Its an okay place i didnt get anything there..but wen w/ my sister for some things 2 celebrate my nephew birthday on September 20, 21. Balloons.

Theres an OK option on the costumes for Halloween if youre in a hury go there and a very good deals on the balloons and party stuff recommended

I went to buy party supplies for my 15 yr old daughter. Unfortunately, we couldnt find what we needed, but we did find other itemsto go with her theme. Party City does have a wide variety of themed party supplies and other uncommon things year round (the bigger stores dont sell what we find here). Thats why we shop here. The staff in Edinburg, TX are always helpful and super nice!

We were looking for items for a small family party of 10 at a yacht on the island and we found this Party City. They had everything we were looking for. I personally never been to this one in particular, but staff was always ready to help and professional in their behavior. Good people. Store was sort of empty and well thats understandable. It [store] was clean and in order. Yes, I know is supposed to be like that, but for this time of the year usually is almost impossible to keep this type of store clean and in order so good for the management. Ok, I have to say prices are still a bit high for my wallet, but they have unique stuff that you just cant find anywhere else.

All your party needs, variety and great prices.. candles, candies, party favors for goodie bags. Funny over the hill party themes! Costumes! Beautiful balloons! Cake supplies, sprinkles, and candy melts all colors very pretty. Awesome store love to go here.

It would be better to have halloween stuff up year round but its still cool. We got these masks for 2.99 each and the looks on Border Patrol where priceless. Its never a good sign to see a face in a hearse with no driver 😂

Great customer service! I came in to get some balloons, I hadnt noticed the package I was purchasing had a tiny hole in one of the balloons. The associate was quick to notice, advised me and switched them out. So thankful, it saved me a trip back if they had deflated. 🤗

Great stock on Halloween costumes!! Im pleasantly surprised they had popular characters still in stock so close to Halloween. The system where you tell the person with the tablet which costume # and you pick it up at double doors is genius!!! Thank you!!!

Staff was friendly and curteous. Came in for a birthday balloon arrangement and it was ready within 10 minutes. Balloon assortment selection is good and has different types from silver to matte finishes and colors. Will definitely be back for any balloon needs!

Found all I needed for my Daughters 30th Birthday..the room looked Amazing.

Horrible service, only one lady working. I checked online for an item and it said they had 13 in stock. I couldnt find the item on the floor. She told me they have them in the back. When I asked the lady if I could come by later to purchase the item or if I could place the order online and pick up in store. She told me no, and if you do we will cancel it, tomrrow we will open the boxes.The person a head of me also placed an online order and it wasnt even ready for pick up. She had to leave the register to go get the items off the floor.

For a Saturday it was well staffed but poor use of resources as there was long lines and wait times with one cashier open two blowing ballons and one just sort of standing there. The employees looked a little too relaxed and not enough hustle though they were nice enough

Cant beat Party City for reliably always having what you need. The store was a little messy on this particular day, but worth the price. Needed a Mardi Gras mask and they had a great selection.

I like that you can find themed stuff for your parties but I think its too expensive for the quality of the products. Every time I go there its because I couldnt find something somewhere else, it is never my first resource.

A whole month after halloween and the manager still blames the lack of regular party items on that holiday. Online store availability stated 12 in stock for the item I was looking for and not a single one in the aisle. Supposedly still boxed somewhere in the back. Waste of my time.

Service was slow, not enough employees, the helium they use doesnt even last 12 hours, picked up balloons late at night for an early morning picture session and they were a flop! Useless!
