I got a crystal made for my parents anniversary. It came out great. They did my parents wedding photo from 1984 and I just cant believe the detail they were able to capture. My parents loved it, and even my dad couldnt hold his tears. These guys helped me to give the best gift I have ever given to my parents. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I am getting the same photo made for myself now. I will definitely be back for more. I want to get this for my graduation photo. Thank you so much!

I wanted to get something unique for my girlfriend’s 24th birthday and the kiosk really caught my eye with the intricacy and overall beauty of the crystals. The man at the kiosk was knowledgeable on the product and explained the entire process to me in detail. All I had to do was email the picture I wanted done right there at the kiosk and that I’d receive a call in 3-4 days where I would be able to pick it up. Sure enough, 4 days later I got the call and picked up the crystal at the kiosk and was absolutely stunned on how it turned out. My girlfriend absolutely loved it.There was a small chip in it, but nothing that noticeable unless you really inspected it, so I just let it go. Then 11 days after I picked up the crystal, I receive an unexpected call from the kiosk saying that they acknowledged the crack in the first crystal and said they had A BRAND NEW CRYSTAL for me to pick up FREE OF CHARGE. It was just as beautiful as the first and it had no cracks at all. So now my girlfriend and I have matching crystals reminding us of a wonderful day and I only had to pay for one. The professional courtesy and the craftsmanship of the company who the kiosk belonged to is amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a photo-engraved crystal!

This place is more of a scam than a legit business. Do your research before choosing this place. Yes walking by the kiosk and seeing the glass with photos in it is tempting. Dont let that fool you. After the situation I recently had (yesterday) I did a little research and found you can get the exact same items online for a much better price ($50-100 vs $265.00) .. So let me tell you about my experience with this so called business.I live close to the Menlo Park Mall and stop in often - Ive seen the 3D Crystal Kiosk Multiple times. I had a family photo just like theirs made at Disney last year for $95.00. Anyways - my father n law recently passed away and we have this one photo that we love and my mother n law loves of my father n law. We decided to make it into a Crystal block and mail to her. We go to the mall - speak with the lady at the kiosk. We emailed her the picture - picked the block, was talked into upgrading to the holder that lights up (again - cheaper at Amazon).. She said it normally takes 15 minutes but she cant get to ours right now - that we can come pick it up on Sunday.. Ok, this is fine. We pay our bill of $265.00.... Again - this is very high - but Im paying for convenience of being able to pick it up and send it to my mother n law personally. OR so I thought. We call on Sunday morning and speak to a different girl - she said that our product would be ready at 11:40. I stop in around 12:30. There isnt anyone at the Kiosk. We wait around about 20 minutes and the girl strolls up with a latte - ok - I get it - got bored and went to get a drink... no big deal. I ask for our block and she acted like she had no clue what I was talking about. I then explain I called and she said oh yeah.. well my boss as the file and Ive called him 5 times and he doesnt answer so I couldnt make it. I asked why she said it was done - also they knew I needed it this morning. She doesnt bother answering - walks to the corner and calls her boss (who happens to answer)... she goes on about how she doesnt have the file from the other girl that texted her this morning telling her about the order... She hangs up and comes back and tells us - they dont have it... Im shocked- and I explain that we have already paid - here is my receipt. She calls her boss again - gets another call in between and puts her boss on hold... We waited about an hour - finally I said - just refund our money as I dont have time for the games and the unprofessionalism. She calls her boss - acts like we arent standing there and is down right rude - she looks at us and said her boss said no refunds... I explained again that we do not have the product - she stated she is aware but can not refund our money as her boss said no. I explained this is fraud and she said so- nothing she can do.. At this point Im getting pretty irritated and the girl is sitting in the corner texting... I asked her to call her boss and tell him to come in the store as this insane...she calls him and said he said no and no refunds. Still - no products - no refund- no help. INSANE. So I call my bank while standing there and report the kiosk as fraud. They are handling it through the claims department and we will see what happens. I am reporting this company to the BBB and will be also contacting Menlo Park Mall as I do not wish to shop in a facility that allows fraudulent vendors that are scamming people. Overpriced is one thing -scamming is a different situation altogether.DO YOUR HOMEWORK - IF THEY CAN NOT MAKE IT WHILE YOUR THERE AND BEFORE YOU PAY - DONT DO IT... I LEARNED MY LESSON. EVEN THEN - LOOK ONLINE OR AT OTHER FACILITIES AND YOU WILL PAY A QUARTER OF THE PRICE. I would give them negative stars if I could... horrible - horrible - horrible. Ive even emailed the owner 2 times with no response.
