They need to get educated for curbside delivery. They dont know what is curbside pickup and it includes to put the items in the car.Even if you inform way ahead when you start from home they do not awake, and when you park your car and do checkin they still will not awake, you wait forever and still nobody will come. You need to call customer service then someone will come and just left the cart near to car and will not help you to put the things in the car.

After going to 4 other Home Depots. I am pleased that I was able to find the right color track lighting I needed. Thanks for keeping up with the inventory.

Dont use the pick up service box, they literally kept a used broken box package for us to pick up and there was such a big line in customer service and no one helped. I wrote in the survey they requested but no one reached out back to us.

Overall this location isnt bad. Lines are not to long and selection is average for a home depot. I give it 3 stars because you can find a better selection more options at Lowes and you can not use your cards tap option at checkout. Which limits you if your using a card that is loaded onto your phone such as apple pay

They offer curbside pick up. They play games like all orders are ready right before they end curbside pick up. So when you rush over there and get there 40 mins before they stop doing curbside and call and confirm you are outside they hang up on you. I truly believe this is an effort to deter people from a service they have. Extremely unprofessional.

I went in to get a copy of a key made. I was admittedly in a bad mood however Franklin helped me with keys and he was so calm, patient, and sweet. Went in for coroplast and had trouble finding it. I approached two workers who did not seem to care to help me and just looked at me like I had two heads when I asked where to find it. And then they sent me to the aisle that sells windows. Not even a follow up to make sure I found what I was looking for. Ended up leaving with nothing. Poor service.

They have a wonderful, helpful and courteous staff and a beautiful assortment of plants, (floral and vegetable); a good selection of herbs and fruits. When working inside, Home Depot has provided the necessary supplies to update my kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. This is my home away from home and I would be lost without them. Thank you Home Depot. Worst ever curb side pick up service. I checked in 15 mins ago before closing time. 10 min later I called and checked weather someone is bringing my order or not. Someone on call told me she is bringing out. 20 mins later I called her again as my infant was crying and I cant leave her in car. She told me very rudely curbside pickup is closed!! She didnt bring my order out!!! I went inside and grab my order and asked her to call store manager. She didnt call store manager!!! I couldnt stay there do more argument as my baby was crying in car. Horrible horrible service I will never trust home Depot Edison again.

Staff is friendly. We got our keys copied there by a self-service machine. We also bought a petroleum tank for a grill.

Worst service i ever received. Placed an order for Kitchen counter top installation. Counter top company installed top and removed the dishwasher. They are ready to fit it back. Paid money to fix Sink & dishwasher however he is not able to do it.Its been 2 weeks and everyday i have make a call for follow-up but no response. I have already paid all money, they are not giving my money back, getting the worst service and wasting my time.Think twice before ordering anything from this store.

All the employees are so kind and helpful. The online shopping system which put things into the cart, and send a copy via email or text is sooooo amazing. It provides the name, price and exact location for the items, which is so time saving in a big store with millions of items.

Just want to write to give a special shout out to Laurie in the Tile and Flooring Installations Department in the Edison store. She is THE reason I would ever suggest anyone get a tile or flooring project done through Home Depot. She went above and beyond to make sure that my install was scheduled in a timely manner. I hope her manager reads this because this woman deserves a promotion/raise!

Worst customer service ever. The person was incredibly rude and made me come back a few days later. That day, another person helps me but needs a manager, the manager agrees to my problem, but he then leaves, and the rude person from the first day comes back, and outright refuses to let the problem be solved, I never got a reason why.

Lacking service big time. Some things never change.

The CASHIER didnt want to take what I was buying 2000$ supplies and cancelled my order and pretty much told me to gtfo. Counter Managers are more supportive in Woodbride Home Depo then over here. I had used my promo but required to cancel the order as price changed after order so I visited Edison home depo and requested to use promo as in reality I didnt took benefit of it, but they didnt help . I went to Woodbridge homedepo explained manager, they listen carefully as my point was genuine and its a system / process issue they helped me in giving discount. So 5 star for Woodbridge homedepo but 1 star for edison.

Had an online order pickup at this store. Called them in advance, they said the order will be ready at 2pm. Came into the store, gave customer service girl the order number( she was nice and polite. One star for that) some worker guy took the paperwork and said it’s a big Order and he’ll have it out in a bit. 55 minutes later with a couple trips to the customer service, and after I requested the supervisor, they started moving. The supervisor never showed up and it turned out to be the same guy that took our paperwork. His name is Yona as we were told after some other worker brought the order out. And still, even though they said they have everything there, our order was missing two items.I would never recommend doing online orders with this store. You will loose a ton of time, and patience. I would deal with Lowe’s any day.I would advice the management to improve the work of their customer service since it’s very poor.

I asked 2 employees a very simple question. Where are the filter replacements for the 3m respirators? None of them knew where it was. Plus I couldnt find it myself. So I left without the item I was looking for.

Wow. Why offer curbside pickup if you’re going to completely fail at it. I waited for 30 minutes. I got to the spot and filled out the online form several times and even called and it took that long. Safe to say I will no longer waste my time there ever again

Cant say enough good things about this place! Ive been going to this home Depot for over 15 years and every time I walk in Im greeted with a friendly smile and a hello! The staff there is exceptionally knowledgeable and have helped me out on more than a few occasions with a project. their online pickup is pretty exceptional as well. They have a great system where if you have small items, they can be put in lockers and you dont even have to interact with the staff. Their tool selection is great and their garden section is always well stocked! Highly recommended!

I usually shop HD milltown, but they didnt have a vanity that I wanted so I went to Edison to pick it up. Patricia at pickup and the guy she was working with were wonderful. It felt like I was in the south, where the people were super friendly.

The one associate in the rental department was unfriendly and unaware of the company policy. I would understand if hes doesnt know because he is new, and would try to help me by getting someone whos more familiar with the policy. But instead he was rude and said absolutely NO. Thankfully, the supervisor was nice and knew the policy. Hopefully he gets trained more or at least try to be helpful to customers.

Incredible service. I placed a huge order online and showed up to the store 30 minutes later to pick it up. Dennis immediately went to go fill my order and then offered to cut up my 12 10-foot PVC pipes for free (took him 10 minutes; would have probably taken me hours to do on my own). Also saved me $30 because I didn’t have to buy a pipe cutter or tape measure.

This store is pretty much the same as the other ones, it do feels a little smaller than the one in Woodbridge on rt. 9. It do seems like the employees here are more helpful, and friendlier. It is a lot more organized than others. I will return here.

I love Home Depot but, have run into a problem. I am handicapped now and the scotters, usually only two to a store, are never charged well if at all. Also their in disrepair often. Its not just this store either. There should be more, in repair and charged!

Its a good store and they have a lot of nice things. You have to know your prices but otherwise really good. So why 3 stars well simple they have pro registers with people and regular customers have to use self check out only. I will never give above 4 stars to companies who purposefully set up their store to making it difficult to go to a person to check you out.

THEN WHEN I CALLED CORPORATE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NAMED LONDON CAME BACK WITH SOME CONDESCENDING TONES AND TRIED READING OFF A PLAYBOOK ON HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS.I GAVE TWO STARS BECAUSE THE YOUNG LADY WHO TOOK MY ORDER WAS CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL WHEN SHE ORDERED IT BOTH TIMES.

Asked for a replacement receipt and was told that they no longer can look them up.. The customer service representative told me I should get a pro account so they can look up my purchase history. Never had this problem in any other Home Depot.

We ordered a washer/dryer set from Home Depot. The delivery/installation experience has been bad. During the first expected delivery date, the washer came damaged, so the dryer alone was left at our home and the washer was scheduled to be delivered the following week along with the installation of washer and dryer. A week later, the washer came in but the person didnt have work order for installing dryer even after we had mentioned multiple times over the phone to install both. So they had to take the washer back and it will be another week before they can bring it in and install them both. The third time they brought back the damaged washer from the first delivery.They cant get the delivery right after 3 times. We will be buying from a different store, cant rely on home depot anymore.

Needed electrical connection materials.A worker was in the department, knew his stuff, went out of his way to make sure I had the correct materials. This is what I expect at Home Depot. Thanks!
