Like the service, they have drive through and dine in place too. A little crowded usually but the service is quick.

Great service, and helpful (worker). Clean clean and lots of space. And the drinks is well-handle. Mug cup and tumb all is there. I recommend this location to all my friends to go when these 3 are working for the best service. Good job 👍

Coffee was fine, but no matter what time I go or what day I go, theres a 15-20 minute wait. The drive through line blocks parking so you cant park or get out easily. Super annoying!

This Starbucks is always out of things. Almost never have caramel when I go. How are you not able to make your one of your most popular drinks and its not even noon.

I went to drive thru. They didn’t had what we ordered which is fine, but their drive thru doesn’t have a separate line where I can exit easily. I had to wait for everyone ahead of me to get their orders so that I can just exit the place. Bad construction.

I would suggest going to a different Starbucks. The staff is very nice, but unfortunately the drinks are not. If I wanted a cup of milk I’d go to the supermarket and buy a whole gallon. Other times I’m served drinks where it’s not even blended, everything sits/sticks to the bottom.. you can’t even stir it. I’ve been given drinks that are not filled to the top or missing toppings/straws. This place is hit or miss.. one day they’re open and the next they’re not and the parking lot is just as bad.

The previous order experience was fine. This time ordered a peppermint white chocolate mocha to pick up. After got home, find out that they leave the space for the topping but no topping at all. It tastes mix of water and peppermint syrup. Disappointed.

I love Starbucks and come to this location often, but this place generally has long wait times - both for pick up and drive thru. Also, the drive thru line often blocks the parking lot. I have had to wait up to 15 mins just to get parking. Wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re in a rush!Overall, service is friendly, and my order is always right (despite my crazy customizations)! I like going there to chill and study.

Its good. They have good service and coffee. Its any other Starbucks. They make their products well and stuff generally tastes good. Fair warning, if you dont pay on the app, bring some cash. The batista was a little annoyed I didnt have cash on me because she couldnt use my gift card to get a tip. Who carries cash anyway? Either way, you can tip in the app virtually, but to dont just ask them to add a one dollar tip to your order which is dumb. Regardless, bring some cash to tip if you dont use the app.Overall though, Starbucks is good Ole reliable. Good products, you cant go wrong with them.

The Edison Starbucks (both Route 27 and Centenniel) are extremely slow drive in locations. You cannot expect to do anything within 20’mins. To go inside 27 SB is another story, you cannot get your car out because of the line for drive in! I moved to Panera because of the crowd

Hours show 7pm for indoor and 8pm drive thru. At 630pm they err closed lights off, drive thru blocked off, and a paper posted on the drive thru window as if you could drive up to see it. Now I lost my free hand crafted drink. Thanks!😡

Hours on google are not correct! Please fix the hours online to reflect actual store hours. Have gone multiple times in the morning and they are just not open (strange for a coffee place). Understandable if it is because of the pandemic but management should take that into consideration

Ordered a cinnamon Dolce de Leche creme and it tasted like they just put milk in a cup. And when I opened the lid it looked like they just put milk in a cup. Will never order from this Starbucks again. I usually go to a different one but I was getting it delivered and I couldn’t order from the location I wanted.

Waited in line for 10 minutes for cofee and croissant. Got to the window croissant wasnt ready had to wait for another 10 minutes. Spoke to the manager. Manager was very rude and sarcastic. We decided to boycott starbucks service stinks.

Order was not completed properly. Then my next order was handed to me in a cup that was soaked on the outside with old coffee. Staff was quite agitated after I asked for a replacement cup. I later got a refill on a cold brew and again the staff were agitated. Starbucks quality has definitely gone down in recent years.

Excellent service from staff. I had bought a frapp from another Starbucks vendor in a hotel that made it incorrectly so I drove to the closest one. The young woman whom I believe is the manager was kind enough to redo my drink free of charge. She did it with a smile and was so accommodating. Restored my faith in service this morning!

I have been three times and they messed up drink repeatedly. I had Carmel Frappuccino and mocha Frappuccino and both taste like milk and water. I gave it back and they gave me both items the same way again. (Twice) make sure u try your drink before driving away. I wasted my money and time.

They did not think through went they built this place because once you park your car you can’t leave because of the lines at the drive up. The staff always screw up on the orders. Lately all you find is the closed sign. Avoid this place.

Order a green tea frappuccino but it tasted like chocolate. Later I realized the employee didnt watch the mixer well. I did complain and he was nice enough to make another one.This is one of the most dirty Starbucks I seem. I took a video of it..this was in June. Today visit was much cleaner..but it is still a mess. Consider..this Starbucks was on builder about 4 to months ago. Very disappointed. I gave a 3 star instead of 1 was because the employee gave the effort to correct the drink.

Its a small location and easy to miss because it really blends in with the surrounding buildings which all look like an apartment complex. Thats what makes it interestingly. The people working here also make the visit enjoyable.

The staff here is amazing, theyll remember your name and order by the second visit. I dont order anything fancy, I usually stick to an iced coffee but after their suggestion, I finally tried the cold brew. Their cold brew is great and their sandwiches are generally delicious.This location can feel rather cramped quite quickly. This is the new Starbucks on Rt 27 in Edison. I could not believe how filthy it was inside. I was in there about 6:00pm. The floor was a mess even where you picked up the drinks at the counter was a dirty mess. They had a lot of employees there so I blame it on the Management if there not having the employees clean the place. Even outside where the tables were it was a mess there were cigarettes thrown all over the ground and even the tables were not clean. They need to get there act together.

The staff here are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I give them 5 stars... Also, very clean. The only bad thing is how small this particular location is. It is very cramped to get into a table space (which is limited as is). They do have the wireless charges on the tables though!

This is the new Starbucks on RT 27. The space and decor is nice, but its shame that its not kept that clean. Ive been twice and there have been napkins and food crumbs on the floor, overflowing trash receptacles, tables needing wiping, and chairs scattered all over the place. Hopefully, its just some new store kinks that will be worked out.

Ive been coming to this Starbucks almost daily for about 7 years. The staff is friendly and hard-working, even when theyre swamped with people. They are also very attentive and eager to make drinks to the customers liking, so much so, that I have often seen them add ingredients, heat, cool, or re-do entire drinks with a smile just to get them right. Its happened to me more than once that If Id been given the wrong size, (despite my telling them just to pour the first drink in a bigger cup and add to it) theyve made me another drink in the size I ordered and let me keep the first one, essentially giving me an extra, free drink. Great place!

Spacious, well- lit and with multiple seating arrangements. This brand new Starbucks has outdoor seating too. The Smores Frappuccino was great. The artwork on the walls complimented the decor. While there is ample parking, the drive- thru is convenient. Unisex bathrooms, with wheelchair accessibility inside.

Excellent Customer service. The adviser informed me three times about the status of my car while i was waiting so I did not have to wonder when the service would be completed.

This Starbucks was small and not crowded. I was struck to notice how messy the store was. Only two employees. The quality and taste was the same as any other Starbucks. Plenty of parking and you know the high price of their products.
