I always liked this store but yesterday i came in to buy a bracelet and crystals, while i was in line the cashier rung the women in front of me up quickly and proceeded to talk to her for 10 minutes and ignored the fact she had a line behind her. They were showing each other their phones and exchanging information, which i understand but it was about 10 minutes of them just talking. I ended up leaving and not buying the one bracelet i went in for.

The overall experience in this shop was peaceful and relaxing. I found the staff kind, helpful and informative. Its a place worth shopping at.

Always like this store, but on Friday Nov 13th the female employee working did not bother to wear a mask while working. Funny how they have signs all throughout the store for customers to wear a mask covering face and nose, yet an employee doesn’t bother to wear a mask at all. Left without making a purchase due to the ignorance of the employee.

Its ran by children who dont know anything.

One of its kind in menlo park mall. They have lot collection of spiritual products from around the world including India. Beads, Tshirts, idols, bags, sovereigns etc.

Its the best place to buy things if u are interest in magic or just to collect stones

Lots of weird spooky stuff in here. Things you could buy here are statues rugs meditation stuff incense oil and incense, rocks, posters.

This is a beautiful store, with a very friendly/down to earth staff, and a peaceful vibe. The wonderful smell of candles and incense will immediately relax you. They sell clothes, jewelry, oils, beads, healing crystals and so much more. I purchased a lucky eye bracelet here and some lavender oil on my last visit. Today, I came in for a reiki/chakra healing & tarot card reading. Alexandra was very kind and compassionate. The appointment can be from 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes ( $25 - $75 ). Theyll ask you to fill out a form & sign a waiver, before going in the back room. It was a very positive experience and I left with a pink quartz crystal ( representing love ), to hold during meditation & affirmations ( thanks to Alexandra ). Highly recommended.

Cool store! So many merches from different Asian cultures. Clothes are oversized but all other stuff is amazing.

My fiance loves this store the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. we bought a wine bottle holder and when we got to car teenty minutes later. realized the ceramic wolfs nose was serverly chipped. so we came back and asked to exchange it or return it and they allowed us to exchange it for another one without question.

Id give a negative star if I could. I worked here in the season of 2016. I put hard work, time, and sweat into making sure this was a great store. Before working here I shopped here all the time so I knew the products inside and out. I was very close already with the workers and such and loved anytime I could work, taking any over time thrown at me! After one night of a two hour shift I fixed one whole side of the stock room which was a disaster zone. You couldnt find products, know how many we had, even walk thru without almost falling or breaking something. In two hours I had it organized, everything labeled, counted, put into sections, and even fixed their vacuum cleaner(after being an electrician for years) in two hours all by myself!! Two days later I was fired! Never even notified untill I came in trying to get my new hours for the week! I was all honest, knowledgeable, driven, and especially after coming out of a personal rough summer it was very meaningful to me to be working again, meeting new ppl, and assisting with things that are already my life(gemstones, Wicca, new age religion and music)! From the only time I met the owner he seemed very nice, very on point, and tidy so I feel my let go was in part of the rude inexperienced manager! I how since then things have become more put together, from things like the other half of the stock room, more employees that are knowledgeable besides the about 3 that were, and more professional in their actions! If their happened to be any other reason it hasnt ever been brought to my attention or knowledge.

Wish I could give zero stars. This place is an unprofessional, embarrassment of an establishment. The extremely rude manager has no class whatsoever. Cant wait til Menlo closes this dump and turns into a more respectable store.

Staff was super nice and bent over backwards to help me and my life partner after they were done playing on their cellys. Only complaint would be that there were not nearly enough salt lamps for me to lick.

Absolutely horrifying-- the store is basically selling culturally insensitive products and obfuscating a bunch of different East Asian, Southeast Asian, Native American, and other marginalized cultures with one another. It is revolting to see people from a dominant culture exploit the religious, spiritual, or cultural significance of different groups-- the store is selling bodhisattva statues, headdresses displayed on mannequins with geisha makeup, dreamcatchers, incense, etc. as if they were random knick-knacks. Disgusted to see it at Menlo Park Mall every time I go there-- a true display of cultural appropriation.
