Im rating 5 stars solely on an interaction I had while checking out. Oscar was truly amazing in his customer service. He was able to help me get through checkout quick and efficient. We both sorted through the items on the cart and he made sure that the multiple orders stayed together without inconveniencing me or himself. He is absolutely fabulous! Give this man a raise!

Great place to shop! Most of the employees work hard to offer wonderful shopping experience - right from Customer Service, Pharmacy, Meat, Cashiers kiosks. Its a one-stop-shop to find quality products for humans and pets alike. Many employees at Edison warehouse can be role-models for others at various Costco locations.

Cost co itself is amazing as always but the crowd management on weekends needs to get better.

Costco has everything including gluten-free, keto, sugar free, protein rich food items . Season clothes sale, electronic, furniture, grocery, vegetables, vegan, non veg . Big parking plus discount on gas stations . Specially at Edison you will get the Indian Nanak ghee, paneer, sweets .

Variety comes from shopping out of town. Nice trip here!! Worth it as I was following a presentation to buy a product.

It’s the best wholesale store. Employees are most likely happy that’s why they are always willing to help with a smile. My kids get double smiley face on the receipt which a bonus 😊Will remain their customers for years.

For a Members Only warehouse store it is generally neat and clean but crowded. Isles arent marked for contents, almost all items are bulk and an item on a visit may not be continued by the next visit. It can be a one stop shop trip but not for having the best deals. Good luck

Very nice. Unfortunately they dont have small size items for smaller families. Costco is good for family of four or more. Also we were looking for some food products ut they did not have it.

Love the store shop the regularly they have great stuff lot of good deals lot of regular things not so happy about the tire department to have a tire department call you back and tell you that they cant get the lugs off your car because theres locks on there I mean its a tire place they should be able to do that they didnt tell me I have to go to another store or shop get my legs taken off and then bring the car back not bothering I returned to tires and bought them someplace else where they were able to get the lugs off

They sell alcohol here. Its always busy, one of the only ones in the area and they are one of 2 Costcos that sell alcohol. I feel like all Costco’s are 5 stars unless you have a bad experience. Never had one.

Fantastic place to shop in bulk...good prices

Ingrid is very rude at the check out exit lane. She rips the receipt out of your hand when checking items. This is poor customer service and it ruined my experience at Costco Edison. Avoid her if you can if you want a smooth exit.

Customer service, selection, prices, and staff good. But, you will be checked before entry, at paying for merchandise, and at exit. Online ordering, you avoid above inconveniences.

After having a horrible experience at TJMaxx down the block, I had the pleasure of having Nicole as my cashier. Although she declined my American Express card, she allowed me to go back to my car for another form of payment and come back to front of the line. Her speed, accuracy, smile and professionalism were all seamless. I will shop here if in the area again.# Nicole, you rock.

Slow receiving. You can spend easily 4-6 hours waiting to get offload. Not convenient for own operator.

Good for bulk snacks and groceries. Some clothing items are available but not a lot of choice. Good selection of TVs computers and electronics. Also has a department for glasses/opticals. There is a gas station.Usually very crowded. Their produce and fruits are way below par.

Now Indian legumes are also available! Quality of the items in Costco is unbeatable. Best part, is returns are honored any time. Extra warranty on most electronics bought at Costco. The list is endless.Do your good job Costco!!

If youre coming to this costco for the optical department dont bother, go to a different one. I have had to come 3 times over the last 2 weeks to get my glasses done, every single time you will spend a minimum of an hour just waiting and another half hour at least getting helped. The department is always in slow motion to the point that they use a frickin deli number system for customers... absolutely ridiculous slow service. Been to 2 other costcos for glasses (new to the area here for college) and those other stores are much quicker and much more helpful. Not worth wasting your time!

Great variety of products, quality and price. Their customer associates are not nice and sometimes rude. Costco should re-train all the staff at this warehouse. Self checkout is more like regular checkout, one of their employees has to scan all the items in your cart which makes no sense of having self checkout. Last, they check your cart when leaving the warehouse. They act like members will steal from Costco when their employees scans each items at checkout.

Had a great experience tried some samples and staff was very helpful in directing me to the places I needed to go.

Horrible experience with Denise working in membership/merchandise returns. Extremely rude and unhelpful. If you don’t have a pleasant attitude please don’t work in customer service. Instead, I was extremely thankful for the help I got from Belgica and Dalaila in the same department who were extremely thorough, took some extra steps to help us and resolved an issue we were having. That’s the kind of customer service that needs to be delivered. Thank you Belgica and Dalaila.

Watch out for the Kirkland Water Boiled Bagels. The one we purchased last Thursday now have mold on every one of them. Just had two last night and did not pay close attention to this :(. Hope no one else have the same situation.

The category of this Costco is not as large as the other one for frozen food. And the lack of storage is not replenished on time. I cannot believe in this huge population town, this Costco would be worse than the other.

This Costco is well established, very popular and well stocked. Timing is very important to avoid crowds, midweek is a good time to go and before 3 pm if possible to avoid the rush of people leaving work.

I have visited many Costcos from Los angels Ca. Fargo, Nd. New Hampshire, Boston but this one by far I have to say deserve a 1 star very poor service staff and i hope management should train staff customer service and public respect skills. Ive never expect to get treated and responded people so much worse before from Costco. I would not be shopping or stopping by at this Costco branch. Been there member since 2008 and by far shocked to see this from Employees here.

I visited this Costco, even though it was out of my way from my normal store, I wanted to see their selection of Kirkland spirits. I was very pleasantly surprised and restocked my bar. I gave two of their good quality scotches I taste over the past few days and Im very impressed with the quality as I am with just about everything I get at Costco.

This location is one the worst membership polices around. They will not allow a cardholder to make multiple transactions at once. Other warehouses are more lenient.But they do have a gas station so that is convenient.

Honestly anyone giving any Costco less then 5 stars is probably a psychopath you should not trust. Cheapest gas on Earth and I consider the fact that the Hot dog at the food court does not have 3 Michelin stars a crime against humanity.

My tommy Bahama beach chair strap broke. I contact Costco online to see if jt could be returned and bc it wasnt something with a time restriction like an appliance or electronic customer service said i could without my receipt. They were about to look it up on my acct they were 4 years old and they still gave me a full refund. They dont exchange they only return so the new chairs cost me $4.99 each. But after 4 years and being able to return them I didnt mind paying 4.99 each for new ones

Good store but heavily crowded . Especially on weekends .. billing takes a long time on weekends. Plan to come on a weekday if possible. They also have fuel station outside.. good service otherwise.

The store is well managed and well maintained. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The quality of items and variety is quiet satisfying. A sure to visit store if you live nearby.The membership fee might feel a bit on higher side but its totally worth it.I had experience of their car tyre workshop, where I got a suitable slot of my choice and the work done was satisfactory.Overall Costco membership is a must have as per my opinion. 👍

What a great warehouse, has everything you need plus due to the area there are a bunch of Asian/Indian groceries and supplies. This location also has alcohol (wine, beer, liquor). It’s busy but definitely the best stocked Costco in the area. Self checkout was also recently built so it has sped up the checkout process significantly.

I do love Costco. I am a executive member and have the Costco Citi card. These to cards pay for my membership plus. I dont know why some do the basic card. When you see something there furniture, clothing, etc. You better buy it immediately otherwise it will be gone next time you visit. Now there is a service you can pay for delivery for those large items. Costco has good return policy. Know what you need to buy, otherwise you may pay for items that will spoil like fruits and vegetables.

It has many items but congested and handling items from store to home is difficult, so just have your own big bags to carry stuff.

Great merchandise, great selection of alcohol - best prices will be their Kirkland brand. If you want it, buy it now - no guarantee it will be here next week. They only accept Visa, no Mastercard.

The helper at the check out, Hugo, was fabulous. He helped us at the food place using the kiosk, which we needed. Such a nice man. Packed the wagon in a neat way. Couldn,t thank him enough !

Costco for me has 3 facilities I go to. The Hazlet store is small but convenient, Edison store is the largest with alcohol and gas station. Marlboro store has gas and all selections, no alcohol .

Not bad today with the crowd love my Costco spending more than always planned.

Lots of construction in the parking lot, but nice on the inside, has in-store alcohol, and lines move quickly.

Tried visiting it on a rainy Sunday afternoon. It was busy as always. Rain does not deter costco shoppers 😊. Parking gets difficult. Be prepared to circle around waiting for someone to leave. Some of the bakery and meat items were only good till the next day. Checkout was fast despite the crowds.

Store is good. customer service is always good and helpful. New self checkout service makes it quick to checkout!Definitely need to increase parking space or improve parking structure as the area is always congested.

I wish i could give NO Star the horrible experience i faced last Saturday while heading out after checkout the 2 persons were interrogating everyone like Everyone is thief and stealing they were making carts upside down even though their is no self checkout…..It was horrible experience and i am certainly done with Costco. Other competitors have even self Scan and Go and Costco treating customers so badly and disrespectful

Parking is usually difficult to find, customer service is not the kindest neither are the other associates on the floor. I understand that it’s annoying having someone undo all the hard work you’ve done folding a pile of clothes, but at least stop making customers feel disrespected. I personally re-fold anything I do unfold but how would someone know what they’re buying without thoroughly looking at it? Very rude staff.

Delivered here. Entered off main road to back of building and drove pass the side. Docks were located to my left once I arrived. Plenty of maneuvering room. Unloaded in 15 mins. Staff was friendly.

Be careful with anything you buy here. I saw an employee blowing his nose while doing his work in front of baby products without covering his nose with anything. I saw disgusting stuff coming out of his nose and spreading all over the place.

First of all I swear by Costco - best quality products (seriously, they carry hand picked top rated products!), best customer service, best return policy and most important THE best prices on literally everything!Now, this location also sells alcohol, all in one place which is very convenient. They do have good selection of items and most of it is in stock which is important.But it is not the nicest or cleanest location of Costco. That’s why minus 1 star.

I love Costco for my ever growing family! Pricing is fair and quality is fantastic. Staffing at the Edison location has been very helpful and quick to answer all questions.

1st time back in one year. Everyone was masked. Glad I had my own wipes to clean off the cart. Shoppers are still inconsiderate. Too many out of staters there. Will go back to on-line shopping with delivery.

Spring collection is already shared. Nice clothing collection.they removed the passport pic center which kind of is dud. Otherwise its a solid all round center

I visited this location to pick up 3 bottles for my co workers. Since I don’t actually drink I wasn’t sure what exactly to get them but Louis an employee there who happened to be in the area went above and beyond to assist me in selecting what to get them. He made it easy and definitely appreciated his help. He agreed to help me upon requested without hesitating as he was cleaning that area during closing.

This Costco is my go to big box store. I like this store because of the variety, I know where everything is and this Costco has a large liquor section. The Signature Vodka (with the red bottom is an excellent. If u look on the internet, the signature vodka is compared to Grey Goose but at a much lower price. This Costco location is popular and gets crowded. I would try to go during the week if possible. Parking is also difficult but u will find a spot eventually. There is also a gas station here which is convenient. If u hit the gas station at the right time, the lines r short. On the other hand it can get very crowded. The one thing about Costco that is bothersome is that if u find something u really like u better get it because in the next week or two it probably wont be there. I usually get two if I really like something. Within reason of course. Happy shopping!
