Attempted to call them to find out if an item was in stock, Got an inital pick up by a switch operator, but upon attempting to be transfered to customer service and sales, the first time i got hung up on and the second went to a voice mail. Doesnt seem like they actually want to make sales?

I am a very busy homeowner working on a project at my house and I almost Never have time to go online and write reviews but today is the exception. I am looking for some electrical floor boxes for our deck and so I found this company online and gave them a call to see how they could help. I asked the front desk girl if they sold to homeowners or only to contractors and she said yes to homeowners and transfer me to the person I needed to talk to. A rep then pick up the call and was as RUDE as he could be with 0 customer service and very annoyed due to the fact that I wasnt a contractor. I told him that I was looking for an specific color for the boxes and he said that whatever I wanted I could buy it at the counter but that most likely they didnt have the color Im looking for they. So I told him that I was very well aware that that specific color wasnt going to be an off the shelf item so I asked if he could sell me what he had in stock there then he could probably order it for me as well, and HE JUST HANGED UP THE PHONE and like that the conversation was over. By the way it wasnt a lost of connections he totally hanged up the phone.Great customer service UNBELIEVABLE.. Great professional people working there.One star is even way too much for this company.
