I loved the whole experience. One year later and I have no foot pain. Thank you Dr. Le!

I had a pretty bad experience at Pinnacle in Edina. I was double-billed, treated rudely, there were hidden fees not disclosed, Ive sat on hold for 20+ minutes and I had issues generating a copy of a receipt for FSA reimbursement. The office manager said she would work on correcting the issue(s), and I will update this review if and when that resolution is satisfactory.

As I know I will delayed for the appointment called them just before appointment mentioning that I might be late by 15 mins and what are my options. The lady on the phone asked to come in and shouldnt be a problem. Drove like 20 mins and came in to the clinic, the receptionist says to reschedule and doctor isnt available. I explained him that I called earlier about my delay. He said he cant allow me in and asked me to reschedule, that the only option . The same thing could have been told on the phone and would have saved me time . This place has some serious coordination /communication issues. Cant comment on docs asI dint see any.

I just got custom inserts made for my running shoes.The staff was super helpful and friendly, and I got the molds back in just a couple days. Fit great! Back pain has gone away.

This was my first time at the Edina location, I usually go to the Coon Rapids clinic. I arrived 20 min before my 9 am appt. I was called back right away, checked in by the nurse, saw Dr Ahrens for consultation. My consultation and procedure took less than an hour! The staff was very friendly and efficient and Dr Ahrens took time to explain the procedure and answer any questions I had. I will definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and family!

I was VERY unsatisfied with the treatment I was given by this clinic. I felt the staff did not communicate well, and I had to wait forever to see a doctor. I also felt that the doctor did not care to spend any time talking to me since my appointment was at the end of the day, I felt like he was rushing me out of the office. There were also a TON of hidden and unexplained costs that appeared on my bill. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!
