Most of the skin care products that they carry in the store you may just purchase them from Nordstrom, Amazon or at certain department stores.Please do not buy them at this store. You will encounter hassle like I experienced. I was at the store buying a acne treatment because the item I ordered online wont get to me sooner than I expected. So, I thought I should just ran to the store since its convenient.They gave me a product that is going to expire soon, next day when I went back to the store. They were giving me hard time exchanging it. The staff were new and poorly trained.If you want to return it, you will get charge for 10% of your Total balance and it has to be mailed to you by a check.Are we in the year of 2017? Or we are going back to 2000? A return check?Please also search for other spa facial, they over charge customers.

Be alert on cameras in facial rooms. They have cameras in facial rooms, when I said I don’t feel comfortable getting my facials under camera, she said everyone gets their facial like this only. I went once, would never go back for this reason. I was taken in their room 1 close towards front area
