I was going through all the reviews. Looking at all the positive comments I got encouraged to give them a call to get a good price for the car I was looking for.I called the number and person on the other side told me that he would get back in 5-10 min. He took down my name and number.Even after 30 min when I did not get any return call, I called for the second time. The same person picked up (did not mention his name anytime) and asked me what do I want to achieve (typical dealership question). I told him that I am in the market for a car and looking for a price quote! I gave the make model once again. He did some calculation and came up with some figures. Based on that I thanked him and asked him whether the numbers can be better as it was more than my current lease for much more expensive car. He expressed his annoyance and told me I wasted his time and I should have where I wanted to be! I did not have price in my mind and just wanted to get a price quote.Finally he hung up without any bye or thanks. I personally felt that to be very rude from a salesperson who is talking to a customer!

My coworker recommended using a lease broker, which I was not familiar with. I did not know there was an alternative to sitting in a dealership for way to long negotiating a “good” price. I googled and came across great reviews for Circle Auto Leasing/Arthur. I priced out the Jaguar F-Pace at a dealership, just to make sure I could get it for a similar price. Arthur was great, he beat the dealerships price and got me a 2018 vs the 2017 demo car they were offering at their “best rate”. The whole process was so easy, I will never go through a dealership again. I didn’t have to take time out of my day to go get a car. Arthur dropped my new car off and returned my other lease to BWM. He also programmed my garage and synced my phone to the new car, extra perk. The car drop off/signing paperwork took about 20 minutes one evening after work. I just leased my 4th vehicle from Vadim and Circle Auto Leasing . I have leased two trucks for myself, one for my wife and proud to say my daughters very first car from Vadim. I work crazy hours, so I have no time for dealer BS. I tell Vadim what I want and what I can spend and 72 hours latter I am driving my BRAND NEW truck! They call your insurance and get the vehicle registration for you too! Do yourself a favor and try them out, let them deal with the dealers for you, you wont regret it!

They offered me $7,000 less on my car than what a Certified dealer offered me. (And you know, that Certified dealer already offers you the lowest on trade-in) I asked them why? And the answer was epic, ARTHUR told me that they go by what they would pay at AUCTION hahahaha.They wont even check KellyBlue Book to give you a Fair dealer Trade-in price.If you are looking to trade in your car......THIS IS NOT THE PLACE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.CIRCLE BMW offered me $23,000, BELL AUDI offered me $21,000.These guys offered me $14,000 hahaha what a joke.
