I love all the Pandora Stores. The Young Lady that helped me was very nice. I called the store the day before and asked them to hold a cleaner for me. Because I couldnt find any. My salesperson name was Laurelle. Thank u
I went here yesterday and it was one of the worst experiences ever. I walked in and was standing a good amount away from the people in the store. The lady said I needed a mask I explained I don’t have one and I’m fully vaccinated she said I needed to wear one and that she couldGive me one. I explained to her that I have really bad asthma and she says to me “yeah well so do I” what kind of rude customer service is this? I tried to put the mask on best i could but not only do I have asthma but I’m also claustrophobic and have social anxiety so I couldn’t fully put it over my nose and both of the employees are standing at the front complaining and giving me dirty looks. MIND YOU I had the damn mask on just couldn’t cover my nose I was literally VISIBLY shaking I couldn’t breathe and I was going to pass out. All this and I even said I don’t need to go into the store if it’s a problem, I just have a pick up order. I stood near the store door the whole time. I will literally never order from this company again. Upon leaving the store I was so dizzy and I couldn’t breathe I practically passed out on the way to my car. Shame on you pandora for putting your loyal customers through something like this. Why fully vaccinate yourself if you have to wear a mask anyway. Every other store in NJ allows me to walk in with absolutely no problem.
So this was not my first time in this store but it will be my last time I spend a lot of money in this store each time I visit this store but last night the rudeness of this employee made me change my mine about visiting this store ever again I wanted to purchase more charms when i asked to see them she clearly changes the case they where in instead of pulling them out so I can pick when I call the store to speak to the manager she tells me oh if that happen at this store they won’t suppose to pull them out due to insurance purposes but clearly this is not my first time I have been here plenty of times I guess because I am black the insurance purposes change when it comes down to me never the less I won’t spend anymore money here thanks for the eye opener I need to go where the insurance is not a problem
Nice clean store. Visual eye-catching. Its hard to walk past after you take the 1st glance. Greated immediately apon entering and was patiently helped by what it seemed to be my own personal advisor. Excellent experience 👏🏿
My sales girl was awesome! They only serve a few people at a time and clean up after each sale. Sometimes theres a line outside the store due to this but better to be safe than sorry.

Went here twice. The first time it was packed and couldnt get in. Second time that staff was friendly and we got what we wanted. It was a Thursday afternoon please note.
I got a charm for Christmas . I went within the allowed oeriodvof returning the item . They told me they discontinued it and I could not return it. They must work on commission and will tell you anything to make the sale.i brought the charm back less than 2 weeks after it was purchased.

They were having a Veterans Day Sale which only applied to Veterans. The sale should have been for everyone. I didnt purchase anything because there rings only go up to size 9. Not everyone is a skinny, small fingers person. I almost felt like a pig because Im a size 16. I ordered some rings(size 8.5)from them online and Im sure I will be able to wear them on one of my fingers but I would never shop there again. I felt like they fat shame people.

The young lady that helped my family was absolutely wonderful .Jai,taya was patient and helpful she made every effort to find everything we wanted and then some. She offered a credit card which we didnt know you had which made it worse after it was approved. Shopping there today made my granddaughters 16th birthday great.
Went here with a selection of rings I had in mind. One of the Manager’s was helping us & kept constantly pointing us to the expensive rings in which I didn’t have in mind. Kept pressuring my boyfriend to buy me a second ring because they were “puzzle rings” & HAD to go together. Then why sell them separately? She also told us one of the rings was “1 hundred something” insinuating it was like 110-115, the ring turned out to be a hundred and fifty dollars & she didn’t even tell us this until we were already paying & after she had pressured us. I understand a competitive sales atmosphere but this was unnecessary aggressiveness. Overall bad experience with this store.
If I could give a negative star I would! The customer service here sucks, very unprofessional. I, myself work in retail, and I would never treat my customer they way they do. Especially the older lady, she’s kinda chubby, she’s super rude. (couldn’t get her name) So if you live around the area, I would suggest to go to pandora in Woodbridge mall! The people there is so much more kind. Trust me

I usually dont write reviews online. However, the experience I had at melnopark Pandora is the reason to write this review. The store manager is not knowledgeable. Basically, she has no idea about the promotions and gave wrong information. After inquiring online and other Pandora stores, I went back today to the store and told the manager that she gave wrong information abut the promotion. She had no courtesy to apologize. Instead, she gave a very bad attitude. After reading the reviews for this store (2.8 for reviews on google) it was my mistake to go there. On the other hand, woodbridge mall Pandora manager was very warm and offered best customer service.

I like to visit the woodbrige mallgood service, and you feel a very nice welcoming atmosphere.The pandora of mello Park my experience was uncomfortable I visited the place 2pm to change a faulty pulse and they did not treat me with kindness, later he tells me that it was a misunderstanding. When I called my son to talk to her,So funny ......
The girl who attended me only spoke English, I only spoke a little, but she was so accurate that she understood me and managed to help me choose exactly what I wanted. A lot of cleanliness, detachment and quality of service I congratulate the store and the girl.
