Joe and Bobby are priceless Motorcycle Engineers who believe in strong, safe and simple. My 21 Year Old Hellcat was designed with Chopper Modules to hide and consolidate wires and enhance the look of the bike. At least one of these modules went bad. My Hellcat was rewired and re-engineered and now I can run with the best of them. Joe is not afraid to hop on the Choppers/Cruisers etc. to take them for a ride and find out what is really going on. Pricing was reasonable for all the work that was done and I highly recommend them and trust them.

These guys are outstanding. I was about 100 miles from home in desperate need of a new rear tire. I called several shops in the area and nobody could do it same day. Superior Cycles was literally closing up and they stayed open just to change my tire for me and help me get home so I could make it to work in the morning.

I like this place, they make me feel comfortable and there customer service is good. They installed some apes, and tank on my sportster and I’ve been getting many complements on my bike. I also dropped off my wheel and tire to get my tire and there supplied tube installed by them.

Great service from a friendly and experienced staff at a fair price. Good in store selection/supply of Harley Davidson and aftermarket parts.

Joe is awesome and does great work! If you need parts, he’ll find them for you. If you buy parts from him, he’ll help you out with questions you might have. He’s done tires, front fork springs, air filter, carburetor work and tuned my bike for me so far. Every time he works on my bike he rides it to make sure it’s to his A+ standards. My bike is running better then it was when I bought it two years ago. He has all kinds of extra parts for Harley laying around. He and Bobby are very accommodating and I’ll def be going back in the near future. Thanks Joe for making my bike come alive!!

Joe and his shop was an awesome experience! Being from out of town, I was not familiar with his shop. Although, he could not help me since my issue was related to an ATV, he provided me with very sound advice and guidance. His shop was very busy when I was there. I was able to watch him and also listen to his phone conversations with customers. He is an honest, ethical, and friendly guy willing to freely share is vast motorcycle repair knowledge. I felt like I stepped into an episode of Cheers. He knows his customers by first name, the bikes they ride, and what maintenance items they may need. Visiting his shop made me want to buy a Harley

Although I didn’t have any major service done, Joe and the staff were very accommodating. Communication with them was smooth and spot on. I highly recommend them. Whenever I do need something in the future, they will be my go to garage.

First experience working with Joe/Superior. I needed my Evo lower end rebuilt and balanced, along with some other work. I was happy to find out that Joe has a known, old time racing guru doing the crank/flywheel work. That was good enough for me. The work came out tight and reasonable price. nice meeting Joe, too. hes a bit blunt, but if youre not thin skinned, he means well (trying to keep it honest!). Good shop for older Harley work, they know what theyre doing.

Joe is very good honest shop owner. He is priced fair, and will keep your older vtwin running in great shape. Cash is king here so be prepared before hand. I wouldnt hesitate at all to give him any type of work. Bobby is a very skilled mechanic aswell.

Brought my custom chopper in due to serious electrical issues that other places couldn’t seem to completely solve. Joe found the issues, repaired everything the right way and got my bike running perfectly. Since it’s return from service, it has been running perfectly and humming better than it ever has.Highly recommend this shop.

Absolutely awesome shop run by an awesome guy! Joe Nesler is a straight forward, no nonsense mechanic and business owner. He runs a professional shop geared towards fixing your bike and getting you back on the road with quality repairs and service. Hes the kind of guy who isnt gonna sugar coat whats wrong and he isnt gonna waste your time, or his, with tall tales. Ive brought my 2012 Nightster to him for an insurance evaluation, my 2004 Sportster Custom for fall damage, and he currently has my 2015 Low Rider for service and a once over. Ive worked with a couple repair facilities in the area and am hesitant in the extreme to hand my bikes over to anyone else. Joe does great work, doesnt lead me on wild goose chases, and doesnt rip me off. Hes understandably leery of accepting checks or credit for payment, since hes had previous experiences with people pulling the rug out from under him. So be prepared for a cash payment request. But if youre straight up and honest and forth-coming with him, you can bet on getting the same in return. If youve had some bad experiences with dealerships or other repair centers, consider giving Superior Cycles a chance to do right by you.

Great independent shop. Joe spent 20 minutes explaining how to install and adjust solid lifters in my shovel. Plus he had the solids and rods in stock.

Terrible customer service. Bald white gentleman behind the counter seemed to be the owner was completely rude possibly rascist. Didnt want to help or look at my bike. I went their to ask for a second opinion. Avoid this place.

Short version: I highly recommend this shop. Professional and very reasonable pricing.Longer Version:Being a fairly new rider, it can be intimidating to go into a place loaded with custom bikes and riders with years of experience, but the owner (Joe) was really inviting, professional, and straightforward with pricing/ the work to be done. I was already quoted about $700 by a shop in Toms River, but I got the same work done here for $545.Additionally, Joe gave me phone calls with status updates, and he was really flexible with providing available hours for pickup (he even offered to extend his day and wait if it would help my schedule). When I went to pick up the bike, Joe recognized my face and had me out and on the road within a minute.This was a great experience for me, and Im happy to have a local shop now.On a side note, I went to this shop earlier in the year to purchase a motorcycle helmet, and the owner quickly recommended a different motorcycle shop that would better suit my needs. Honesty like that is what brought me back when I needed work done.

I have had joe and bobby work on my bike for years.they are not the fastest shop.however if you want a good deal and quality work.this is the place to go.they do not let a bike leave the shop unless it is a safe ride.highly recommend them.

Horrible experience. A $1800. quote turned into a $6000. bill!Refuses to give written quotes, wouldnt give old parts, gives receipts that you cant read & doesnt even have the name of his shop on invoices! I could go on & on but if you like to get ripped off go ahead.

My first time going to superior cycles so i was little leary but Joe and Bobby definitely ultimately proved they do great work with fair pricing. I have a 2011 Harley Streetglide needed alot of work done, they were meticulous in making sure everything was done professionally. Before i had the work done i was contemplating trading in my bike due to the problems the bike kept having but superior diagnosed and fixed them all, I literally feel like i have a brand new bike. Good fair pricing and exceptional work, I highly recommend them if youre looking for quality work.J

Awesome workmanship!!!!!! Just brought 2 of my bikes to joe, the owner superior cycles!! Traveled from sparta to get there, well worth the trip!!!!First job was mini apes on my screaming eagle dresser and led head light and driving lights!!!!! In and out in 2 days, cheaper then harley and great personal service . Even cleaned my bike!!Next brought my 2013 custom break out for a top end kit, 125 hp 125 lb. tq. !!!!! Together with the stage 5 kit from R&R cycles, joe installed the complete kit including a smaller trans pulley to help get it out of the hole. Joe attention to detail was unmatched, took only 4 days to complete and runs awesome! Stupid fast, no leaks,scratch’s or hand prints!!! Both my bikes are show bikes and don’t often leave my sight! I typically do all my own work and trust no-one!!! I could not be any happier with service and out come of all the worked performed !!!I would highly recommend the shop to everyone
