Very reasonable price!! Amazing job!!! I will definitely use this place again for my embroidery needs!! 10 stars!!

The staff was very informative about on the sizes of the text, color stitching and various typefaces. It’s nice that the store also has a tv screen for customers to see the text before it would get printed. The price for my name was shockingly cheap too! I will come back for my other lab coats !When I was a graphic designer, the first thing I noticed in the back was an Epson wide format printer so I knew the quality was amazing for their other products . And their embroidery machine was just as high quality too.

I was here twice this weekend! I first got two sweatshirts made and was so in love I came back for another!! I went in without knowing what I wanted and the gentleman working there came up with a design that was even better than I expected!!! He was so helpful even when busy he was respectful to every customer! I will definitely come back the next time!

The manager went above and beyond to help me out for my company logos on some merch. Would recommend for anyone looking for good customer service and great turnaround time!

Had a great experience with Embroidery Place. The staff was very communicative and made sure the design was perfect before I took it home. The customer service here goes a long way here and I will be coming back!

The store located in the menlo park mall is ok.. They have a good selection of items but they do not do single items, like sew on a patch they are only interested in bulk. So I dont know why a store in a Mall would be appropriate

I got two shirts done for our nephews’s birthday and the shirts came out amazing. The staff member that waited on me told me that I don’t need to buy the design I wanted because they have everything there. I will be going back for future stuff.

The boss of this place has hired unprofessional staff. Probably just found them off of Craigslist and is paying them cash (illegal). Horrible customer service (Middle eastern looking fair young guy with a pony tail who’s clearly sick of his life) and takes them one full day to do any work while other malls/places get orders done within an hour.

Horrible. The worker would not go to the trouble of ordering the shirts I needed. His suggestion... This is a mall. See if one of the stores have what you need...

They did a great job embroidering my lab coat. Not sure what happened to the person with the negative review.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. They do not give you a refund when they make mistakes They are completely unprofessional and they do not record their transactions. Nothing is documented. In turn when they make mistakes there is no way to prove what you provided them to embroider on an item.

Good quality, staff are straight forward.
