Got my italian sectional from here about 3-4 years ago now and still extremely happy with it. Great prices, service and people.Have sent a few friends to them as well and they were able to find what they needed and are also happy with it!Definitely a nice place to check out and I wont forget them.

I got my Bedroom Furniture from J&M. It’s a very good store and very friendly people. The service they provide during the purchasing and delivery and installation process was really good.However the after sales service is just pathetic... The mattress I bought started sinking in just 1 week of delivery. I called them a few times sent them pictures of the product as they asked and there is absolutely no response from them. Maybe they just delivered a bad mattress and now they don’t want to help replace it. PLEASE DO NOT BUY MATTRRSSES FROM THEM. They did not even care to acknowledge that it can go bad. I sent them pictures once and then again after 2 weeks I call them and they say we don’t see the damage. Send us the pictures in a different manner. So I did that. It’s been 2 weeks to that and still not even acknowledging call or text that what’s going on. This is really very bad after sales service when you have this big stores.

If you lean back the metal frame can hurt your back.Complained on phone, email, personal visit. Dealt with Isaac, manager.Very poor response.After 3 weeks, they sent expert service person Oleg who does not answer your calls and apparently called me without leaving voicemail. He stepped in for few seconds, said sofa looks fine.Filed dispute with my Credit Card company and awaiting the outcome.Append post owner post (12/6/2017):Please look at pictures, sit on sofa at your Edison, NJ store and you will know what is defective in your sofa.Nothing can justify your non responsiveness and unwillingness to address my complaint for months that drove me to file dispute. I asked you to fix it as first option.If there was no issue with sofa, why did Isaac (manager) call me on 11/16/2017 2:28pm saying that sofa was fixed by specialist (who worked with Natuzzi) and I can visit the Edison store to look at it and re-consider my decision

UPDATE: 9/3/20 - although I originally had a bad experience, J&M Furniture responded to my review and Lazar worked with me to make everything right. I am now very happy with my bedroom set.Purchasing a J&M Furniture Porto Premium Bedroom Set on 11/29/19 for $5,000+ from one of their online distributors, 1StopBedrooms, was one of the worst purchase decisions Ive ever made. The bedroom set was not delivered until 1/15/20 and the chest was delivered damaged, the headboard light was malfunctioning and the bed slats didnt fit properly. Its now 7/7/20 and J&M Furniture or 1StopBedrooms have not even replaced the damaged Chest, never mind addressing the lights or slats. Its been 7 months of wasted time on phone calls and emails. I reached out to J&M Furniture by phone and was simply told that they do not speak with customers directly. Its a shame that J&M Furniture would not want to protect their brand and reputation by trying to correct the issue. J&M Furniture is definitely a company I will never buy from again.

Got a lovely sectional custom made in fabric delivered to my vacation home in Colorado. Very happy with the service and quality.

Anything I tell about J&m will be less . I am using them for past 5 yrs and each time the caring, understanding they show to me and my clients is beyond words . Their product is so good that I don’t buy contemporary stuff for my clients from anywhere else as I know the quality of their product and the team works their best to make it work out in favor of my clients . So far touchwood I never was delayed in the delivery . The welcoming atmosphere at the store is something that makes you go there again and again . I highly recommend J&M for high class elegant contemporary furniture that suit all budgets .

Very nice place, the actual showroom moved to 175 Talmadge road on the corner. It’s really big and they have some great deals. They delivered to me fast and were professional.

Was really happy with the bed set I got from this place. The new showroom down the block on Talmadge is amazing, they have everything to check out. Mike was really nice when helping me with the bed set last year and I was happy to see him again at the new place. Gonna replace my old sofa soon after I saw the crazy cool stuff they had.

Isaac was extraordinary. He listened to my challenges and concerns, understood my goals, and weighed the options with me. We ordered the accademia dining room table and Forza (A761) leather sectional. The table looks good online but amazing in my home. Its heavy solid wood with great design. Its so nice we are looking to get it covered with a glass top to preserve. The leather sectional has great detail and color but most importantly is super sturdy for a 62 built man. We recently did a home renovation and went with a modern look. The furniture makes our home look like a Manhattan apartment. The best thing is we didnt pay Manhattan prices and my wife is very happy. Delivery to Staten Island was top notch and took less than 20 minutes to assemble using 3 workers. I highly recommend J&M Furniture.

Happy with the purchase. It was cost effective since they price matched against other retailers selling same style. Overall Happy with the purchase but disappointed with Shipping.Shipping company cancelled and delayed the delivery by a week and when showed up didnt had helper so had to help in moving heavy dresser.

Very thankful to J&M for helping me re-design my home from top to bottom. They had everything I needed at really good prices. Delivery was handled very professionally and everything came out wonderful!

Overall great experience shopping here. Prices were very competitive, and shipping was fast. Drivers were very courteous. Bed looks and feels good, would definitely recommend.
